I had a five star experience this past Saturday June 26th.I had a minor emergency, the triple Ds working that day(Derious, Dex, Dre) fixed my situation with professional ease. Poor communication and lack of knowledge of military situations disappointed I wasted 38 minute drive when manager told me to come by to resolve a matter and now Darius will not help me. I just spoke to them over the phone yesterday and now I had to drive back home 38 minute with nothing resolved. Absolute BS

I just called to discuss getting a new phone line added for my mother. I began speaking with a gentleman that then handed the phone off to a young woman with out telling me that he was handing her the phone. She began telling me about their deals for tomorrow and when I attempted to ask questions and was not interested because I need a phone today she put me on hold with out informing me or asking me to wait.This was completely rude and not genuine customer service at all I will be taking my businesses else where !!

Finally a T-Mobile store that really gets it. I went in almost a month ago today to get the S9 BOGO that they have. Keep in mind I have already been with T-Mo for 16 years. Im absolutely thrilled with the phones and the service I received at the store. The only issue that came up was when I tried to cancel one of the lines on my account because I no longer needed it with the new line. Even after speaking to a supervisor my issue wasnt resolved. Straight hung up on him. So if you ever talk to Travis M try to refrain from wanting to hit him. Ill be filing a complaint against him and made sure I got the info to do so. Hes an asshat. Clown shoes. Apparently if you do the BOGO you CANT shut off any lines on your account regardless of whether you are using them or not and regardless of whether or not they arent even the new line. I was told by Travis M that I could take the phones back as buyers remorse. Uuum, what the hell would I do that for? He told me that he couldnt do anything but somehow if I go to the local store they can call the same number I did and get it resolved. Please fire him, because he is obviously dumb. Call this store and I get Kiera (Kiki) who is the bomb. Explained to her exactly what was going on and she literally sounded as distressed as I was that I even had to deal with that and assured me that if I could get into the store she would do what she could to help me figure something out. Thats exactly what she did. On, today, Friday the 13th. In less than 30 minutes of her speaking to the absolutely wonderful customer service woman named Ty my issue was done. That quick. If only other things in my life were this easy.
