You may find a newer tractor supply or maybe youll find one thats more accessible but I guarantee you that you will not find a better staff or management team than you will here!.No BS or excuses! This manager gets right down to business and he makes sure that his customers are satisfied above everything else! When you have customer service like this with a management team that backs up your product it makes buying anything a lot easier. If you have a problem it will absolutely be resolved. Great prices, sales and service, what else could you ask for!

I can’t say thank you enough to Eric the manager and Olivia who answered our call at store #1602. We were traveling with our family from Virginia to Florida for vacation pulling a 30’ enclosed trailer. Had some bad luck with dated tires that “looked” in good condition. Had more blow outs than I had spares. We were stranded on the side of the road. With Olivia and Erics help finding spare tires and going above and beyond delivering them to me on the side of the road, they got us going again! Can’t say enough about these two awesome Tractor Supply employees. Thank you!!!

I made a somewhat large purchase at the store yesterday.The assistant store manager, Coleen, went above and beyond for me.She answered all of my questions and gave such good advice. You could tell she really wanted to help and that made all of the difference in my experience there. After helping me the cashier made a small understandable mistake and sold me a floor model that was still being used thinking the 1 meant they had 1 in stock.To reciify the issue Coleen as well as Eric, the store manager, called around and found one that was available in stock. It was shipped to my house very seemlessly and I was very happy with the experience.I believe mistakes happen and its how you handle the situation that makes you who you are. The other staff members on board that day were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well, just didnt catch everyones names. I will now spend even more money at this location just based off this experience alone. Thank you guys very much for all you time and assistance.

I call in about a cage ask if it’s in stock it is, we get there 20 minutes later we ask a lady about them she is unsure, then I believe the mans name was mark, we tel him we just called in about a cage and his response is “oh you didn’t call us my people know how to look at shelves”Really great customer service… they CANT check the shelves or they just lied to get people in, and the clown mark wants to call his customers liars. Won’t be spending anymore money with this location

Beware of this store. Clearly mishandle animal food and leave it out side in the rain. Multiple times I have got home to find the food moldy and not just a little bit. Solid chunks of mold. Today I went back immediately. Showed them the food. Went to the isle and the remaining 5 bags had all been tapped back up. Clearly this store is blind or just doesn’t care. I had asked to talk to the manager Nora. She was no help at all and offered zero assistance on finding food at a different store and in no way tried to make it right. I wouldn’t be upset if this was the first time this has happened but it’s the third. Clearly they can’t manage to fix the problem and for me it’s a giant waste of fuel. This store use to be good. Hopefully they will turn it around but for know I’ll shop elsewhere.

Tractor supply sells Toro zero turn mowers. I ordered a set of blades for a 50” toro zero turn. I also ordered a set of mulching blades fir the same mower. They had neither in stock. A competitor didn’t have any either so I ordered the blades from Tractor Supply on line. I was told to expect delivery within a few days. The mulching blades came in first and it took almost an hour for the employees to find it in the store. The employees were rude, kept referring me to customer solutions phone number. They finally found the mulching blades and advised the other blades were waiting for courier pickup and would be there the next day. The order was placed on May 1st, 2021. The second set of blades finally came in on May 12th and it took 30 minutes for them to find them. In the meantime the same competitor received 22 sets of the blades I needed. I couldn’t get through to customer solutions to cancel my order so I waited for them to be delivered. If you order from Tractor Supply, don’t be in a hurry and be prepared for employees to be rude and condescending.

If zero stars were an option that would be the rating. If you advertise a product as being in stock then it should actually be on the shelf 5 minutes later when we walk into the store. If you have a mask mandate then enforce it, the unmasked customers roaming around your establishment are a hazard to your staff and customers. You lot need to get it together, our money will go elsewhere from now on due to your incompetence and negligence. For those reading this, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I’ll give a 2 star because of pricing, this location isn’t the best. Always sends young woman to load hay and men to get carts. Usually one cashier with 5 or 6 employees stocking shelves. Always a felt like a burden when asking for propane and usually a 10 minute wait for propane or finally someone to come get the hay for you. I’ve had to walk in and remind people I need hay I’ve paid for, been sold hay they don’t have to be only refunded on a gift card. Been a pretty steady decline in the past year.

Why is Sarah at the cash register wearing her mask below her upper lip?? What good is this? There is a citywide mandate and a big sign at the store front door requiring masks but not one person is saying a thing to the at least half the customers in the store not wearing masks today. If your own staff can’t follow the instructions how can you expect the general public to do so?

Good place to get cat litter when they have it. They seem to only order it when they have none left, so not the best place to get litter if youre brand picky

Donna was working the cash register, she was very rude and disrespectful to each customer in line. Asked for my phone number and said it wasn’t working, even though I used it in the store the day before with somebody else. She obviously can’t do her job.

This is the first time Ive been to a tractor supply store. I figured it would be a good place to buy chicken feed. I purchased a bag opened it at home & it was completely moldy. The girl at the cash register was sitting down & acted like it was a chore to do her job. Will not be returning!

The one star is not for anything other than we went there to buy some supplies and it looked like a carnival was going on with people lounging in chairs, not wearing masks no social distancing we ended up not getting out of our vehicle due to that fact. The virus is still alive and well and we came from an Island in the Caribbean where you cant even enter a store unless youre wearing a mask. The manager should be enforcing social distancing instead of letting people put other customers at risk for their lack of intelligence.

True customer service is so hard to find in this day. His management reflects on his employees which is a great thing! At this location their customers always come first! What an experience each time.

