Very dirty and smelt terrible. Flavors tasted sour or as if the machines hadnt been cleaned. Toppings bar was messy and stale. Ended up throwing the whole bowl away. Will not be going back here.

I didnt want to do this but this place has completely gone downhill. The bar with all the treats was a complete disaster, very messy. Half the items were EMPTY. The Bathrooms were so dirty just like a gas station bathroom. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. They guy just sat on his phone. Its sad this frozen yogurt place used to be awesome and well kept.

Awesome place to take the kids! It is a self serve yogurt shop. You choose your cup, flavor and toppings. They weigh your entire cup and you pay per ounce. They have a wide variety of yogurt and even have seasonal flavors. The toppings bar is nicely organized and offer a variety of things from cookie crumbs, candies, cake bites to whip cream. Pretty much you name it they have it. Even hot fudge and hot Carmel.We go often, generally during non busy times. The bar is always nicely stocked a d the your is almost always stocked. The staff is mostly friendly. Most will give you a sample cup no problem. I have been in there before where the employee was not willing to give out sample cups which really makes choosing new flavors challenging. And is especially irritating to new never been customers.While the store is nice and clean and nicely stocked. Normally the store has been nice and clean and well kept but lately I think they definatley could take the time to do some more extensive deep cleaning. Im referring to cleaning the baseboards and dirty prints on the doors and walls.Overall its a great, quick spot to grab a sweet treat.

Terrible. 3 of the flavors we got tasted very strange, and 1 tasted like it might be curdled. Toppings were completely stale, entirely inedible. We both threw away over 1/2 our bowls.

Went in tonight for a sweet treat. Store was extremely dirty and not from normal foot traffic, dirty from not cleaning regularly. I was surprised by my total for 2 small kids cups with one topping, that I decided to come home and weigh them both....and I was shocked to learn I was overcharged by 6oz.. Disappointed because my kid loves Sweet Frogs😔

Ok so I dont normally complain but 3 cups of frozen yogurt should not cost me $33. Only 1 had topping on it and one small cup was halfway full. Something is very fishy about this place.

Healthy Dessert Alternative

There are many choices but several were not available. The only person working was not friendly and watching YouTube as we paid for our yogurt. The place didnt look that clean. Its a specialty business which needs to do a better job.

Well in my opinion this is a great place. But could we all get a little more topping.Service was great, and not dirty or smelling like bad milk.Recommend highly still!!!

Its a very cute frozen yogurt place and has so many flavor options. Theres also a variety of toppings from cookies to fruits the poopers to candy. Theres a lot of tables to sit around and didnt feel crowded at all. It was very enjoyable overall and a great place to come hangout. The reason for my 4 star was that some flavors were sour when they should have been sweet like smores.

The guy is so rude and it’s extremely expensive I bought 3 small one and cost $32,58 . And I used my card he took it and even he didn’t asked me if I need my receipt.candy is dry kids couldn’t even chewing it.

I went to this place 2 weeks ago and I liked it. Great flavors. But, theres one thing I didnt like. Im a card person and barely have cash with me. And when I went here, I only spent $5 and some change so I preferred to pay with cash. And since Im so used to using card, I left right after he gave me my change. And that was my mistake, I didnt count my change before leaving the counter. The next day, I decided to wash my car, looked for the cash I have left and found out the change he gave was $5 short. I get it, I made a mistake, but why cant they just be honest?

Good choices of flavors. Not very friendly owner. Pricey too. Small cups, 3/4 full and only light toppings yet $23.00 for 5 kids.

Cute location, but poor selection of frozen yogurt. Mostly gelato, ice cream and non dairy options. Only one or two actual frozen yogurt flavors. Very few fresh fruit options.

The customer service was bad. He was on his phone but didnt stop to give instructions on how the changes have affected the business of self serving. I had to keep asking him to fill choices that I wanted. Some of the selections were empty and they are right close by for him to refill.

I have been to this location many times. There are several things that really frustrate me. First, they open at noon. This means if I care to go here on my lunch break, my time is limited and they need to open on time. Unfortunately, they dont always open at noon, but sometimes up to 10 minutes after. Second, they dont honor their own coupons. I get a text message for a promotion and then get a hassle when making a special trip to redeem it. The same crap happens with their loyalty program, which they insist I need to show a text message which I have only received one for Save $0 off a cup...almost funny right? They have no idea whats going on. And finally, the negative that I usually hate when other people post because it seems insensitive: I have traveled and lived all over the world. Im the guy that can usually understand people with thick accents who use English as a second or third language. However, I recently visited the store and the only employee had such a limited English vocabulary that she could not even assist me. What the heck is going on?I love their yogurt and their huge selection of toppings. I used to love that they were a few cents cheaper than most other locations, but their price has increased lately. This store is usually very clean, although beginning to show its age. The outdoor seating area is a nice idea, but someone is going to sue them from an injury caused by the unsafe patio that was done by a not so handy handyman.I dont mind the overt religiosity, but it is there. What I do mind is incompetence, which in this case they have in abundance.

Best Sweet Frog 🐸 in Jax (as compared to ones at SJTC and San Jose locations)! We take our sons here all the time. Clean, yogurt/ice cream machine are never malfunctioning; great selections of flavors and toppings; and very thankful for their dairy-free, egg-free selections.

Soooo darn tasty. Definitely a must if craving an awesome desert or just wanting to cool off on a hit summer day. Absolutely Love SweetFrog!

So I went there and had free coupons for 1 free small cup of yogurt and I went up and the owner there is not friendly he is grumpy doesn’t say anything to u and when I went up to weigh my ice cream it was a little over weight he said I had to pay 1.02 cents but my mom nor me had money so I said I can’t do that may I like start over he grabbed my ice cream and through all the toppings away that we’re on it then it wasn’t enough so he through some ice cream away like just let me start over and didn’t wash his hands and the yogurt is average

Great yogurt, this location is clean and always has great flavors i do wish the customer service was a bit friendlier the staff seen a bit occupied.

The flavors were mostly melted when they came out and the tart had already gone bad because its not kept cold enough, the chocolate topping were stale.
