Lots of space. Indoor and outdoor. Love the drive up ramps and drive through area. Restrooms super clean and full of Air Conditioning. If or when I need a storage unit this is where I will go.

I recommend this company for storage needs. I have been with them for 6+ years. Mary, the Manager has gone above and beyond to assist me with transferring units, reminders that payment is due, packing supplies, etc. Mary stands out and has made my experience a positive one!:)

Arrived at the storage facility after securing my unit online no one in the office. Called numerous messages no response. Finally get to my assigned unit and its not empty and it has a lock on it. I had an 18 wheeler from North Carolina ready to unload my household goods to a locked unit and no assistance. Not a great impression to someone new to the state.

Marcy has been extremely helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean and well maintained. I definitely would recommend this storage unit to anyone looking for storage

Ver efficient process and took a matter of minutes for sign up. Everything was explained well and they even had a cart to help move our totes which was very helpful.

Was needing a storage unit as I moved to Florida from out of state. After calling a few different ones I found Storage Rentals of America and was given a quote over the phone. Went into the office and the lady working (office manager I believe) was SUOER friendly, she was very personable which was very comforting knowing my whole life would be on her property and being 1,500 miles from home. Would recommend them to anyone looking for storage for your favorite things.

Office hours are incorrectly posted on their door. They were not at the office at all on Saturday and left early on Friday, or maybe werent there at all (I got to the office at 5:15 and the door says theyre open til 5:30). Indoor AC is leaking in the middle of one of the halls on the way to my unit. Facilities are ok, reasonably priced, and convenient to where I live.

Im on my 2 storage unit and like the 5th truck rental from this location. Mary and her crew are phenomenal to work with. They make the entire process simple and easy. Highly recommend! Clean and courteous.

The best storage unit/service Ive encountered. Responsive, communicative, efficient, and overall fantastic! The facility, rental process, customer service, and units are all top notch. I feel 100% comfortable securing my items here! Also, they recommended a right-sized unit that reduced our monthly cost significantly based on what we thought we needed.

Nice place and decent prices but they need more carts, hand trucks, etc.

Be cautious. Customer service and the location management should be improved. I would avoid interaction with the site staff. Promotions are a gimmick.

This recent Saturday I tried to get a storage unit. I show up to drop off my truckload and the gate is blocked by a bunch of U-Haul s. I called the 904 customer service number and the guy said that the gm is coming to take care of that problem because someone else had called about the same thing. He said I would receive a callback as we waited out front. The no call back an hour later so I called and the automated machine answers stating they are closed forcing me to keep my truck for two more days and having to pay extra. I only wish they didn’t have misleading customer service. Service was trash and today is Monday. The day after the weekend they are open let’s see how this plays out

I rented a ground level, outdoor unit, from August to January.Cons: Regardless of an employee saying water will not get into the unit, my furniture got wet and had mold. The company refused to do anything to help. They offer insurance, which doesnt cover the full amount of the damages. The company got my rent & now I have no furniture.Also, the front office isnt always open during displayed office hours.Pros: Great price, great location, restroom onsite

This is one of the few locations left in the area that has spots for boats, RVs, and campers. They were able to accommodate us with just a phone call and made it fast, easy, and convenient. Each staff member was very friendly and always satisfied my questions. The facility was very clean, well lit, and protected with gates and cameras. If I ever need storage again, CubeSmart on Western Way will be my first choice.

Good price for storage facility, in particular controlled environment storage. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Took good care of me, and got me set up quickly. So far no issues...

I signed up on line on 7/22/20 I said I would be in Jacksonville Fl on Sat 7/25/20 and when I arrived @ 1:00 pm there wasnt anyone there, hours posted 9 am to 4 pm returned Mon 7/27@9:00 am and no one showed up I called and was put on hold for over a half hour and I left for Michigan very unhappy!!!!

They were much more reasonable than Atlantic Self Storage. I love the feature where you can drive into the facility and unload instead of having to unload in the heat, especially today when it is 95 degrees out.

Ill start by saying the only reason there is even one star is because I couldnt post without it.If you are moving and need to rent a truck, DO NOT DO IT HERE. Mary is incredibly unhelpful.I had reserved and paid for a truck with pads and dollies online, but when I arrived, the pads and dollies were not on the truck. When I inquired with Mary regarding the extra equipment, she said I had not been charged, when in fact I had(to the tune of $50). She told me I could try to rent the dollies and pads from another location on San Jose, but wouldnt call to verify that the equipment was there OR give me the address.All in all, what should have taken 20 minutes at the most, ended up taking 2 hours because I had to track down what I needed.I would advise anyone to go to a U-Haul corporate location - or at the very least, avoid this place.
