My experience at this shop started out decent. They had lower prices for screen repair compared to other shops. They warranty their screens for 90 days for anything other than water and impact damage. They completed the repair and returned the phone in what seemed like perfect condition. After putting a case on the phone, a fine crack surfaced at the top of the screen and after reaching back out, their shop refused to correct the faulty repair. They refused to offer any remedies other than a $20 discount. Once learning that this was not a route I wanted to take, they came back and offered to charge just for parts which still amounts to $52. After already spending $139 less than 24 hours prior I could not afford to pay any more towards this screen. They neglected to honor the warranty and changed their wording to any physical damage when I asked about making a claim. For a business so highly rated, I was devasted to find that their customer service relating to issues was highly unsatisfactory.

First let me start by saying I’ve brought at least 9 phones and an iPad to these wonderful guys and every time was a delightful experience. All of the boys will do all they can to give you the best customer service and quality you could find anywhere else! I would NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They’re my forever repair guys😊❤️

My kids are constantly braking their phones so guess who we have to run to to fix them every time ..!!!! Yep these fine folks. Caleb has the sweetest vibe to him every time we come in and always gives us a good deal since we’re such F ups lol JK he’s very understanding and does a great job with his customers. Brought my iPhone in that I smashed in a car hood which stopped my volume up button from working and they suspected frame damage which they were able to fix in about 30 minutes for a great price. Thank you guys. Now my AirPods sound normal again when I’m speaking on the phone.

I entered their Beach Boulevard store at about 10:20 this morning with an iphone I was sure beyond repair. About 10 minutes, and $30 later, I was out the door with the phone working and a 90 day warranty. These guys are good.

It was a wonderful experience, bought my daughter an iphone x and it was in perfect condition. Staff was friendly enough and it was a pretty quick purchase. Even though the staff member forgot to give us a charger for the phone which is the reason for the 4 stars.

They were super professional and they did the job in more than half the time other places quoted. Their prices are also super fair. Def recommend for all your electronic repair needs! These guys are great. Called several different stores to fix the back of my daughters iPhone. It was cracked in several places. They got the job done faster than anyone else offered (1.5 hours as opposed to 3) and were also cheaper than almost everywhere else I called. They did a great job on the phone, looks brand mew. The price was decent however the phone screen quality I got was horrible. I can literally see the pixels and there’s discoloration in the screen & it’s not flush with the phone at all. My 3D Touch also doesn’t work anymore. They did offer to “bring it in” but i don’t want to hand my phone over to them again. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The servicers were so helpful and ended up being able to fix my phone. We weren’t sure if my phone was going to be able to be fixed but they explained it to me in a way that made me feel like it was going to be okay if even they couldn’t fix my phone because they offered me options of what Apple and others could do if they couldn’t do anything. They were transparent and upfront with pricing and they were just nice, patient, and caring people.

Honest. Helpful. Fast.My iPhone battery kept draining fast, so I took it to get a battery replacement. The gentleman took a look, and diagnosed the issue not being the battery. He showed me what settings and apps were causing the issue and told me to come back in a few days if it wasn’t resolved. It worked!If you’re having iPhone issues, go to these guys first before going to the “Apple zoo” and having a 19 year old “genius” tell you to get a new phone. I was amazed at the ability and speed at which they were able to repair the charger port on my S9+. I had emailed them months back thru Yelp asking about repair costs and time frames. I then dragged my feet to actually setup the ordering of the part. Once it came in, I was at the location in 20 minutes and they began to work. Recently had a liquid spill on my MacBook 12”. Just as Apple decides to discontinue it. Brought it to the Apple store to get a quote and they quoted a repair prices equivalent to the cost of a brand new Macbook.Was recommended by a family member to take it to The iPhone 911. We spoke about my options and found that there was a replacement part available online. They were able to acquire it and begin the repair in a matter of days.A few days later my son accidentally drops his phone and cracks the screen. We ended up getting this repaired as well.Both were repaired in a short amount of days. Upon pick up, the price for both was approximately one third the price that Apple quoted!Not only are they knowledgeable and have great customer service. Ive been dealing with The iPhone 911 for so long that I cant remember the exact timeframe. My first phone worked on was a 3gs so that should give you some type of idea. Since then Ive had screens replaced, home buttons, you name it. They are always fast and professional. I have referred plenty of people to them over the years. I even make the drive from Fleming Island to Beach Blvd because the service is that good. You wont be disappointed, and they will not try to rip you off.

5 months ago: Ive literally been back to The iPhone 911 twice in a month and they have revived my phone both times. I came in there because another store quoted me $100 more than iPhone911 to replace the screen on my iPhone 6S Plus. I was instantly surprised when the gentleman helping me laughed and removed the tempered glass from my phone and said it would be $20 to replace the glass. Wow! He could have easily taken my phone in the back and replaced the glass cover and charged me $200. I would not have known. Thanks for honest and great service!

Hands down the best iPhone repair shop Ive ever been too. They have fast service (less than ten minutes to replace a screen if no one is in front of you) and the guys are very knowledgeable and helpful with diagnosing the problem with your phone and giving you the best and most economic option to repair your phone. The best part about their screen repair is its covered by a 90 day warranty so if part of the touch screen stops working theyll replace it for you. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone who needs an iPhone repair.

Amazing service Im very impressed with the staff. They were so helpful and very friendly. Ill be going back whenever I have an issue with my phone or tablet. They have fixed my phone twice and honestly it was my fault it had broken a second time but they didnt charge me for the minor secondary fix.10/10 would go back!
