Just received my HP Elitedesk 800GI and was packed very well lot of foam. I set it up and works wonderfull. I was missing the wifi adapter but after emailing them they sent that part to me no question asked. Very nice customer service if you ask me. Price wasnt bad

Ordered a refurbished DELL. I had my doubts when I ordered it- as the price seemed too good to be true- $110.00....But when I finally got it- shipping was pretty fast- and started it up- it ran like a champ! Beautiful desktop. Not one Ding. Not one issue with the way it ran. However, there was a problem with one item- the people at DCD forgot to add a power cord for the monitor - and I immediately contacted them through the Walmart App- and while it took a whole day to get it worked out- the DCD finally notified me that the cord was being sent. I am at this point - waiting for the cord and am having to substitute- for now- the cord from my television. This desktop will be solely used for remote work. So far, so good. This desktop- as I imagine- EVERYTHING purchased at the DCD- comes with a free year warranty.

I have been using Discount Computer Depot for over 5 yrs. My self and my agents whom all work from home. Our company requires specific specs in order to be in compliance. This company has always provided the best systems with dual monitors every time. We have purchase 5 systems that I know of. They all have been great. I only recommend this company! Discount Computer Depot is GREAT! First of all, they have a HUGE selection of refurbished PCs from the best manufacturers (I have great success buying refurbished Dell Computers in the past). Second, they have incredibly low prices. 3rd, if there is a problem with your order, they have top notch tech support people who will bend over backwards to make things right for you. In a recent transaction there was a problem with the PC I purchased. They not only replaced the problematic computer, they upgraded it to a much better machine than I originally purchased. This company is terrible and if the owner knows that the employees are not sending out products, talking about all I want is free Stuff, No the screen was covered under warranty and yours company did not cover for fill the Allstate warranty so THAT IS BAD Business. I recently bought a PC and when I needed help, they responded quickly and resolved it.

I ordered a laptop from them. Ive ordered before and though one of them I have bought was not durable, I thought considering the price, it was an ok deal. This time, they sent one with non functioning keyboard. I think Ill stay away from these guys from now on. Its impossible to reach customer service which is a huge red flag..

Received a laptop that’s so slow and laggy it’s extremely annoying to use. Originally bought the laptop to play games and found out the computer doesn’t even have the proper graphics card to play games, disappointed.

I purchased a computer via Walmart. After a month of use, there was a tiny bit of difficulty which resulted in my contacting the company for assistance. I am perfectly willing to troubleshoot to save myself time and the hassle of taking/sending the unit in for repair. This company walked me through possible issues and we found the culprit. I only needed a minor fix and the computer works very well, as expected. I truly appreciate a responsive and helpful vendor. I would like to review the Discount Computer Depot. My husband and I purchased a computer back in December right a Christmas time. They were very quick in sending us our computer. When we turned it on after installing it we had an issue. We called their technicians who were all very polite, very knowledgeable, and quick with their help in resolving the problem. Our first tech was Douglas, who by the way, helped me by facetime. We exchanged pictures which helped us old folks very much. After he figured the problem he sent us the correct pieces to fix it, We were suppose to call him when the parts came in to help install. Ordered two computers from them. First one arrived with a VGA power issue, they handled it right away and have a new adapter on the way, was super happy. The second computer arrived this afternoon and started up fine then shut down with an error and wont turn on anymore and of course no one answered the phone. I should have read reviews because another reviewer had this SAME issue.

Discount Computer Depot is the Greatest ! I received two laptops for my boys to do virtual school. About a month later our house burned down and we lost everything including our oldest son. I called and told them what happened and they sent me two more laptops. About a month later one laptop stopped working and again another one is issued to us. I would like to say that Discount Computer is amazing. They have great deals and they stand behind their warranties and products. I have purchased about 6 computers over the years with them and they always have solid products. When there is a problem, they are good to stay with you to resolve them. They have an appointment based phone support call system, in addition to a live chat help which helps start any support calls, if needed.Refurbishing computers is a solid industry and Discount Computers only works with and gets the best!

