Great experience and a trust worthy shop that saved me $1200!Previous owner of my vehicle said when I bought the vehicle that they had a quote from another shop in town for a $1200 repair and to be aware of it. I went into Clint’s and explained this to his wonderful and friendly right hand lady Sheri Mason, and after a test drive Clint assured me the components in the quote were fine and there would be no repair needed. He took the time to explain thoroughly what would happen if the repair was needed, and why it wasn’t necessary at the time. I’ll definitely be going back if I ever need any work done in the future.

Ive been going to Clints for a little while now and theyre great! They always do a wonderful job and are always very professional. The only downside is because theyre so great, sometimes its a bit of a wait before you can get an appointment.

I had a great experience here. I had a flat tire and originally brought it in to see if the tire could be patched. It couldnt and Clint even brought in the tire and showed me why it couldnt be patched. I used them to replace the tire (ended up replacing 2 tires), they were able to get them in the next day and I got them replaced that day. They also offer a price match on tires within Jacksonville. They were reliable and fast. Havent heard anything bad about them. If I need anymore work done on my Car I will be going here to get it done.

Had an loose wheel bearing, called Clint’s and they had me bring my truck out. Diagnosed the problem and was able to get the part the next day installed. Very quick and knowledgeable. I had been needing tires as well and was putting it off till closer to winter so when I was picking my truck up, I had them shoot me a quote on some new tires. I do a lot of research cause i buy expensive tires and Clint was actually cheaper than any place I had found. Comes with rotations as well. Recently got them installed and had them change the oil as well. They even washed my truck and I think vacuumed and wiped the inside down as well. Wasn’t expecting that! Very pleased with my service and promptness to get me back on the road! Will be doing my future business with Clint. It’s hard to trust someone with your vehicle but quotes and everything upfront were spot on and I feel confident in their work.

Car was overheating; had them flush the cooling system. Did not fix the problem (bummer), said it was head gasket, a 13 hour job. Got the car back 3 weeks later, replaced a head as well as gaskets. Car not overheating so far. Expensive & too long to do the repair imo.

Couldnt be happier with the service. Clint was completely upfront about what was going on with my truck. Got a quote with a 2 year warranty and an offer for a loaner car since the repair would take a couple of days. Hoghly recommended this shop for anything.

Had MAJOR performance work done to my camaro there. After they were finished car was amazing! Turnaround time was maybe 1-2 weeks tops! Would recommend these people to anyone!

Always maintains my vehicle like it was their own. Does work right the first time. Peace of mind knowing the job was done right when I drive away. Has been maintaining my 2016 Ford F-150 with now 190000 miles on it and has it running like its brand new. I’m hoping they can help my 5.0 get to 500000 miles and with proper maintenance I believe it’s possible. I know 300000 for sure. It was my first visit 2 Clints but I was very impressed with their service they fixed my brakes first and the an issue I had with my heat/defrost system both times it was gonna b a wait but b|c they offer car services they took me home and called me when my car was ready. On both occassions they finished the issue within the day and I could wait for it from the comfort of my own home without having 2 scramble 2 find a ride...I really appreciated everything I think theyre great 👍👍👍👍👍!

Within a weeks time, I had my vehicle at Clint’s for two different issues. The first time was for the replacements of all shocks/struts, which was accomplished with quality parts (he is a dealer for them). The job was $100 less than 3 others I checked with, and $400 less than the dealer where the vehicle was always serviced.The second time was for a routine belt change, and I asked them to check an issue I have had with the accelerator since I’ve owned the truck. Three other establishments (dealer included) told me over the last six years they could find nothing wrong. It was fixed this week when they discovered the loose throttle cable.I am looking forward to his success and being a very satisfied return customer of Clint’s!

After going to Green Hyundai in Springfield, I was told that it would be 3500 to fix my rear differential. Clint’s got me a part with a warranty on it and charged me less than half of what Green was. I continued to experience some minor issues after the differential was out on, they handled everything for me between getting me in as fast as they could to getting my warranty to cover over 1300 dollars on a part I needed; even though my warranty company tried their best to argue having to pay for anything. Not only that, but they are currently making efforts to get my money back from the original part I ordered since it did not fully solve the problem. I solely went to Clint’s based on word of mouth and I’m so thankful that I did. They are honest, hard working and I also appreciated Clint taking the tome to educate me on the specifics of my car that I hadn’t been aware of before. Clint’s Auto is by far the best experience I’ve had at any auto repair facility, period.

I called clints auto when my truck broke down in the middle of the road and with in ten mins they were there loading it up ! The weather was terrible !! Icy, sleeting and my family was in the car ! Not only did they get to us fast, but after we got home and settled in i told my kids to do their homework, Then I realized I left their back packs in my truck . I called out there to let him know and he personally delivered their backpacks to my house !! I’ve had nothing but Great experiences when dealing with this business!!!
