I have a project for art and I have naturally shakey hands. I was up against the task of free handing cutting one big poster board into 4 EQUAL size pieces. I knew this was the impossible for me to achieve so I took it to OfficeMax in hopes that I could pay someone to ACCURATELY do it for me. NOPE! She cut my papers extremely crooked, I could even do better than this for free. I will most likely get a bad grade on my project now. Thank you OfficeMax.

I was having some issues with my printer after installing new ink. I bought some very expensive ink from this location that I assumed would fix the problem. It didnt work but the store manager was extremely helpful and patient and let me return the ink I had purchased and helped me pick out a new printer. My experience with this store so far has be great and if you have a question or problem they are very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend this location and I will use it for all similar needs.

Wow! I was in such a jam and Ricky really came through with a wonderful recommendation from my project. You can just tell he’s there to help and solve problems. I recently came here to look for a specific computer cord. Walked up and showed a picture asking for product. Guy just walked away (I assumed to follow) and handed me product. I said thank you and he just walked off. Talk about rude. As I was leaving, some elderly gentlemen was struggling to carry in an item. I had to throw my purse on the ground to help him. I looked around for help and 3 employees were just standing there, no offer to help. I called the manager to discuss all of this and to my surprise he had me even BIGGER attitude. He blamed short staffing for the reason why the employee wouldn’t speak to me, and said sorry that their “ethical standards” didn’t match mine when asked why no one would help the elder gentlemen. I didn’t realize helping someone that is struggling was now an individual “ethical standard” and he then decided to tell me he had “other things to do” and hung up. His name was Matthew. It’s sad that this type of behavior has become a new normal. I made sure to contact Corporate offices.

Cassandra in the print department at this location is absolutely wonderful. She is professional, Friendly, and provides very good quality work. Her attitude and ability to handle multiple customers at once Is very impressive. Always a great experience working with Cassandra. Love this location because of her. Robert was absolutely amazing as he assisted me with my home office furniture. He was very helpful over the phone to verify inventory in store. He also pleasantly assisted me once I arrived to pickup the item, which turned into multiple items because of his outstanding service. Huge Thank You Robert, for going above & beyond with exceptional service to ensure I was able to get what I needed. Another associate Mike was nice to assist Robert with helping to load the purchase for me.- Great Place to Shop!

I had a bad experience at another location and Jesse Nelson the tech services employee help me out a great deal. I had to have some pictures printed for Father’s Day and he took time to assist me and didn’t charge me again and also cut the pictures out for my frames. My dad and brother would appreciate this gift. Thanks Jesse you rock man and give him a promotion if he already isn’t management

Great staff! Only been in a few times but the service has been great every time! The services they offer are great and competitively priced.If youre shopping office supplies definitely price things out since OfficeMax is rarely a bargain.

I had to shop for large boxes and storage bins. I was having a hard time navigating the cart and knew I was going to struggle getting everything into my car. Bob willingly started grabbing everything for me, rang me up, and even helped me fit everything into my car. Made my day to experience such GREAT customer service, and from someone who was so happy to do it! Thanks, Bob!!!

Came to print over a hundred pages and Andrea took care of it. Very sweet and friendly. Wish every employee would be like that. Open and friendly but unfortunately most of the time people like robots saying customers what they been thought to say. Hope she will get a raise.

Management is always top notch. I have noticed several times employees respond with I dont know to questions and call managers to help the customer. That may be your policy but it seems a trained staff would be more effective.

Even when my location closed and I visited this location the staff was very helpful and led me to find everything I needed . The assistant manager even checked online coupons for me when I asked. I have enjoyed shopping here ever since . Thank you guys and lady in the print shop! Shannon

I searched the store for about 15 minutes trying to find notebook paper. Meanwhile, 3 employees were up front joking around and completely ignoring the handful of customers in the store. I finally walked out without making a purchase because no one offered any help even though I had a definite look of frustration/confusion. Granted I never specifically asked for help, the employees also never even offered help or wvwn acknowledged my existence.

Worst customer service I have ever recived. The print area was horrible. I came it with clear directions and specification. They were rude and didnt want to do the print job. They were going to charge me for printing the full file when I didnt want the full file printed. They had no Idea what they were doing. Do not go to this place go to a different location. If I was their manager they wouldnt have a job there anymore.

I spent $200 and still didnt get what I wanted the right way printed up the way I brought it in already had it printed up just one of them to match it just picked up my business cards theyre dont match the ones I printed up for them to print up your computer system dont match up and your scanner dont seem to work Friday either I spent $200 starting a business I cant have this almost had to spend another $100 yesterday wasting my money