This used to be a good company but they just ripped me off. Spent $260 on a used cpu based on certain specs. They sent me a computer without the advertised video card. Then played games on providing a return shipping label. When I finally received the replacement cpu it was 2 GHz instead of the 3 GHz they listed (2 GHz???). They offered me $13 back as compensation. Do not buy from them. Inventory must be low so they shipping whatever junk they have lying around.

Ordered a refurbished Dell desktop from discount computer depot via walmart. Computer came in a timely fashion, and was in better physical condition than I had expected. There was a discrepancy between I ordered and what I received (smaller memory and different windows version). It took a while dealing with customer service, but when I finally spoke with someone, the correct memory was send in a timely fashion, and Ill just work with the version of windows that I received. Very happy with my new computer; it was a good value.

I read some of the bad reviews and I read some of the good reviews. But my review is five stars because I got an amazing computer for my son for an absolutely amazing price. But I tried to connect two screens to this computer but it didnt work. so I called them up and told them and they said I needed a graphics card and they sent one right out to me on two day shipping. So now everything is ready for my son to open this on Christmas. Ive had a great experience with these people and I would recommend them.

Purchased a desktop Dell. I didnt have the appropriate cable to use for the display. Contacted them via chat. Jesse walked through the entire process to confirm. He was very thorough. Confirmed that the wrong cords were sent and immediately shipped the right cord with 2 day delivery. He was very courteous and helpful.

After 3 months of having purchased a computer from this company the computer hard drive crashed. They then sent me out a used hard drive as a replacement that did not come with a windows installation so I had to wait until they sent me the disk. Needless to say the disk arrived and the hard drive was non responsive so the issued out another hard drive replacement. This one arrived almost a month later because of weather issues on their end. Once installed it could not get passed the boot screen with the tech assisting so the computer was then replaced. Now it may seen impossible but the computer began to freeze every 5 minutes less than a week after it arrived. I called to have then assist me but the computer wouldnt stay on long enough for them to be able to long into it. They then agreed to send me another computer, this time they wanted me to pay to have it shipped to them. I will never buy from this company again and I suggest that if you are smart with your money you go elsewhere because the people may be nice and helpful but all of their products are defective!

I purchased two Dell Desktop computers and one Dell Laptop, all with Windows 10, from Discount Computer Depot in early 2020 and have been pleased with the price, performance, and customer service provided. Most recently, I called for technical help because all three computers were operating with what I thought were black screens. I was assisted by DMH to correct the problem that I had created by somehow turning ON the High Contrast in my Windows 10 login settings for my desktop. He advised that when I logged into our laptop and other desktop those High Contrast settings were also changed to ON. We have been limping along for 2 weeks with yellow on black for our Yahoo email accounts and thinking it was a Windows 10 update problem. We are now Happy Campers|. Thank you to DMH and his 5 Star Customer Service.

** UPDATE **Not the company you think they are, drove over 3 hours to get to their warehouse only to have been told the wrong address. NO one in the warehouse could tell us where to go to return the laptop we had gotten and to pick up the new one.DCD owed me a discount for the new laptop which even after multiple emails and phone calls (which go un-answered) has yet to happen.No longer recommend this company!!! At the beginning of the pandemic, I purchased two desktop computers from this company for the most reasonable prices anywhere! They have been aboveboard with everything from the start...when my disc drive went out, I was shipped a replacement one, and more recently when my computer stopped working, I was sent an upgraded replacement one. I did pay the difference for the upgrade, of course. They are very responsive to their customers needs and I have recommended them to several friends who were also looking for reasonably priced desktops since we all found ourselves working from home! Computers, like cars, are one of the things I dont find necessary to buy brand new so this is a great company for a person who feels that way. Im thrilled to have found DCD! I bought an HP Compaq Elite 8000 usff Desktop Computer from Discount Computer Depot for the simple reason that I had not been aware that Walmart sold refurbished computers. When I saw the price, I took a chance. My system only cost $130 all up, after tax. I have spent more than that on worse things than updating my 10 yr old system with this hot rod with an Intel Core 2 Duo running at 3.0 GHz, 4 gb RAM, 250 gb HDD, and a 19 monitor. My computer shipped without the external power supply (AC converter). Im sure it occurred because this model usually has an internal PS, and normal 110v household cord. The fact that this one was the tiny usff (ultra small form factor) meant no room in the case, so the PS is external. It took a few days back and forth with DCD to explain the problem, but everyone I dealt with were EXTREMELY pleasant, helpful and professional. A week to the day after my computer was delivered, I received an alternate power supply, but still original equipment HP. My new computer is fantastic. Though refurbished, it is in immaculate physical condition. It is so far advanced over the ten year old model it replaced, it seems like magic. Makes me want to buy one of last years models, rather than this one with its old processor. But I will buy my next one from these guys. GREAT deal that nobody knows about.

