I bought an e-textbook from here, after I purchased it my professor changed which textbook we needed for the class. I tried for over a week to try to get someone to contact me. I called them multiple times and no one ever answers the phone, I put in requests for them to contact me and no one ever did, and I tried their email but it doesnt work so I dont know why they even give it out. DONT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS ITS THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS and youre positive you have the right book. I wouldnt buy from here again either way but you do you.

Staff was very nice. The website showed they had the book I needed was in stock, they did not. They were able to locate one downtown. Had to waste more time instead of studying, but I am thankful for the customer service.

The employees are friendly and provide just the help Im looking for for my classes. The bookstore is clean and stocked with many academic necessities. My only issue would be that for some reason my mobile data never works when Im inside the bookstore, but thats not a big deal. If youre planning on taking classes at FSCJ, I definitely recommend this bookstore!

Gave the run around about buying back my books from last semester. I was told two different buy back procedures program as FSCJ KENT BOOKSTORE. Employee Joy is to hyper and controlling towards other employees and customers. Joy needs to be courteous to students, customers and knowledgeable of student account procedures. Joy makes the Bookstore more stressful as students spends hundreds of dollars on books and supplies.

Why do you guys even have a phone? It just rings constantly and nobody answers. We can hear it ringing while in the store. The line of people waiting to be helped wouldnt be so long if you actually answered the phone instead of forcing people to spend ten years waiting there just to ask a question.

The bookstore employees were very helpful and guided me in the right direction for CNA information.

This is one of the worse bookstores to get a hold of!! They wont answer the phone; nor will anyone answer the stores email. I am missing a book ordered back mid Dec, 2020; the tracking # is no good and the book has been obviously paid for; BUT it hasnt come in AND class started 1-11-21!! I cant go there because I am an online student out of NC. I am beyond irritated and the lack of professionalism. I am only choosing one star because it wont let rate NOTHING and still post!

Pre-ordered my textbook. Although there was approximately 16 persons in line, the staff efficiently serviced all students in a very friendly & timely manner!

Filled my order wrong. Didnt answer the phone.Hours on the automated system were wrong. Differing hours from other campuses so I was given the wrong information when I called a different campus.Overall a very bad experience. Things should be more clear especially during COVID.

Convenient to the parking lot area of the college. There is a cafeteria right outside of store. With the exception of gift cards, everything is college prices in the store. But, if you need hair ties, pads, lab coats, snacks, or phone chargers/cases, go here.

Really nice campus bookstore, just understaffed. They are super busy at the beginning of each semester, but dont have extra staff on hand to take care of the lines. Plan accordingly, so you arent surprised by the wait! However, the staff on hand are friendly and very helpful. They take it in stride and remain calm under pressure.

Book price did not match online price. They did not honor price shown online. Not happy!

I am so grateful that I have such intelligent and capable people here to help me navigate these text books. College is a stressful experience. Its awesome but its also kinda terrifying at times. These young woman absolutely took the sting out of this situation. This is the most professionally staffed college bookstore period!

The experience was out simply just okay. They had a few of the books I needed and a lot of the workers there didnt know what they were doing. The campus itself though is really nice and I would recommend taking classes here if you had to.

I wish I could rate this 0 stars because I went to the bookstore I got there at like 12:57 or so it was before 1 and they were supposed to close at 1 it was like 12:59 I pulled on the door it was locked and right after I pulled on the door somebody turned out the lights if youre supposed to be helping students please understand that they have to do things during their lunch hour and then to sit there and do something like that is poor customer service theyve lost my business for the rest of my time during this time at the school I will now be utilizing Amazon for all my books even if that means buying them brand new and spending more money I would rather spend my money somewhere where the hours are kept as posted.

I started back in Jan 2019, after being out of school for 26 years... They were super helpful in helping me find my books & any questions I had.

Somebody posted the wrong time on google & the bookstore doesn’t open until 9AM. I think it would be important to fix this so nobody wastes gas driving here like I did

Cool place to get your books, they got a little bit of different neccesities also which surprised me, id recommend it especially if youre a student.

Employees are a lot nicer here than any other campus. The bookstore is easily accessible and has what you need and more.

The book store has your books for class and even essentials that make a students life easier. The service is always friendly and patient.

I went to turn in a acess card that I had accidentally tore also was the wrong book they returned it. The staff though very busy were kind and curtious.

Its a college bookstore. If you go to college and you need books, they have those books, most of the time. If they dont have a book on hand, they get it for you.Does what it says on the tin.

They dont have half the books and claim some books are new without plastic when some of the same books have plastic on them. How tf can it be me without plastic when there are books with plastic showing those are new. Just to make more money off the students youre already overcharging
