I dropped by this dealership today and the first gentleman I spoke with was very nice and very attentive. Once he went to get the salesman named Mike, 2 men walked out of the office and began talking. A few minutes passed and they were still talking, never acknowledging the fact that were sitting in their lot waiting. My husband asked if they were selling cars today, because they acted as if we werent there. Whoever the heavy-set man was began cursing at us telling us to get the f___k off the lot and f__k you and your kids. NEEDLESS TO SAY YOU JUST LOST THAT SALE!!! Glad I saw their true colors before spending a dime!!! Mike, I hope you get some classier people at your dealership because that guy just cost you a 9K sale.

So, I bought my van from them and had it less than 90 days before the transmission went out. Now this dealership offers a 90 day warranty on alot of their cars but I guess I must have purchased one that wasnt covered. I bought my own transmission and they gave me a great deal on towing and labor and were very good about communication and got it fixed quickly for me. They are very nice people and the dealership isnt a bad one, the buying process is incredibly easy and they are very affordable and have great deals! I just wish they covered ALL vehicles on a 90 day warranty like the website implies.

Worst dealership experience ever. I called multiple times and asked about the condition of the car and told them that I was driving 3 hours to come see this car so I needed to know before I came up there if I was wasting my time. I asked if it had an problems at all and every time they said “No it’s in perfect condition. There’s nothing wrong with it. It’s beautiful.” Lies. When I got there, it wasn’t even the same car that I saw online. There were dents and chips everywhere, the letters for “MAZDA3” had all fallen off except for the A3, the steering wheel was tearing up, the car had engine problems and a fuel leak and it drove terribly. I wasted a total of 6 hours driving for nothing because they blatantly lied to me multiple times. Run for the hills. The listing they have online aren’t even the same cars. It’s all a lie. Horrible. Zero stars.

Very disappointed! Vehicle that I purchased need oil change. Also, check engine light came on. So, many error codes. They said they was going to fixed head cover valve. But, I didn’t think they did it. Now, I’m here having to fix these issues. If you do go there make sure you fully check the vehicle out.

These guys were honest & straightforward. Not to mention they came in to show us the car when they were closed on a Sunday. Mike was very knowledgeable about my questions on the history & condition of the vehicle. When I asked him if I could take the vehicle to my shop to put it on a lift & take a look, he said “you can put this vehicle up on my lift in the shop & have a look right now as long as you know how to lift the vehicle!” Lol.... If you are in the market for a used vehicle I highly recommend the use M & J Auto sales.I have been in the market for a used car for work for a month my credit was terrible and when I say terrible I mean bottom of the bucket with a repossession.I’d gone through so many car lots between Orlando, Daytona and Jacksonville searching for a lot where I could get into a newer vehicle with low miles at a great price while still paying an affordable down payment.I was getting baited and switched left and right I even went to a buy here pay here car lot on Beach Blvd less than five minutes from M&J auto where a sales man there tried to bait and switch me.A good friend saw my frustration and told me to go to Jessica M. at M&J Auto.I went right up the road where I was greeted with a smile from Jessica and she already had options available for me. She didn’t try to Bait and Switch me. She sat me down and she asked me what I had down and gave me several options to choose from.I ended up with a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta with only 60,000 miles on it. She was able to get me bank financing with my terrible credit in the 400s and repossession and to be honest not much to put down.Had I gone to the dealership five minutes up the road that deposit would’ve only gotten me a 2005 Toyota Corolla at an in-house buy here pay here lot.The entire staff was friendly and highly motivated to help me get into a vehicle that fit me and my needs best.If they can help me, they can help you!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!These people will lie to you face to sale their car and laugh as soon as you pull off. They are very unorganized, perhaps because they are short-staffed. However, that does not give you the right to be rude.The mechanic is.. Feasible but not timely because of the extreme workload.Maybe they can be trusted, definitely see ALL your cars paperwork before signing.

Very Disappointed. They have a calculator on their website so you can see what your monthly payments will be after putting a down payment of your choice. It doesnt mean a thing! Drove all that way for nothing. Just proves my opinion that you cant trust ANY car dealers.

They have some seriously ill online sellers, namely Mustafa and Ayas. These guys are very tricky and dishonest minded. They have clickbait car listings on Facebook marketplace. Whatever vehicle I ask about, Mustafa says this one is sold, please look another one. Hey, if you already sold a vehicle, why dont you mark it as sold? I told him that dont harass people by doing this, but he wont listen. Ayas is similar guy. He responds promptly but does not reply to specific questions. Eventually, both guys stop responding.They need proper training to serve customers, otherwise the dealership will sink.

My son and I have been the market for a vehicle for quite some time and we haven’t had any luck until today we were passing by M & J Auto Sales when we saw a car that sparked our interest. They had exactly what we had been looking for. The right car & right price. Everyone there was so nice & friendly and they made our car buying experience a breeze. Thanks guys!!!!

Look, if youre going to the part of town where one can easily hop from one dealership to the next, theres a chance that things on your vehicle arent going to work. We had a problem with our keys, but once we called, he put us in touch with their key supplier, JC Keys, who was helpful, came to our house and programmed two new keys super quickly. There was a problem with one of those keys within a few weeks, but he came by within a week and replaced the one having problems no questions asked. I get it that aftermarket parts sometimes dont work perfectly so his warranty on his work was great.Back to M&J, we later discovered after a couple days that there was a problem with the exhaust and they referred us to S&S Custom Exhaust and agreed to split the cost of the repair as he didnt catch it before they sold us the car. It was a bit of a hassle to have to make an appt out there as well, take the car in, get a ride home, get a ride back the next day to pick it up, etc. However, the van is fully working now and works great.Best advice: Bring and ODBII sensor with an a phone app that you can plug into the car to see whats wrong with it. Double check all connectors under the hood are connected before doing so. That sensor will tell you immediately whether youre getting a good deal based on whats currently needing repair on the vehicle. The vehicles at M&J are priced reasonably, but is a legit business with financing options available. If you want a mint vehicle, go to the dealership. If you want a reasonable vehicle with some trade-offs for price, go to M&J.
