I took my car in for repairs after a $798 repairs bill my car is still shacking. I was told for an additional $240 more it could be repaired. Not good business Why would you change Back motor mounts and not fronts when both were needed?

They replaced my crank shaft sensor a month ago but my check engine lights all came back on less than 2 weeks after it was replaced. Im trying to get it back in but they wont let me make an actual appointment. I dont want to drop off my car for an unknown amount of time (plus have to get rides to work etc) when I already dealt with this once but I have to take it here hoping they fix their previous work

I never post reviews but I had too for these guys. I got a flat they fixed it for me for free. Then I had to go back cause my brakes was rubbing against something and they fixed that too in a very timely manner. The entire team I seen today was absolutely knowledgeable and very friendly. Mike Jr was super honest and up front about repairs to an 18-year old vehicle and expectations. He found the REAL problem (Prop Drive Shaft damage), gave me a reasonable quote, and got the work done in a timely manner.People come here for a reason. Family owned and superior reputation. They have my familys business now.

STELLAR customer service! 5:15 on a Saturday - basically the worst time to try to find a mechanic - and I started having an issue with my car. Went to AA Auto Repair of Springfield and was greeted by incredibly attentive staff who resolved my issue quickly and courteously. I will definitely be returning for my future auto repair needs!

Awesome place! Owner was very attentive and professional other staff very courteous. I drove up to the establishment they seemed to be very busy but still had time for me. I was traveling on 95 from Miami to DC area and one of my ignition coils went out. I explained the situation to the owner he gave me a quote with some recommendations and a quote for what what I wanted done. He then told me he would be ready for me at 2:30 p.m. and he should be done by 5 I got a bite to eat came back at 2:30 he pulled a vehicle in and was done by 3:30 they even gave me water. They were very courteous professional and I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs car work quick fast easy great prices and professional again I cant stress that enough very very professional five stars.

The reason I am giving the five star just from reading some of the reviews I dont need to read all what happened one day I had a flat tire and I all I needed was some air to get to the shop they gave me a canister full with Air trust me to take it and put air in my tire when I brought the canister back they did the tire repair and did not charge me for it.Where can you get that at in JAX?Right now I am here waiting at Pizza Hut ordering two Pizza just to take to them to show my gratitude and appreciation I think I might have found me a home for my van to have my mechanical work done.Thanks Guys I really had appreciated that day.

My car blew a spark plug and coil this past Thursday and I literally drove the car with its last strength off the highway and into a the closest shop. Mike was super helpful and put my fears at rest. I am lucky to have made it into his shop. He saw that I was really worried about the cost and charged me a fair price. I would recommend customers to obtain auto repair services from this facility, it is a fine establishment with excellent service.

It is hard to find someone in this business you can trust. Mike and his crew are those diamonds in the rough; honest, reliable and fair! If you go in for an oil change they do this novel thing and give you an oil change without trying to sell (scare) you into unnecessary services. Since they were so easy and fair with their oil changes I have continued to use them for all of my other repair needs and have never been disappointed. Gearhead friends of mine are even surprised by how reasonable their prices are.

I used to work at Shands and had a Nissan truck that kept breaking down and Mike always repaired. One time I didn’t have all the money to pay for it. Mike said that’s fine, pay me when you can. I’ve never been told that by a vendor. I got paid every other week so it took me a month to pay the bill. You can be sure Mike was the first that got paid. I finally was able to leave Shands and buy something new and and it didn’t need repairs for 3 years. The dealer wants close to $400 for rear rotors and brakes, Mike is $125 cheaper for the same job. Guess where I’m going?

My boyfriend had a flat tire for a couple days. We both just got established with new jobs and have been trying to catch up and re-organize our bills and such. I decided to call Mike this morning and he got our address and said he would be here in about 10 min.. we are that close to his shop... When Mike arrived, he immediately took the flat tire off the truck, took it back to his shop and proceeded to try to find one in his shop to match. He couldnt find one, so what he did, was, took the brand new spare tire from his own personal car, came back and put his tire on ours. Of course he will get it back as soon as we get a new one this weekend, but for him to let us borrow his own personal tire is beyond words. Mike, you are the best mechanic I have ever seen in my 50 years! We will recommend you to EVERYONE we know!!! Thank you so much!

Very helpful and quick to assess my vehicle and give me an estimate as well as sound advice.

Came in early morn on a Saturday and they were able to assess my vehicle right away - no wait! The staff was very attentive and friendly. Firestone tried to get me to spend an arm and leg on a new rear wheel axil, strut, and tire. My gut feeling told me something wasnt right about that. Visually the axil and strut looked completely fine. Yet the mechanic at Firestone kept saying it was bent. Asked him to show me what he was talking about because I could not see it. He made me feel like I was some sort of idiot. Pretty much said I was not experienced enough to visually see what he was seeing. Total BS. On top of that it took them four hours to tell me this information.The guys at A A Auto assessed my car right away and pretty much confirmed that the axil and strut were perfectly fine. On top of that they GAVE me a relatively brand new tire for FREE! Drove away with a good tire and no BS! Absolutely love these guys. They made me feel like family. Dont trust the big corporate auto shop businesses. This mom and pop shop truly cares about their customers and wont rip you off. Highly recommend A A Auto
