Beautiful granite counters for our outdoor kitchen! Very professional and on time! Would highly recommend!

We had Quality Countertops replace and install new marble countertops in our kitchen and two bathrooms. They were so professional, easy to work with and efficient. We can not say enough good things about this company. We picked a serpentine marble that is green blue and almost as hard as granite. It was done a couple of years ago and we are so happy with the results.

Just finished my third kitchen and master bathroom with Quality Countertops and we have been very pleased with Diego and his staff. the crew that came to install was top notch and was very thorough with install and cleanup so much so our maintenance man wanted their card to give future recommendations to other condo owners because he too was impressed with their work ethic

We were impressed with our first encounter their staff and selection was great! They came out as soon as I had the cabinets in and took the measurements for the countertops promising a 3 week delivery and install they were right there as scheduled. Diego and these guys are amazing! They did a phenomenal job on our kitchen! Even brought in a laser to perfect a difficult cut to create a cool breakfast peninsula. Can not say enough about this company! From beginning to end the were fantastic! We had started with a different company and we were not pleased with their service and timeliness. I was desperate to get my counters and sink installed after being without for 6 weeks. The owner met with me on a Tuesday afternoon and they were installed the next Wednesday. Just had a bathroom vanity top installed and it looks awesome! From the showroom meetings with Ann and Mariah, to in-home measurement, and final install, we have had outstanding customer service throughout the process. In the showroom they said it would take about 3 days between measurement and install. I didnt believe it but thats exactly what they did. We have completed a lot of reno work in the past year and this is the first company to arrive on time for appointments and actually provide the service they said they would provide. The price was reasonable and the product was top quality. We highly recommend Quality Countertops and will definitely use them again for our next project.

Diegos crew did a quality professional installation at our home and quartz countertops were cut with precision. They needed to make a small seam by our sink in order to fit the lengthy area together. It was barely noticeable. Very pleased with the outcome of the stone and installation.

Im glad I found this place. They installed my countertops in my kitchen and bathroom. The result is impeccable. I got them installed a year ago and they still look great with the 15 yr seal they add. Just had the final install of our granite countertop in our master bathroom. I am so happy with the final product and the entire process up to this point. Every person we encountered along the way were awesome to deal with and professional. From picking the slab to having the measurements done and then the install, everyone was so nice and very easy to work with. The two men that were just here to do the install were great. They showed up early and did a great job. VERY HAPPY!!!

Every where else wanted to put a seam in a tricky corner piece. But, not this Company! They did it in one beautiful curved piece. So I will brag for them. And the tile work is stunning too. The experience has been great, they have a very good selection, and the process from selecting our granite to the time it was put in was very quick in my opinion. I looked at several granite stores and got price quotes, and even got quotes from Lowes and Home Depot for Corian or Granite prices for my 2 60 master bath vanities. Their prices were higher than Quality Countertops, and they charged extra for disposal of the old (20 years) marble vanities. The installers were excellent, arrived on time, and did a very professional job. It looks even better than I hoped. Now all I need to do is reconnect the new faucets and my master bath is finished! I highly recommend Quality Countertops because they have a very large selection of granite and quartz to consider for bath or kitchen, and they do all their cutting and fabrication on site.

Well first I thought that the of the owner Quality countertops waswas so lovely,., Bent over backwards to help me out and secondly I was given a price for the Cambria quartz and she charged me half the price of one of her competitors…… Her husband came to take measurements so that everything would smoothly . The gentleman who arrived to put in the Quartz, could not have been nicer, my countertops were expertly put in,so that it all matched beautifully . And they were very nice to my dog 😂 and I did not feel the least bit uncomfortable with them at my house. Buy from them, you won’t be sorry.🎉

We had nothing but a great experience when we decided to go with Quality Countertops for our kitchen renovation. As soon as we walked through their doors we were greeted and able to look at many different slabs of granite. We spoke with Doug and told him what we wanted and he even showed me a layout I didnt even know was an option creating my perfect open floor plan kitchen. Everything was very timely and we had our countertops and backsplash installed within a week. Needless to say we are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and the craftsmanship really shows. Dont go anywhere else for your countertop needs!

My house is a contractors nightmare. Everyone that I have had in there has almost always run it to oddball things with the way the house is that makes a seemingly ordinary repair turn into hours long grind to get it done right. The kitchen cabinets that I have ended up multiplying that . Cabinets that were not aligned right, two by four crossovers in the pass through bar being too high, needing to be manually grinded down almost an inch, old countertop stoves and sinks fighting to not come out and an old Formica backsplash that when removed showed the back wall had been completely shredded by a previous contractor to run electrical lines. Quality Countertops never once rushed the job and made sure that every issue that arose was taken care of properly. They started at 9:00 AM and didnt get finished until about 8:30 PM. I very much appreciate that they made sure that the job was done correct, leaving me beautiful countertops when they were done. Price is very reasonable and came in quite a bit lower then the other estimates I received. And to top it off they even saved a crab that had gotten into the garage from the beach. Lol. Over the summer we decided to remodel our kitchen. After contacting various local companies we decided to go with Quality Countertops. What sold us were the various choices of granite they offer and the time frame they gave us to complete the job. It only took them a week from the time they came to do the measurements until the granite was installed. The installation itself was done in record time. A plus you get working with this company is that the estimate they give you also includes the plumbing job (they reinstalled the new kitchen sink), which saved us the hassle of contacting a plumber ourselves.The company really cares about customer satisfaction so they are very polite and professional in their way of conducting business, and if something goes wrong they will work with you to try to fix it. Overall we are satisfied with the job and will recommend the company.

For the past year, we’ve shopped and priced granite companies and fabricators throughout Jacksonville and St Augustine…..along US 1, Phillips Hwy, San Jose Blvd. We stopped by Quality Countertops a few times, but unfortunately always missed them. Recently, our neighbors had their countertops installed by a St Aug company. The workmanship was “okay”, it was affordable, and so we figured we’d probably just go with that company also. The granite we really liked at their showroom was $2k above our budget. We regrouped and decided to look into our second and third granite choices instead. One day while in Mandarin, we drove by Quality Countertops and they were open! We spoke with Wesley about the two colors we’d narrowed our selections down to. Fortunately, they had them side by side in the warehouse, so we were able to see and compare! As we were talking, I explained my original choice was lighter in color, but not affordable. Wesley said “Oh, we have something that sounds quite similar. Let me show you.” He got into the tractor and moved a gray slab, to show us another option. It was the granite we originally wanted….OUR FIRST CHOICE…and only $300 more than choices 2 and 3, NOT $2K!!! We were thrilled, to say the very least. We didn’t have to “settle”…we would be able to get the granite we really wanted! Diego came to our home the following week to build the template. The next day I met Wesley at the showroom to lay out the template on the slab, so the exact patterns in the granite would be placed where I wanted them in my kitchen. He was very accommodating and helpful explaining how everythng would line up and where seams would be cut. Three days later, our countertops were installed, and every day since, when I walk into my kitchen, I am in LOVE! My countertops are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It is almost impossible to see the seams…you have to run your hand along the granite to feel for them. The deep sink is a dream! We have had so many visitors, even our neighbors, compliment the granite color and workmanship. To say we are extremely pleased would be an understatement….it is beyond anything we’d imagined, AND AFFORDABLE! Diego, Wesley, Doug & crew were awesome! Very professional, very polite, respectful of our home, our schedules, and our budget. They were a friendly bunch, always made us feel appreciated and welcomed at their shop. We have recommended them to numerous co-workers, neighbors and friends since. Going with Quality Countertops was one of the decisions we’ve ever made!
