Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They had everything I needed to get my job done

I am not a painter, but after my experience here I feel confident that I will be able to do what it is I need to do on my vehicle. Everyone in the shop is very friendly, knowledgable, and if the person you were speaking to wasn’t positive on an answer, one of the other staff did. I was given step by step instructions on how to complete my job, and they worked with me every step of the way to ensure I got the best possibility product for what I wanted. I the situation calls for it, I will definitely be seeing them again.

Very Knowledgeable Staff. Small but has everything you need including help and tips. Let them know what your trying to do and they will customize your solution. Expensive but great finishes.

Huge selection. We felt with Allison the last few times in the store and she is awesome. Very knowledgeable, huge help with picking out the color, as well as helping me select the right products to go along with our paint selection.

Terrible experience. A very bad paint match and no refund. They checked the vehicles paint code, they mixed and sold me the base paint and clear coat. There was no fading on the vehicle, the problem was that there were multiple color variations of that particular paint code and they mixed the one that they guessed it was. What they should have done was to have checked a paint chip against the vehicle with the paint that they were going to mix. That was not done, so they were guessing. When they mixed the wrong color variation, they refused to give me a refund of any kind. Had they compared the paint chip of the color that they were going to mix against the vehicle I would have NEVER purchased the products! I trusted that they were mixing the right paint. They KNEW that there were multiple color variations of that paint code and did NOTHING to ensure that they were mixing the right one. When it was wrong, their attitude was, to bad no refund.

Matt and Alison are the bomb diggity! Matched two very obscure paint colors (for our RV rebuild) in less than a week. Super friendly and helpful. Store is tiny, but clean, organized, and had a great selection of the staple items. For example, we got a gallon of commercial body filler here for a third of the price of Bondo. When they didnt know the answer to some of our specific technical questions, they look it up, and even called one of their pros to get us quality information that only comes with first hand experience. If you are painting anything in automotive paint, go here, ask for Matt, and consider it done:)
