The service was excellent, I really appreciate youre knowledgeable staff. Eric really worked with me getting my car in while I was going through a very stressful time with a family members passing, I cant give enough praise to your staff.

We had a no start on our car. I Thought its just a fuse, so we towed it to this shop. They pull it in trouble shoot the car and say the battery junction block fuse is blown and it has no compression on all cylinders, when they call us. They are saying it is going to be 1800-2500 dollars to fix.So not having that kind of cash we tow it out of there. We go for weeks without a car. We took our car to Brians high performance shop. His guys replaced the fuse block, and started the car but had to shut it down to tighten plugs back up. Got everything tight and the car ran fine. SO I wasted alot of dollars over a hundred on this shop. Gave Brian $155.00 and got the key fob back. Thanks for nothing mechanic.Scott A. Kent

This is the most professional and pleasant auto repair shop I have ever visited. The shop foreman kept me up to date on my repair. All mechanics were in high spirits and made the atmosphere enjoyable. The shop foreman even endured the unreasonable rudeness from my extended warranty company. Stopped in to get an estimate on replacing the wheel hub assembly and was greeted by Shatner Coleman and explained why i came in, she introduced me to the manager Eric Jones he printed out a copy and a few days later I returned to get the job done. It turned out to be a time consuming process but the techs worked together and the next day got it done! And kept it within my budget. I appreciated the honesty most shops would have tried to get the most money from this job not the case with this shop, so thank you Eric and the team at My Mechanic.

I am new to Jacksonville and needed to have my wheel bearings replaced. A coworker recommended My Mechanic. I was very impressed. They had the job done on time and for the exact amount that they estimated. I will be using them as my mechanic for as long as I stay in NC.

I came into My Mechanic for an oil change, rear pad and rear rotor replacement. Everyone at My Mechanic was super friendly and professional, their pricing is fair and the work they did was awesome! This will be my new go-to for any and all of my car needs. I highly suggest anyone else who is sick of getting taken advantage of by other “big name” mechanics come to My Mechanic for outstanding service.

Had lower control arms pitman and idler arm changed they did a great job got it done quick very trustworthy and respectful I would recommend these guys to anyone needing any kind of mechanical work done

Both myself and my son have used this service station. Its excellent. Professional, quick, reasonable. Most importantly, they were able to quickly & correctly fix what another (top rated) repair shop took days and days to not properly repair. Have recommended to friends and will use going forward.

My husbands truck would not start and after doing everything to his ability we decided to jump it from the starter and take it to these guys. They have done everything that could to diagnose the problem over a course of a couple days and even gave us a few options, while waiting patiently for us to decide what we are going to go with. They did not rush us and are letting the truck sit there without complaint until next paycheck. Not only that, but when we took the truck in they even checked out my car without appointment or a heads up and were able to tell us exactly what was wrong with it by just driving it down the road. Highly recommend!

Was making some calls about getting some work done to my vehicle and this was the cheapest place I found. The guy that runs it is super nice and laid back. Was needing to get an oil change and squeezed me in early in the morning before they got busy with no issue.

I’ve never encountered such an honest and trustworthy establishment in the mechanic trade. Can’t possibly recommend them highly enough.

Made an appointment came in for a alignment.they notified me I had a low beam headlight out they aligned my truck test drove it and gave me a spec sheet confirming my alignment is in spec which I havent see anyother business around here do. great service shop folk were friendly will be coming back for repairs I am unable to preform
