These guys are quick and efficient. Never have I seen anyone on a forklift with skills like theirs. They always load my flatbed quickly and make sure the load is even so I dont even have to put any to thought into strapping it down. These guys deserve an applause each time. Each and everyone of them is friendly and polite. It makes the whole experience amazing. They definitely got the best yard hands in town.

Im a fence contractor and they would not sell to me because my account wasnt active any longer. To open a new account I needed to run credit and agree to spending 125K a year...and they wonder why I havent used them in years?!

I am a contractor and do have an account. Ive been doing business with Merchants Metals since 1997. We recently started bidding on commercial jobs and just ordered almost $7000 worth of fence just a couple weeks ago. Today I literally needed; 2 terminal posts, 1 top rail, and a 4x4 gate. With all the forklifts parked, the employees standing around talking, and no customers at the facility they couldnt pull my order for 24hrs. Horrible business practice. I guess Ill be ordering from Master Halco out of Orlando.

Employees are very nice. But took entirely to long. Im a truck driver that delivered at this location. Im not a customer so they may deal with customers differently.

Poor customer service, rude on the phone. Im a general contractor in need of supplies. The guy on the phone refused to answer any requests unless I have an account. I have no need for an account if they dont stock what I need; I just cant drive 2 hours round trip to find out.

Super slow, I got there at 7AM and they didnt start unloading me until 11 and didnt finish until around 1pm, Ive done a couple of loads there and the same thing happens everytime

SLOW! started unloading us then just disappeared, came back and started unloading guy next to us smh..
