I contacted him to get my car worked on the first time we spoke he told me to contact him back at a certain time to touch base and see about him coming to look at my car. I call him back and get no answer .. voicemail is also full but it says I can also leave a text message so I send a text and that gets ignored. Then called him about 3 more times until he picks up I remind him of my car and he tells me he will call me when he gets home because he lives close by and I can bring my car near him and he will look at and fix it. It gets to 7pm no phone call, hours go by and not picking up once again. Next day I try to call he of course is closed but did not bother to tell me the day before. Now Im feeling like Im begging for his business which I shouldnt have to do. At that point I gave up. Unprofessional way of handling potential customers. Never again!!

Amazing service! Phillip comes to you, figures out the problem and fixes it immediately! He came to us to change a belt and realized the alternator was installed incorrectly by another body shop. Phil does amazing work. He has worked on my car several times and it is quality work. His prices are more than fair, and so far he has been knowledgeable about every single problem my car has had. He stands by his work which is also comforting because I know if something isnt right, he will not give me a bunch of excuses but will really take the time to figure out what is wrong, which is very refreshing. There have been times he could have ripped me off and charged me for more than was needed but he didnt, which I appreciate greatly as a woman who does not know much about cars, and has been overcharged by other mechanics. I have him getting ready to replace my brakes and electronic rearview mirror. Phil knows more about my car than I do, and I am completely comfortable with it. He is easy to like and talk too, and answers all my questions in a way that I can understand. I cannot say enough good about him.
