Good place to hang and eat some good food. i will probably become a regular. the bill was reasonable i would say.

Ice cream was AWESOME but we stood at the counter 10 min after getting our ice cream just to be told to go pay over there and we were in shock she was busy but she looked at us several times while we stood there for those 10 min so our ice cream was finished before we all sat down.... We arent from Florida we came to visit family here and even they didnt know to pay for your ice cream at the donut counter 🤯🤯

I had to wait a minute for my huge cappuccino blast but when you ask for an ice cream drink in the cold, how could I not expect that? The person who took my order was very helpful and patient dealing with me ending a phone call at the beginning of my order and still made a great recommendation when I was looking for a bite to eat that was filling but not too expensive! I love the mocha cappuccino blast and its heavenly as a splurge and the ham and egg wake up wrap up was banging!

Therewere 9 employees in the store I was in a rush and the drive thru had a long line I waited at the counter for 11 minutes and had to ask for help still waited finally someone asked me what I wanted so I ordered and iced coffee my usual! Long story short the manager was very rude and told it is what it is!@!!!! meanwhile the customers behind me had already gotten there order...frustrated wont return at all. I run on Dunkin I thought until today!! Stay away if you want friendly service not happening at that location!!

Out of all chocolate ice cream and the blender is broken conveniently when there is no one in the drive-through at 11pm on a Friday night. Pure laziness

I love this Baskin Robbins and the Dunkin Donuts it shares a bldg with. The milk shakes are the bomb and they get new flavors on a regular. This is the perfect stop for your summer ice cream needs. They also provide a variety of ice cream cakes for whatever your event may be.

I frequent this store a lot. Food and drinks are always great. The area is always clean inside and outside the store. The speediness of the order is based on the inside and drive thru traffic. But its never excessive. The only downside is parking. If you are going inside to get out during peak times (all day) You must park in the back.

The best ice cream so far. Might as well come here. McDonalds never got it and Dairy Queen ice cream watered down to me. I like Mayfield ice cream but Wal-Mart dont sell it no more. So Baskin Robbins it is. I love the rum raisin and cheesecake ice cream

If I could give this store no stars I would! Ordered ice cream sunday and a shake. We were in line for 30 minutes. We get to the window. Nothing is ready wait 19 more minutes they give us the shake but the sunday isnt ready. There are 3 people working. Ask for our money back (we used cash) and the manager says we cant give refunds! As my husband is talking to them hes upset because we just want the money back. The manager then yells BYE in his face! So disrespectful! Very nasty. But I will be up there in the morning!

So as far as the staff goes, they are friendly. Management needs to do a better job when the are writing the schedule. They were understaffed and looks like they were doing inventory. Dont forget, Krispy kream is right across the street..

Didnt have much in flavors of Ice cream. No sugar free at all. Other Baskin-Robbins always was well stocked and had at least 3 sugar free flavors. Was very disappointed. Ordered from what they had. Not sugar free. Flavors was good but couldnt eat much being Diabetic. Service was ok.

We waited in line for a while and ordered, when we got to the window they didn’t have any clue what we ordered. When we said what we ordered they said okay and then came back and said they didn’t have that. Then we had to repeat ourselves at least five times on what we had ordered. And then we had a second order and they had no idea what that one was either. We asked if they even took our order and they said no. All the employees were just standing around talking. Super disappointing experience.

The absolute worst. I went in to get an iced coffee. It didnt take long to get it made. It was made wrong. I returned to get it fixed & then had to wait almost 10 min. I rarely go to this location & now o remember why.

Was instructed to go online for custom order. Online doesnt allow custom order and instructs you to call the store. Called the store and i can only imagine her as the person with the worst phone manners ever answers and instructs me to go online again. Told her online doesnt allow custom orders. She doesnt ask me to hold or place me on hold, instead she just screams to someone do you want to deal with this customer. Apparently this job is too stressful for her. If she made $15/hr I may have to seek counseling.

Terrible service. I walked in and had been standing there for several minutes waiting to order. Several workers saw me and did not say a word or try to help me. Multiple customers walked in after me and all ordered and received their food, but not me. I was there for a total of 15 minutes waiting. They will never get my business.

Stood there for 10 minutes at the ice cream counter and were completely ignored. Finally a woman came to scoop ice cream for another order and was standing directly across the ice cream case from us. My husband started talking to her, and she just rolled her eyes and walked away. They were busy, but a simple well be with you in a minute was all we were looking for. What a terrible employee. We eventually left because no one would even acknowledge our presence. We will never come here again.

Honestly, this place is a joke. They are always out of whatever you ask for. And the staff is completely incompetent. On numerous occasions they give me/charge me for the wrong size of whatever I order. They dont know what is on their menu. And then they have an attitude when you ask them to fix it. University Baskin Robbins. False advertisement .. it says 24hr the are open but they had no ice cream at 9:45pm What does 24hrs mean .

Nothing beats their strawberry cheesecake shake.

Poor service. Employees didnt want to make us wafflecones. Employee scooped ice cream without gloves on. There arent any signs for order here pick up here. The employee who served me in particular tried her hardest to give me the wrong ice cream. I would go back if changes are made but not likely.

The service was rude. I work in customer service and they are very damn rude. Act like we bother them when we ask questions. The donuts that are suppose to have cream in them dont. And they dont seem to ever have half the icecreams... I would rather drive half way across town then go to this one again.

We waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes with no service so decided to go in. No one was in line inside or outside and I waited again 10 minutes inside! I ordered a Reeses Sundae which I was the told theyre out of Reeses. So I ordered an Oreo sundae. They only put in 2 small scoops of Oreo ice cream and filled the rest with whip cream. I paid $6.72 for this junk. There were 4 people working in there and the service was AWFUL. I will not be going back to this location.

Been living on the west side for almost a year and this place is the only 2 in 1 on this side of town. I literally HATE coming here! They are always out of something and there is always an excuse!! This particular visit pushed me over the edge. It’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon and they have no waffle cones. I politely ask when will there be some and the clerk responds “whenever we have a chance to make some” while shrugging her shoulders. The young lady didn’t have a badge on which isn’t a surprise but the cashier on my receipt is Maria. Idk who the owner or manager is of this establishment but I probably would retrain my team on customer service especially when dealing with customers traveling all the way from Arglye Forest passing RaceTrac and Brusters for Baskin Robbins ice cream! Last trip I’ll make!

Make your own combinations and discover your own personal favorite every time you come by! Its a very fast and efficient staff that try to have a sense of urgency when it comes to taking and completing orders. My personal favorite has always been the plain and strawberry, but if you are accustomed to the quality and deliciousness of BR, youll understand this has always been the finely crafted flavor of all 32.
