I NEVER have service, only place i get service is at home with WIFI. Have went to get them to fix it and all they can come up with is “well it shows youve used this much data”. That shows nothing!! They make it seem like i come up with stuff to be put on hold forever or to come out to the store once a week to complain when i have better things to do. I will be be paying phones off and taking my business elsewhere..

This is the worst cell phone company around. They do not take pride in their customers and they do not care of you are struggling to pay your bill. I will never recommend them to anyone I know. If I could rate them a 0 I would. Its the the representatives in the the stored. Its customer service when you call them.

Place a repair order on June 23rd was told I would receive my replacement phone within the 2 days. I did not receive my phone and was not told that it was on back order. Poor service

Wanted to share my experience. Walked in and Ryan helped me and my husband find a plan and phone we wanted within a few minutes. So helpful and friendly! Got great phones, affordable plan and love the no activation fees.

I had to go there yesterday to get a new phone. I am used to going to a different store in a different town. I have to say I like this store better. Before I even got to the door an employee was opening the door for me and trying to assist me. Mike was great, he helped me find a phone that I think I will be happy with. He really went above and beyond to help me get the best deals and any available promotions they had. He was very courteous and polite. From what I saw the other employees there were also very polite and helpful to the other customers they were helping. I definitely recommend this store.

I visited the store on Western Blvd in Jacksonville, NC nd we were greeted and helped right away by a extremely nice Representative name Maya. I hope that is her correct name. I looked at her badge but my memory... She was so welcoming, down to earth and kind and she walked us out and held the door open for us. Ive never had that treatment at any establishment. She needs to be recognized for her extraordinary customer service and kindness... Hands down the kindness person Ive dealt with in a very long time. I want her to get the recognition she deserves... I give her a 10+...

Had an amazing experience. Laughed a ton, and got a great deal on a new phone plus accessories. Mike DuPont was wonderful. My mother and i are a handful and he was great!!

I ordered a new iPhone XR off of the website. It took 2 weeks to get to me and I didn’t get any tracking number of any sort. All while waiting for the phone, my deployed husband has been trying to call me because he was in an emergency situation, not knowing my phone broke. My old phone through straight talk broke so I had no way of calling and asking about it. Once I got the phone, I pulled it out of the box and it wouldn’t turn on. I charged it for 2 hours and it still wouldn’t turn on. I walked into this store AND THEY DIDN’T DO ANYTHING BUT HUMILIATE ME because I didn’t have a phone number with it BECAUSE I COULDN’T ACTIVATE IT WHEN I GOT IT DUE TO THE FACT IT WOULDN’T TURN ON. The man who assisted me made me feel like I was stupid. He then told me there was nothing he could help me with without a phone number. He made me feel like I stole the phone even though I had the receipts and order number.I contacted them through the website and they activated my phone for me but couldn’t do anything about it being broken and told me to go back with the phone number and they should be able to give me a new phone that works with no problems. I went back and within 5 minutes got turned down and humiliated by the same guy.So I guess I am gonna have to pay off a phone that won’t even turn on fresh out of the box.Worst customer service I have ever seen.Don’t worry though, I called corporate and they’re gonna address the man who disrespected me.

Wow this store just rocks....if I was with another company I would switch. I am tempted to switch to another carrier just so I can switch over again, it was that much fun working with this team of professionals. Josh was my sales rep, and he sure knows his stuff. Best cell phone store in America. PERIOD.

Stephany gave me the hookup when I made the jump from Verizon. She knows every way to get the best deal for you. Ask about the liquid screen protector, that stuff has saved my S9+ sooooo many times. The last one it hit a vehicle lift arm, full glass landing, and the PING it made could be heard across the street. Light scratch, no break.

Good place to get phones. Good cellphone plans. But the bad is overpriced accessories for the phones and for other electronic. Better priced online.

Ive experienced long waits and bad customer service. Go to the US Cellular in Morehead City, rarely a wait and every single employee there treats you like gold.

I purchased a phone today. Paid for all the accessaries in cash. Supposingly there system locked up after taking my money and they could not give me a refund. At 730 pm I was called by customer support - she said the problem was fixed and I could go pick up phone. Back at store and they tell me I cant get phone until Monday because it is in a inventory glitch and a manger only had to fix. They have 2 managers i am told. However neither are there on Saturdays.Hmmmm. Been with US Cellular for 20+ years and never had this kind of service at other locations.

The worst service I’ve ever had. They say service where don’t get service lies you don’t get service where you should get it, they say no hidden fees lies bill is never the same. All around horrible service just not worth it now I’m back with Verizon thank god!
