Quite the bad experience - staff was unhelpful and seemed actually happy to give poor service. Bizarre.

Smaller store than other locations. Limited supplies and services. Polite staff.

(School teacher needing copies) sent all copies via email so I could make them once I arrived at the store. Got there at 4pm & the person said they stop making teacher copies at 2pm every day now…i don’t get off work until well after 2pm, so this is SUPER inconvenient. Find another spot for copies!!

Supervisor in print shop is extremely rude. made me wait for one hour standing in front of her for my one sheet of printed paper.

Store is not very clean, stock is either empty or damaged or missing. The four or five times that Ive been there, twice looking at office furniture, nobodys ever bothered to ask if I needed help. Ill go somewhere where they pay attention.

After several months of coming here for essentials, I’m writing a review today to specifically thank Mark for his attention to detail and customer service. The store Is very clean and well organized. Plus their sales are great! I have literally never had anything but a positive experience here. Thank you for being a store with “family attitude” in this massive city.Thank you Mark!

Bought a modem here, and asked if they price matched, and they said yes.2 boxes on the shelf, both empty, and none in the back. They offered next day free shipping, so I bought it. My mistake was not checking the order before I left the store. They forgot to give me the price match.Had to go back to the store, and remind the clerk that he forgot the match. Had to call a manager to get the correction done, which took about 10 minutes to find her. Copped an attitude, and said since it already shipped, I would have to bring it in and void the transaction and start over...really? I asked about just crediting the card, and she went off in a huff, came back a few minutes later, and gave me cash out of the register...judging from the very few people in the store, I would assume they would do anything positive to show good customer service, but I guess this isnt the case....

Great customer service. Im very thankful to the store manager Mr Gustavo, he handled very professionally a problem that I have with my photo project. He demostrate excellent customer service and resolving my problem very quickly and efficiently. Im definitely going to continue doing business at this store. Thank you very much.

Always greeted kindly by the nice and knowledgable associates, always clean and organized, and this store always either has what I need or the associates can help me locate where to find it. I have lived in the Baymeadows area for several years and whenever I need something for my home or office from pens to cords to laptops I find it wonderful that I can drive right up the street and pick up what I need. The manager Mark is very kind and considers you and his associates a part of the family and treats you and them as such and you can feel it in the warm and inviting enviroment of the store. Very welcoming and Definatley recommended for your home and office needs.

I love this place they were extremely helpful and had no problem helping us out. The one thing that is making me right this review is the manger Mark he is a great man and is very entertaining.

If youre looking for a place to send a fax, be prepared to pay a lot of money if its more than just a few pages. 15 page fax cost me about $27 which is just high way robbery in my opinion. The staff that I interacted with were nice at least.

I order four copies of a six page document. Everything seemed fine when I went in and was helped right away where the associate handed over the brown paper envelope. But when I got to work and opened the package, there was only one copy!! Now this one copy was perfect but I had really needed the four... I called and they asked for my order number and printed the documents but for me, it was too late, I was already at work and had to make due with the one copy. Just hate that I still had to pay for the four and they didnt even offer a refund... ugh

I’ve gone here a few times, the service is great but they need a general business center where people can use a computer for 5 minutes.Scanners were broken last time.

The copy and print manager Janelle was extremely rude and aggressive towards me on two separate occasions. She is very unprofessional and because of her actions I will no longer shop at this location.

Staff is always respectful, very helpful and efficient. Great variety and reasonable prices. Online printing and in-store printing are both great, good quality and very affordable.

They have more in stock than other Office Depot locations. Staff have always been friendly and lines are usually short.

Its always been a great place to pick up things but I know its on the shelves that they were out of a lot of things and according to the guys at work there they werent going to get another Supply like of envelopes for a long time no sense having us Office Depot if you cant get envelopes

Derek in the copy center is amazing!!! Patient and helpful. I couldnt figure out my best options for some banners and posters and he saved me money and sold me quality products.

Poor location and very easy to miss. Sparsely populated store meant great parking options and speedy check out lanes. Im not sure what time this store closes, but I would be cautious about visiting this location after sunset.

The print department took prints in and got them done quickly, And Dante was really helpful in assisting me and very courteous and respectful. I come mainly to this one because of this young man and the staff.

I would never go there again. They had a laptop on sale clearly marked for 599 and when I went to purchase it they try to charge me 899 and said that the sale was no longer effective though it was clearly marked. Very poor customer service

The staff have always been great here but it seems like they are constantly inundated with boxes and items that need to be stocked just laying around the aisles or on the floor. Sometimes, you catch a really good sale on things though so it evens out!

