Horrible service. Did not fix my car. Proceeds to over charge me $3,500. David the guy that works there is horrible scammer and proceeds to overcharge for everything. Horrible with customers. Will try to get you for everything you got. Had a brand new radiator and 2 new tires rear tires. Tells me my brand new radiator installed by the dealership is leaking and is outdated needs to get replaced for $2,500 and that all my tires are also running low. (My 2 month old brand new tires ) I just went there for a simple A/C fix.

Took my Dodge Viper there which isnt your typical car... the guys took great care of me and were super knowledgeable about high end cars and took excellent care of it while it was there waiting for parts... price was very reasonable too! David was very good at communicating mechanical issues and makes the process very easy and comfortable. highly recommend!

This place is AWESOME!! I brought my car in for a transmission issue/ engine light..and it was diagnosed for those issues. Instead of them taking advantage they were completely honest with me and provided me with a FORD bulletin for a recall regarding my car and it’s transmission!!! Ken and David are awesome and very kind as well.Even though they didn’t actually fix my car because they referred me to my maker.. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone! Will recommend, they were honest with there time and price. They didnt come back and have a bunch of extra charges like some places do. And I wanted to wait a few weeks to make sure everything was fine. My vehicle is blowing cold air in July and August, very important in Jacksonville. Im very pleased.

The brake power booster went out on my truck, David and the team were freaking outstanding! They allowed me to honor my parts warranty and they installed the new one with no hassle. They are easily the best and most honest mechanics Ive seen!

☠️💀☠️💀☠️Took my vehicle in specifically to get my bearing checked out on my driver side in the front end and after sitting there for an hour their mechanic came back and told me that there was nothing wrong with my wheel bearing or my hub now my vehicle is broke down because the bearing that was faulty and eating itself ate the hub and jacked my car up almost beyond repair. Catastrophic. Thank you for lying too me and sending me on the road too drive around with my family in a deathtrap.

This company is amazing my car got broken down I had them do a diagnostic test it was honest to me very understanding couldnt get my car towed the same day back home because my insurance would not cover it they hold my car for free gave me enough time for I could get it towed back to the house they very understanding and kind hearted people I truly appreciate it helped me a lot

Very honest repair shop. Got a quote on replacing complete AC system... compressor condenser expansion valve and evaporator. Once they ran the diagnostics it only needed a expansion valve a a/c assembly line and a/c suction holes saved as a ton of money. Fast service and very good customer service. Thank you David and service technicians.

The service was prompt and professional. Being a female I felt confident I wasn’t being ripped off. I went to a shop before this one and was quoted over double the price!!! The shop was clean and I felt comfortable waiting while my car was being worked on. Dave in the front was very hospitable and I will recommend their services to anyone.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! Took my college aged sons 2008 Mazda3 in July 2020 for a problem with noise coming from the a/c compressor. A little back story, we previously took it to a well known establishment on Atlantic Blvd near Southside Blvd and they said it was the compressor and wanted to do an ENTIRE a/c system replacement to the tune of more than $1k. We got a 2nd opinion at EAJ. They diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be a faulty connection in the control panel inside the dash! They showed my son what the problem was and told HIM how to fix it. He went to the junkyard and spent less than $20 and a little sweat equity, fixed it and hasnt had a problem since! These guys are HONEST and very reasonably priced. Thank you so much EAJ!!!

I have a freightliner sprinter a few shops couldnt even find info online about my vehicleOther shops were expensive.I got quotes from 9 different shops and expert auto was by far the cheapest and they include lifetime warranty on their labor.Expert automotive was the most professional on the phone and in person. They had to due extra work due to my vehicle being old, bolts were rusted . But they honored their original quote without me even asking.I will DEFINITELY be coming back here for ALL my mechanic needs. And I highly recommend them

My Chevrolet S10 a/c went out went to this repair shop. Had an estimate done had my oil changed at that time the estimate seemed high to me so the next morning went to another shop and they were much higher. Took it i at 8 am picked it up at 1 pm Great service honest quality work at an honest price will be getting the inspection things done here will not go to anyone else Have this shop be where you at least get an estimate you will end up doing business with them and the military discount of 25 %off labor was a nice perk

My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience here. We were given the runaround from staff. They blamed the car issues on the car age and mileage. However, we found out they broke my tensioner when changing my fan belt. They quickly agreed to fix it for free on the condition that we pay for the part of which they even attempted to overcharge us for. We are sure they damaged more on the car as it will NOT start(I have a new battery). The owner had no explanation for this and only shrugged his shoulders. We will never do business with them again.
