This is my second time working with this mechanic and both times they have been great. They always keep in touch and never do anything without my permission. Ive taken an 86 Ford truck to them and a 2010 suv and they were great with both. These guys can do anything! Reasonable prices and time frame, they never stretch out a repair to try to get more money. Call ahead because they might be able to take your vehicle earlier than listed in their online hours

Gone there several times with different cars or different problems. Each time I have had honest feedback on what should and shouldnt be fixed. They never tried to upsell me like many other shops do. My first experience with this family owned company was speaking with Mr. Norris about what I wanted to do with my 75 Olds. What I wanted to do could have cost a lot of money. Instead of jumping on the opportunity to make extra money, he took the time to explain better and more cost effective options. Each experience Ive had with them has been above expectation.

Willis automotive is the best automotive repair shop in Jacksonville. They are friendly very courteous and the prices are fair! Mr. Norris is amazing! My trucks engine needed to be replaced...it was a job that most mechanics would not take on because of how messed up it was due to another mechanics negligence. There were parts everywhere and so many parts were broken but Mr. Norris accepted the challenge! I did not have to worry about a thing! He had the truck towed for me and repaired it within a week! I will definitely be utilizing his services again! He is hands down the best of the best! If you are looking for a mechanic...no need to look any further! Stop by his shop....it WILL be the best decision you could ever make for your vehicle!

Rip off. Tried to double charged me for all the parts, said I’m not able to buy my own parts to my own vehicle. Also tried to charge me more than 200 Because “he worked hours on my car” when all he did was see what’s wrong with the car and send emails to the dealership. Wouldn’t recommend going.

I needed some frame work done. They did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations!

Asked them to throw a set of cams in my 2v 4.6 which is a tricky job and they nailed it were timely and charged me exactly the quote. Will be coming back. 2 other places in town wouldn’t do the work because it’s a tough job and these guys killed it.

These are great people, doing a great job. Ive been to places where they try to rip you off and make you pay for stuff you dont need, but at Willis Automotive, they tell you straight and fix it fast at good prices. I will be back for sure.

Our experience with Willis Automotive was fantastic! Mr. Willis answered all of our questions (we had many) and took great care of us. Our timing chain slipped which caused MAJOR damage, and Willis Automotive got it fixed for us in a short amount of time. Shortly after that our oil pump broke, and we took it right back to Mr. Willis!

I had my motor and transmission at Willis automotive, I had no issues at all. I am completely satisfied and recommend Willis automotive to everyone.

I went to go get an ac diagnosis and left my car there from which they told me it could take at least 2 hours and this was about 10 am. They said they had one car before mine and i left my name, number and keys. So i call bout 4pm to see if they found anything and they told me, we dont have your car here. Then willis says we have it here but i didnt know, my mechanic didnt tell me so he says. By that time im already on my way. I get there and and it took 15 mins for them to say your compressor is bad then charged me. Yea they offered to fix it but really.