This is the worst Office Depot in the city. The workers are rude in the copy and print department. I’ve seen several different employees be rude with customers and one got rude with me. The dark curly haired young lady and the flamboyant male with the beard. It’s unbelievable and sad especially to see how another customer was treated. I live closer to Baymeadows location but I have been going to Regency to avoid the rudeness. It’s the copy and print section. Other than that, the store supervisors are great but I don’t understand who hired the rude team in the copy & print. I predict that location will go out of business from poor sales. It’s probably the least busiest and possibly because, like myself, customers don’t want to deal with the rude employees

Stopped in yesterday to use the self service printers. One was not working and the other kept jamming. I understand those things happen, so I return today and ask if the machines are working and am told yes they are. Neither of them are working. There was ONE person working in the print center an another six or seven standing around gossiping. I don’t understand why someone couldn’t be called to the department to assist the four people standing in line? I’m not looking for a Starbucks experience, just would like someone to help customers.

This review is based on the fact that their store hours are now correct on Google after being incorrect for years and the fact that their parking lot is way too dark at night.

Call this location earlier and spoke to a lady about getting something printed onto certain paper with a inkjet printer she asked the manager and he said yes so here I am at a Office Depot and they tell me no Office Depot does that so I call back up there speak to the same lady and she tells me she knew they couldn’t do it but said they could bc she asked her manager even though she knew he was wrong

I use Office Depot service frequently and this store has the worst customer service, specially the printing department. The employees are always in a bad mood and being super rude! It’s annoying and sad. I hope the manager realizes what’s happening and makes the necessary improvements... for now, I’ll avoid that location and go back to the one on Beach and Hodges... they are wonderful!!!

Every time I go to this specific Office Depot, I am always greeted with the best customer service. They always make sure I get everything that I came in for. Everyone is very nice and professional, this is the only location I will shop at, because it is definitely the best store location in Jacksonville.

Office Depot is my go to place for printing when I am away from the office. This Office Depot is by far the worst with customer service, especially the printing area!! I drop by to get some documents copied and notice the copier says add toner as I am copying. I go to the desk to let them know and also to inform them my copies are too light, that I just paid for, and was told, no, that is how it copies. Really?? And you want $15 an hour...NOT!! LAZY, no other reason not to add toner, oh thats right, you cannot get off your cell phone long enough to do your job!! Dont bother calling the manager, he is just as bad and just as lazy!! You deserve ZERO stars!

Whenever we visit a restaurant nearby, its tradition my boyfriend and I wander around this Office Depot for me to look at office supplies. Everyone is usually very polite, but today at register three I met a very rude employee. We had spent some time looking at everything from calendars to notebooks and pens to office chairs (I am considering some for a room at my house I converted to an office). When I was ready to pay for my notebook, she looked at me, raised an eyebrow, and asked Did you put everything back?The only thing I had carried throughout the store was the notebook I purchased and my wallet. I didnt even have a purse, so Im not sure why she suspected I was attempting to steal from the store.I even asked her What? thinking maybe she would explain perhaps I forgot to move one of the office chairs back to where it originally was, but she just remained silent and I decided losing it at the store wasnt worth my time or energy since I know I did nothing wrong. Ive decided coming back to the store isnt worth it either.I dont have her name, but off the receipt her employee number is 763197.

Big store has lots of space so it looks somewhat empty but it had all the product categories I was looking for.

Pretty disappointed. I love Office Depot because I also love Amazon but I hate what theyre going to do to planet earth. This office depot was desolate though, and the selection of folders, pens, storage supplies, sad.

Excellent parking lot away from the main road. Print Dept handled my prints A-Okay!! I had to go outside the bldg to email them from my phone due to internet svce inside, no problem!! Pics are BEAUTIFUL!!

Im honestly surprised this place is still in business probably since its close proximity to many of its businesses is the only reason why its still around. If you walk in to grab something you will probably not be greeted by any of his staff and they are you will notice a grand lack of anybody being around. Spend a good 20 or 30 minutes looking around for something and you will probably never find and walk out on frustration. This location needs to die on the vine

This location may be easy to miss as it sits behind a restaurant (currently, the India House). The exterior of the building is run down, and the interior not much better. I did not feel entirely safe approaching the building, even though I parked right up front. The interior was like walking into a well-lit but old warehouse.They had what I needed in stock. You know that feeling you get when you walk into a store thats getting ready to close out? I didnt feel compelled to browse, I just wanted in and out as fast as possible. The check out process was SLOW. While I applaud OD for trying to go paperless with emailed receipts, having to input my email on a device with a bad touch screen was so slow I just opted for the printed receipt instead.This is one of those places you visit when you need something that cant easily be found elsewhere and youre in a pinch. I wouldnt want to visit again, but know that Id make a return trip out of sheer necessity.

Location is kind of hidden but good deals can be found here due to that fact. Usually kind of empty so stuff gets marked down often.

Service at the print/fax station is absolutely horrible. It will be multiple employees behind the desk, yet it takes forever to be helped.

The store is off the road, kind of hidden behind a restaurant. It has what you need, I guess, but feels a little run down.
