Better than the other Sherwin locations in Jacksonville. More selection and availability and when they dont have what you need they have solution based answers the help me get my projects complete.

I was able to go in and browse for what seemed like an eternity for the various sample colors I wanted. The salesperson was welcoming and knowledgeable and I had my samples in a flash.

For all your paint needs this is the place to go.

The service at this location - especially Jason - was amazing! I had availed their promotion prices for the exterior paint job on my house last week. However due to the HOA not approving my color scheme, I had the task to repaint the house (again). I came back to the location and explained my situation and Jason went out of his way to help me out and honor the promotional prices that I got earlier (even though the actual promotion was over) to make it easier on me. I would recommend this store for anyone who’s planning to procure painting supplies for any job - big or small!!

I believe associates should be very cognizant of who should be served first by the order of customer arrival especially when there are only 2 customers in the store. A 3rd customer walked in much later and was assisted before me. A visit that could have taken me 15 minutes took over 45 minutes because they helped a customer who arrived after me. The associate didnt even ask who was next.

The young lady who attempted to help me Thursday had a terrible attitude from the get go. I do not spend my money where I’m made to feel like I’m bothering the help. I prefer Sherwin-Williams paints, I think they’re the best so I just drove to another location the following day and made my purchases.

Helpful and competent customer service. They can do dark based colors that Lowes wont anymore. The prices are higher but coupons can be found. Had exactly what I needed for my project.

We are the third big buyers that SW has it.But we are sure not to come back to the “ newer” location on Philips highway.One of our team members has Asthma and can not wear mask and she went into their store and was rudely invited to leave the store and with her is our business too . Just so you know we spent well over a $100k with you guys last year. Now it will be my mission not to .Rude uneducated employees has its price.

Worst exp... please avoid this location. Girl at the counter was so rude and even repeatedly asking for help, just ignored us. Finally at the counter, even asking many times if any coupon exits, she rudely said none. After buying, just checked online and there was 30% coupon.. unprofessional all around., please avoid this location

One person at this location with any form of professionalism is Jason(5 star service every time). The rest including the manager Tom have the worst mouths/attitudes I have been grieved with in a long time. Many other Sherwin locations have employees of the same foul spirits. If I could go to PPG or Lowes for all paints I would. Also called corporate and did not get a call back yet. Fully agree with other review by Kayla BullardJason for Manager