I love how helpful and friendly the staff is! There are always enough people working that if you need help, its no problem. Also common for employees to go above and beyond. I so appreciated the help loading horse stall pellets in my trunk last week! Ive been coming here for years and am happy to drive 30 minutes each way to come here 😀

I purchased a trailer from this location and the guys there truly went above and beyond. I didnt even think to inspect the trailer before taking ownership and leaving but they went ahead and did a routine walk through before I left. They found that the left turn signal was not working and upon further inspection found that someone had broken the light casing and stole the bulb. Instead of making this my problem they went into the store to get a whole new set up and installed it for me.Then, nearly a month later, I go into the DMV to get it registered and realized I had lost the receipt. I called the store and they were able to find the record of my purchase and texted it to me.This is the kind of service that is next to impossible to find these days. What a great experience.

Tractor Supply on US1 is an awesome store for my dogs and my toddler always enjoys the experience. They have affordable, good food for my dogs. I was short on money because I was in grad school and the manager bought my dogs their food. She would not let me pay her back either. I go to TSC for all my pets needs. Thank you!

I like Tractor Supply they have a lot of good products some of the prices are high though the restroom needs to be cleaned up. good parking area though. They sell a lot of good products tools clothing shoes chicken sometimes.

My only issue is I wish I could buy 2 chicks at a time. Their minimum is 4. More varieties would also be nice. Overall they are a great store that carries all of our supplies we need. Another location closer to the beaches would be nice too.

I want to thank all of the people that is involved in bringing the Tractor Supply to US-1 and 295 near where I live I have always found thank there that I have not been able to find other places but I wanted to say that I really appreciate yall taking the time and effort to build that Tractor Supply here and it is very helpful a lot of times I have been in there and the employees has been helpful and sometimes when I am trying to find something and if they dont have it in the store they have put a foot forward trying to find it in the computer for me to see if I could order it or if they even can get a hold of it thank you all again and yall have a beautiful day

Love this place. It has everything a man likes to shop for and to look at. I can spend a couple hours in this place. The staff is usually very helpful and courteous. The products are of good quality and the prices are fair. Ive been to atleast four or five different locations and its the same in every one. Decent store with farm and animal based products available. Except for the pet food, theyre usually the cheapest, but still equally the same in quality, for everything Ive purchased there. The stores are always clean and neatly organized, AND everythings always in stock in my personal experience. And the people working there are kind, helpful, experienced, AND are NOT too afraid or too lazy to help! 👍🚜👍

We went here to use the dog wash area. For $10, you get the use of all their supplies to clean your dog. Giant wash stations, hair cutting stations, dryer and all of the fluff. The employee greated us at the door. He was very polite and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

They have always went above and beyond for me. I remember when hurricane Irma was coming I went to do many places to buy a generator. Could not find one anywhere. They said they were getting a shipment in and I was put on a list and thank God when they came in we were able to get it before the hurricane. We were without out power 4 to 5 days. And we even helped our neighbor to where they did not loose the items in freezer and refrigerator.

Very friendly staff. This location is most convenient to my house and always has a great stock. When I cannot find items, they assist and recommend the best options of what they have.

Great place to go for all your yard needs or if you have some farm animals. They sell chicks there seasonally and they have a great selection of very helpful DIY books and agricultural tips. Great for getting started with a bird feeder setup too.

I bought a boom sprayer .First time purchase over$100 dollar. The servicemen acted like it was a pain for me to ask him for help when there. Was gonna buy a coup online and pick it up but found out the store had the coup but was charging me shipping for a coup that was already in stock. I see where TSCs priorities are. They care about money and dont care about helping their customers. I had that order cancelled Will stop doing any big purchases with TS. Boom sprayer came with a broken hose hook up by the way. I am gonna return it and keep my business to Ace hardware as they smile and are always happy to help me when I come in their door.

This store and the Values of Respect splashed all over their website is a joke. My daughter and I were shopping here and a friend jokingly said ohhhh shes stealing while laughing while I was already at the register, front of the line. A rude lady with short blonde hair and glasses then blocks my buggy and asks to search. I smiled thinking are was joking then she looked at me with a straight face and asked again. I handed her my purse and she said your totally clean. I said yea I know. The cashier then proceeds to tell me the price of all my items. This was the only line open and there were several people behind. I have never been so humiliated in my life and my poor daughter was also embarrassed. I have called head quarters twice and given an incident number and told the store manager would be calling. Surprise! No call! Worst place to shop ever!! To top it off the friend that jokefully said I was stealing went back in to purchase my $100 worth of items. One being a pair of wrangler jeans that came undone at the pocket seams the first time he wore them! Ill also be sharing this with better business bureau and our local news!!

They used SEVERELY MISLEADING INFORMATION to coerce me to purchase a returned item at a discount, but marked AS IS, NO RETURNS.Taped to the box was a picture from the website of the item, but without the information from the description of the item indicating the contents of the box was only a small portion of the item pictured.👎👎

My husband went there to purchase air horns. He asked a clean shaved older guy who worked there if they had any and the guy being really short with him and said no they didn’t have any. My husband decided to look for them himself to only to find them on the shelf, just like they’re website said.

Ive never had a bad experience, and every time I go in, I am PROMPTLY offered assistance by a knowledgable, respectful, and extremely helpful store associate- and always BEFORE I have to ask, no matter what section of the store I am in.I really cannot stress enough how much I reccomend this place- and they are also pet-friendly, and do not discriminate based on breed. Every time I go, I take my APBT with me, and every person working in the store will go out of their way to tell Zelda how much of a pretty girl she is, give her a head scratch, or slip her a treat when they think Im not looking. Im fairly certain that if she could talk, she would reccomend it, too!
