Excellent service on my lawn mower with only a one day turnaround time. It is obviously a family owned business. The staff are all friendly and professional. The work was done well and at a reasonable price. I will be back for all my landscape equipment repairs and servicing needs.

Very nice folks but like all small engine/lawn mower repairs you should definitely determine the value of repair vs. replacing.I am VERY happy with the work that was done AND I wanted to keep my mower BUT small engine/lawn mower repairs are NOT inexpensive.You should absolutely do the math. It is hard to throw away a two year old mower but $200.00 to repair is right at the break even point. In the end I know my equipment and it has a $450.00 replacement cost.Anyway - you know best.Nice people and good business in Arlington.

Needed so work done to my craftman ride on lawnmower Jeff the tech there knew exactly what was wrong with her my stallion came home she just was gliding across my lawn like she was brand NEW they whole team there top customer care and service this place will be my go to from here til the future reference

Took mower to be fixed and got quoted $620. I told the guy I dont want to pay that and mower still have problems. He assured me their mechanic Buck been working on Exmarks over 16 years and know them like the back of his hand. Pick up mower Thursday turned out to be $408 and returned it the very next day. Just to hear the guy say the mower was on its last leg when I brought it to them and tried to sell me a mower. The very next day they said I needed a new motor. Didnt offer no refund all I was offered was money towards a new mower. Mower didnt work 24 hours. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Crazy thing is they had just worked on that same mower about 8 months ago.

This establishment recently changed ownership and it’s not the same place. Had Snapper serviced including power drive as it was not functioning properly. Picked it up and the very next use, power drive still not working properly. Took it back and was charged again because they didn’t fix it properly the first time. Not a good business model; they lost me as a customer.

Im highly upset that I spent over $200 suit to get a nuke operator for my pressure washer and then I go to crank it up in it still doesnt work. I take it back to the shop in the lady tells me theres nothing that they can do I can pay another $200 to have them redo another coporate or because the pressure washer has been sitting that Im so upset right now I really wish they would have provided me with some type of after care after I paid them initially to service my pressure washer. Now I just have to buy another one.

So in love with the new owners of this store!! And to top it off, the newsletter is wonderful, with great updates, promotions, and sales!

This place shouldn’t even get rated the service was terrible I walked in today looking for a repair on my edger and the employee asked if I bought it here I said no he told me to take that piece of junk where I bought it. You can’t run a business talking to customers like that.

Superior has been my go to spot for equipment and service for about 20 years. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Dont buy that junk at the big box stores that is designed to fail, with no way to service or find parts for. Buy locally! Superior sells and services equipment that, if there is a problem they can get the parts and get the equipment fixed!

Absolutely AMAZING! Took my push mower for repair (it wouldnt start) I had my mower back way quicker than I anticipated and it runs like new. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. They also sharpen knives so Ill be doing back soon

I purchased a hedge trimmer and a weed eater from this store over 10 years ago and they work flawlessly. They have never been in the shop for repairs and start on the first pull even at the beginning of the season. The service I have received on other equipment parts orders have always been friendly, timely, and reasonably priced. I give this store my highest recommendation and will continue to bring my yard maintenance problems to them for resolution. I am not a commercial customer, simply a very loyal home use customer that recognizes outstanding service when I see it.

Nice people. Good work. Just never available. Been trying to get an appt. for different small engines for 6 mths without having to wait 2.5 weeks before they get to my equipment. Ill just go across town. Just a bummer that its right down the road.

Great service from great people. I work for a large commercial landscape company as a mechanic and this company keeps us going when we are swamped or need warranty work. Outstanding mechanics, knowledgeable staff, and great personality make this place a joy to deal with.

The staff is straight forward and to the point with any repairs that Ive had. I used for repairing my mower, backpack blower and currently my electric chainsaw and theyve saved me lots of money versus if I had to replace them. My mower and backpack blower have been working for over a year without any issues.

Had to take my x mark back to them 3 times in a row to solve a smoking problem. They also gave me a tune-up the first time I was there. Got new battery, fluids extra. Now my mower has to be jumped to start it and it also now just quits while I’m cutting the grass ????? Taking it back one more time and then I’m done with them !

I just returned from picking up a Homelite grass trimmer repaired by Superior. Superior kept me appraised of the progress or lack there of dealing withthe warranty departmentat Homelite. Due to Superiors doggedly efforts, Homelite finally approved the repairs.I dont recall dealing with a finer, friendlier repair shop than Superior! Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and custome-driven. I give them a 5+, and to Homelite a 0-. I recommend Superior highly!

I love there customer service they treat you as if you are family. There service for maintenance is second to none. I will refer all qualified customers to them that have exmark products.

I guess their hours of operation are just a thought. 8-530 really means around 8 til when we get tired of being here... showed up at 8 and they were closed. Im in front of their shop now before 530 and they are closed. With a work ethic like this Im surprised they open at all.

The only place id take lawn equipment to be serviced. They are excellent. Prices are fair, service is great. They really know how to service lawn equipment. And they sell very good products.

Have been using these folks for years for all my repairs, parts and blade sharpening. The boy decided to start up his neighborhood lawn service and went to them for his first equipment purchase. The sales lady was excellent and worked with him to ensure he got exactly what he was wanting and explained everything to him he needed to know. She was even kind enough to register his products on line and throw in a couple T-shirts to boot. Excellent service as always!

Stay away from Superior Repair. We took our pressure washer to them. It was hard to pull to start and it wouldnt stay running. They called us and said it would be 40 to 50 dollars to fix. When we went to pick it up the repair tech said he could find nothing wrong with it so he changed the oil. We asked if it was still hard to pull and he said yes and it wad probably a pump problem. They had the pressure washer loaded in the back of our truck before we could test it. We got home and could not get ot started. We called them back only to be told it was working for them. Argg

I live in St Augustine and had my lawn mower etc serviced in St Augustine for years and was never happy. If I had a simple question the answer was always leave it and we will get back to you .. 3 weeks later I would get it back.I stopped by Superior one day, in Jax on business, to get a blade for my weed eater ... wanted a blade to clean away some brush. They showed me which blade to use and on the way to the register the man walked into the back and was gone for less than 5 minutes ... when he came back he had installed the blade and did not charge me a dime. I did not ask him I figured I would beat up my knuckles and get it done. I have since had additional work including my lawn mower serviced and the service has been SUPERIOR. I drive 40 minutes because of their service. There are at least 30 places closer ......

Super knowledgeable, open on Saturday and had the parts I needed for my dads Craftsman mower in-stock. Will return.
