These guys are awesome, super quality work at a fair price, I came in with my equipment from my old vehicle and they made it work perfectly, looks and sounds phenomenal.

We had a new radio put in our truck. Miami pro got it installed quickly even though they were booked up and very busy. The owners are so very nice when I picked the truck up they went over the new system with me and showed how to use it. I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are legit. I put my own speakers into my Tacoma, they didn’t sound great. Took my truck to this establishment, they hooked me up and I will be going to them for any work from here on out.

My husband wanted to surprise me for my birthday with an upgraded radio/navigation system. He originally went to Best Buy and although he got a free instillation it was installed incorrectly. I had them wow me on my show truck (1979 bronco), and the devil is in the details; from color matching speakers to the high quality custom boxes to the custom touch screen and in between. I brought my 2020 mustang here due to the overwhelming positivity that I found on the reviews. Every one was very courteous and friendly and they even walk out to the vehicle to hear what you got to give you advice, but there is never any push or rush to buy anything, just honesty. I will say, if you are doing a whole set up as I did that included door speakers, tweeters and subwoofer with bass switch, plan on having someone pick you up for the day and drop you off later in afternoon. Other than that, Miami Pro has me thumping down the road since Ford can’t get it together and install quality sound off assembly line. Thanks Miami Pro, I will send others your way!!!

If you are looking for installation only dont waste your time. Was quoted nearly 35% over the price I found the items for online. Okay fair enough the business has to make money...Decided I still wanted to do business with them due to their quality of work. Ordered the items myself and asked for installation only. Once they figured out I just wanted installation and wouldnt be paying their inflated prices they wouldnt even give me the time of day. And I quote it seems like you already have everything you need and just need to find somebody who does cheap labor. Not true and simply unprofessional. Dont advertise installation if you are not willing to do the work. I would have more than gladly paid a fair rate for installation. Not once did they give me a price. Instead I was called cheap for doing my own research and buying my own parts.**UPDATE**If your looking for a great example of gaslighting look no further than the owners response to my review. Its truly not about the money, they genuinely have a passion for this field of work. The best part was by me having a hybrid vehicle they understand that at time Ford mechanics will check on my hybrid battery and instead of bolting the amp to the truck interior they used velcro. Wow, the knowledge the staff had of audio installation is mind blowing, I had friends take out and install an aftermarket stereo in my car which ended in no sound. I spoke to Marcos through an ad that I saw on Facebook Marketplace. I told him the kind of stereo and my car and within 5 minutes he told me what was wrong and that was without even looking at my car. IT WORKS!!! I’m impressed

I was skeptical at first after looking at the Miami Pro website and all their award winning huge thumping audio installs, but after seeing all the great reviews, I went for it. What a wonderful customer service experience working with Marcos and his family. His wife was great to deal with on the phone to set an appointment. Meeting with Marcos to discuss the needs and my desires for an audio for my 2017 Colorado. I wanted to ensure I could maintain all the info-tainment of the stock system, yet upgrade the speakers and install an amp. I met one of Marcos sons when picking up my truck and he went over the install and how they tuned the amp. I am totally pleased with the system, actually more like ecstatic at the results. I wish I could give Miami Pro Audio more than 5 stars. They are a quality family owned business, with high quality equipment, excellent installs and more importantly at a very fair price. Great place, Marcos is the MAN!! He and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. One of my friends hooked me up with him and I must say, I was blown away by his expertise. He doesn’t try selling you something you don’t need. He asked what I was looking for, and to listen to my factory system, afterwards he knew exactly what I needed and they got it done in a very timely manner.I would recommend this place to nobody looking for quality sounds and great pricing.

Nice people, however when I arrived I wasnt given any selection. Guy already knew what he wanted to put in without showing me other products. I went with it assuming their higher knowledge of car stereos. I was not blown away for 700$. The stereo also turns off and on again on its own. Not impressed and shouldve done more homework on what I wanted instead of assuming they would have my best interests in mind.

I came in with three blown speaker (yes, I like to blast music) and Marcos couldn’t have been any more friendly or helpful to me. We replaced/upgraded my front speakers and I will definitely be returning next payday to upgrade my rear speakers and look at a subwoofer install. I couldn’t recommend this shop any more for their professionalism and genuine passion for what they do. I also want to add that they took care of me as a walk in customer in just over an hour, easy in and out.

This guys are the best of the best and amazing at their jobs. From the time you walk in you are greeted with a smile and great service. They will work with you if you have a budget and will give you the best system for the price. Every dollar spent here is well worth it.

Some place. Takes 6 hours to do a basic job. Charged $450 and I had all the parts. Thus leading me to buy their parts in which I did long as they got it done correctly. They had other people coming back to store to fix what they had messed up. Which is fine thats not my problem. That happens everywhere. When they installed it. They went against the backup camera I wanted, but didnt notice it until the end. The reason I didnt notice it was because they were trying to sell me a new radio because they broke it. Even if it was already broken why wouldnt you test it before you put everything back together? And on top of that I now have three cords for the backup camera. Like so overkill! Now I have to fix the problem myself. Next time I will just do it myself and spend $450 less and save 6 hours. Disappointment. I heard great things of this store.

I went into their shop today with a unit in mind. Because it was a new and popular unit, I was listed for a future appointment, but no concerns for me. Even though I haven’t met the owner in person yet, the communication and customer service I received was outstanding. Once this upcoming installment is complete, I’ll be returning for other services in the future. My boyfriends birthday was yesterday and I planned on surprising him with new speakers since his were in bad shape. I originally planned on going to Best Buy to make it easy on myself but decided last minute to go with Miami Pro Audio because of the great reviews. Even though they were already booked the day of his birthday, they were able to squeeze me in given the circumstances. When I got there I wasnt 100% sure what was needed - he had 3 sets of speakers (including subs) - but I knew overall it didnt sound great. They were able to run a diagnostic so I knew exactly which speakers to focus on with my current price range and which set I could focus on later. They got me in and out fairly quickly and my boyfriend loves the new sound! Hes now interested in getting a few other things done by them because of how great the experience was. Would definitely reccomend.