Matt was so professional and knowledgeable of the issues that I was having with a dual monitor system in my home, as well as being courteous and friendly during our conversation. I could not be more happy with Discount Computer Depo! Their customer service was outstanding and all of our products have been top notch. The Dell laptop was custom to meet all of my preferences and I will be purchasing two more from them for my school aged children for Christmas. If you need anything electronic, I highly recommend them!

I just bought a computer and noticed that the new computer didnt have wi-fi capability. I chatted with discount computers and they gave me the stuff that I needed in a hurry. They are wonderful to work with and I will tell all if my friends to take to these people first. A+ in my book

I have purchased 2 computers, and I have had a wonderful experience. The tech support is awesome, and will make sure you have everything you need to keep your pc running. I also love the fact they will call you to make sure someone followed up with you.When I needed a part, they rushed it to me. I willl continue to purchase all my PCs and laptops from them.

After sales support from these folks is sadly lacking. They are great at selling you something, but when there is a problem forget about it. I have been trying for over a week now to get a problem solved with a machine they sold me. The email address for support got returned as non working. The phone lines just ring and ring and ring. Chat support is only there if you are looking to buy something. The moment you ask for support they quickly shut you down. They have till the end of the week to resolve this before I dispute the charges with my CC as a defective product.

We bought a Lenovo PC for an inexpensive price form Discount Computer Depot which does greatly and is very upgradable. The customer service is excellent and goes the extra mile to solve problems for free during the 1-year warranty. We would buy from them again.

I ordered a Dell Optiplex refurb and when it came in had some problems. I called support and they were extremely helpful. They sent a new computer out to me with a return label for the old computer. I love the new computer and it works perfectly. I have already been telling my friends about Discount Computer Depot as a great source for good refurb computers.

I bought a pc from DCD. One of the monitors wasnt connecting properly. I called customer service. Jesse was great. He found a way to solve my issue in one call.

I had a very pleasant experience with a young man named, Edgar. He was very helpful and he listened to all of my concerns. I’m grateful to have had this enjoyable experience with this company. I will continue to do further business with them because of how wonderful Edgar’s customer service skills towards me and my business were. Thanks again!!!

!!!!AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!I ordered a computer from these guys. From the start a nightmare. Delayed shipping. When item arrived screen kept flickering. The keyboard had some thing spilled on it. The wifi dongle kept loosing connection. I messaged these guys no response. I call them and leave a message no response. I wait about 2 weeks. Computer is crashing daily. I call for tech support. Given the I dont know answer. Told to make an appointment for someone else to deal with me. I make an appointment and no one calls or leaves a message. I call 5 times in 1 hour to try to speak to someone and no one picks up. I suggest you keep looking on someone elses website.Edit: After finally getting in contact with them. I was kind of brushed off, replacement parts were sent out but the wrong wrong ones. After installing I get 5 beeps and the fan gets really loud. Left multiple messages, via email, their little messaging function, and voicemail; I guess no one works there anymore because no response. My computer still does not work properly crashes daily. When a deal sound to good to be true. Believe me it is.!!!!AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!

Had probs with dual monitors. Morgan took care of my prob right away. with that type of support i will not buy a computer from anyone else.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE from Christina Munoz!! I am elderly and disabled and NOT tech savvy at all. She stayed with me and was SO PATIENT until my issue was resolved!! Her response time was VERY SHORT and I was very impressed with how quickly she got everything done!!The business world needs MORE people like her!!
