Hands down the best customer service I have ever had. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. The service was fantastic and very fast. The price was beyond reasonable for what I had done and the speed that he completed it. I would recommend this business all day, everyday!I made my 2nd trip to the shop a month after the original post. I shattered my screen and the kiddo needed a new battery in her phone. Once again, absolutely stellar service. John was crazy busy but he still had both phones ready for us when we came back from grabbing lunch. I will not go anywhere else!

My daughter broke her iPhone 8plus screen so I took it in to have it fixed. Not only did he have reasonable prices, but he put a screen protector on for her added in with the price. He was very friendly and her phone was ready in an hour. He also took extra precautions with Covid. Very friendly and I highly recommend!!

Learned about Cellective Prepaid from a family friend. I brought in an old iPhone as I was having trouble getting it past the start up Apple icon. I use it to stream and play music. Was told to come back in about 30 minutes. It was diagnosed and waited a few minutes for an update. Had a great conversation while waiting. This was the second phone in our family they have repaired after my brother’s Android fell into a pond. They do great work!

My Mom got me a phone as a gift, a very expensive nice gift. One day at work I dropped a heavy box ofon the phone destroying the screen. Collective Prepaid repaired the screen on my Stylo 4+ and got me a new stylus for less than $100.00. I am very grateful.

I don’t really know who was complaining about waiting an hour but just maybe you didn’t realize this man has other businesses. He has a sign that clearly displays the time he will return. Regular customers know when he goes for lunch or break. We just return at a later date. Because of his cheap prices and great technical support we whom deal with him often usually return because he is a trusted member of our community. Some phone cannot be fixed! It happens! But if those of you aren’t satisfied go drive to Springfield and bet they say the same thing. As for others...Wait here’s an option for you.. go somewhere else! Any additional options from mister inconvenience? Go wait somewhere else!

The girl is rude. I hate talking to her I cant stand people like that. She doesnt know anything. Johns a good man. My phone hasnt been fixed yet. John has some communication skill. The girl will piss you off in 2 seconds.

Every time I cracked my screen I went here. The man is kind of rude but I overlooked it. First time I went and got my phone fixed my screen worked for about 1 hour and went black which never happened before I took my phone there. The last time I went before just buying me awhole new phone, when I dropped my phone off there with him he said that he will have it done within a hour. So when I go to pick my phone up he said that there’s nothing that he can do for it. My screen was all popped out in taped down(my phone was never liked that when I took it to him) . So then I took my phone to AT&T to so if they can help. The man that assist me told me that there’s pieces that was missing out my phone. And told me never to go back!!! Even the people in the Springfield mall will tell you don’t go to him. I’m just mad that I spent my money with him even after him being rude. I could have just gone to the mall and got good customer so great prices and not worring about my phone screen going out even though just getting it fixed

Do not take anything here or buy anything from this man!! He is so rude!! Never in life have I ever experienced customer service like this EVER!!! I had him fix my iphone that had a cracked screen and it worked for about 2 weeks then half my screen quit working took it back and he opened it up and said he could fix it again for a discounted price well he messed it up the 1st time not having him do it again so when he put the screen back on the screen wouldnt work at all!!!! so I took it to Springfield and the person at imechanics said the inside of my phone was fried and had burn marks on the inside and tht it was unfixable!! It was a brand new iPhone 8 plus!!!! I have reported him to the better business bureau!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a near brand new phone here and it worked for about a month and a half before the battery fried. Went to get it fixed at an est. 37 dollars after he looked at my phone for two hours but I had to wait a week to get the part-- okay-- so I waited and I went there at 11 (hour after they open) and the guy hadnt showed up yet. I went with it guessing its just an off day for him trying to be understandable. I went back at 2 after the gym- he got the part and said to wait until 4 so I did just that and all of a sudden theres 3 new things wrong with my phone including a fraud battery??? He then tried to accuse me of taking it to springfield which I didnt do because I simply dont have the gas money. He tried to say It never would of left here like this. FALSE.I bought a phone here for 280+ dollars - fake battery fried the motherboard and broke it after a month-- that I also bought there apparently.Now costs me extra cash, waited a week, just to get accused

Waited over an hour just to wait till the guy got back from running errands. Just to see how long it would take him to fix my phone. In my opinion if your trying to run a business you should always be there especially when you don’t know when people are going to come in.
