Saw all the five star reviews so I went to Fort Myers Location. From my experience I would have given lower than one. I suggest you go someplace else to compare.

We recently visited Quality Stones to choose a countertop for our kitchen. Xavier answered all our questions, was very professional and helpful. Great experience.

Andrea is so extremely helpful, patient, & friendly. And, Quality Stones has a large variety of beautiful countertops it was hard to pick!

This is my third time to visit this store for our quartz countertops in our kitchen and granite countertops in our bathrooms. With all three visits, we have been assisted by Xavier and Andrea. Xavier always patiently toured us to the floor and showed us the different stones, gave us the different features of the stones. When the granite we picked had a little rust, he explained how this gets to the stone further assuring us that this can be removed by a rust cleaner. He then meticulously cleaned the area to our satisfaction. He did not need to go beyond that but he wanted to ensure that we were happy with our selection. He did not rush, he gave us his 100% attention and showed he cared. Andrea was the same, when we asked if they can advise the fabricator of how we wanted the stone cut, she said she will put that in her notes and email those instructions. She also hand wrote them and pasted it to the slab.The actions of Xavier and Andrea made us feel very special. We left the store with such relief that they are looking for our best interest at heart. Once in a while, you meet people who touch your heart with the simple acts of humanity. Xavier and Andrea exhibited that on the three occasions I met them. I am grateful to have met such caring individuals.I highly recommend this store for your stone needs. Please ask for Andrea and Xavier and tell them I said hi.

I am in the process of getting a outdoor kitchen, my contractor sent me to Quality Stone for options in my package. My first trip I found what we liked, however, that was promised to another customer. Andrea contacted me and had created a list of options in my budget. We spent about 45 minutes looking at all my options, moving slabs to see what was behind one and so on. She was very dedicated and helpful, information on what characteristics were in some slabs. It was a good trip, I did find what I liked on my trip back. It will go on the kitchen. I was really happy to have someone reach out to me and cater to my situation, it is rare to find customer service that is so attentive these days. I appreciated her efforts and diligence. Would recommend her to anyone that is going to purchase from this business.

We deal with Quality Stones as we buy our products there for our Granite Business. The selection they have is amazing and their website is a great tool for customers to view as well. I just can not believe the selection here. I went to 5 other Stores and it only took me 10 Minutes to walk out with my DREAM in Mind. not only did they walk around with me but helped me set up an IMMIDIATE delivery with my Fabricator. I didnt have to stress. 100 % GREAT experience.

Damaged material and very high price

Chuck White assisted me with selecting a piece of granite in June. He was very patient with my sister and I as we went from one stone to the other. He was able to answer question when asked. Upon leaving, he offer my sister and I a bottle of water. I returned to the office in August and he assisted me once again. He remembered the stone I selected. Once again, he was patient as I toggled from ornamental light to ornamental stone (granite). He is to be commended for his great customer service skills, patience, time and effort for rendering excellent service to a lady whom is unsure what to get.

Had a wonderful experience today at Quality Stones Jacksonville. I have been looking all over the city for the perfect piece and I am confident my search is over! I have to say, no other local store has been nearly as organized and easy to deal with. I met with Chris and he took his time explaining the difference between the levels they have to offer. I love how clear and straightforward the selection process is. I am looking forward to working with Quality Stones in the future!

Wonderful customer service. The showroom was set up very nice to showcase the stone slabs. We loved that they had portable spotlights they carried to help us get a good view of the stones details. We picked a couple of beautiful slabs. The only improvement would be for them to label the slabs better including the level. It is important to choose slabs within our budget.

Art of granite countertops sent me here and I could not have been happier.

My husband and I went to Quality Stone to pick a granite top. The service is awesome. Pratik was exceptional. The place was clean and well organized and they had some cabinet doors to use for comparison something that none of the others had and they illuminate the stone with a light if its too dark or you want a clear look. We have been to 5 different granite places, this one was by far the best.

Great service. Al took us around, making sure we understood every stone they had in the warehouse and the difference in quality and prices. A great selection of stones, all set up in rows separated by quality and pricing. Easy to follow. Definitely recommend this place.

They only sell to fabricators not to the public so have a fabricator get a quote for you.

Heather was absolutely amazing!!! As soon as you enter their showroom you are greeted with warm hospitality. Heather did a great job listening to our style and showing us stones she felt we would be interested in. Heather also made great points to consider with the big picture of our project. Honestly, in my opinion it is hard to find good customer service these days but you will not be disappointed with this company.

We just finished choosing two AMAZING slabs of Fantasy Brown dolomite for a full length backsplash and kitchen counters. Everyone was incredibly helpful and were quick to offer suggestions and lend expertise when needed. Will definitely be back should we need any additional stone in the future. YOU however, should get here now and start choosing slabs!

This team is amazing!! They were both so friendly and welcoming from the second we walked in the door. Al and Rija were the absolute best. Al made us laugh the whole way through. And he showed us the difference between the various Stones. Rija explained how they inventory various slabs of the same stone at their different locations. My husband and I visited the warehouse today and had a wonderful experience. The warehouse is HUGE and has so many beautiful stone selections to choose from.
