I love my frame less shower glass door and all the hardware that comes with it. Its highly commendable for custom made shower doors. The installers Steve and Terry were amazing! They came on time, very professional, very helpful and nice people. They are fast, but very cautious in the installation.

Kody and Steve were fantastic!!! They came out to measure and was able to get the glass for my sliding glass door replaced the same day!!! This was a safety issue due to young children in the household! Thank you guys so much! You have a customer for life!

The technician who came out was cheerful and courteous. He was fast too. He installed the glass window under 20 or 30 minutes. He made the experience a 5 star. However, the follow up from the girls in the office need work. Please call the customer with the quote, after taking the deposit follow up that same day with the scheduling date and if the tech is running late follow up with a call. I made too many calls to the office for these things. All in all it was over 10 calls to them to get the answer to these things. I was often told they would call me back and didn’t get a call back. So please hire more people in the office or train better. Thanks

Had to order just a thin piece of glass to replace in a picture frame. $50+! Crazy expensive. Staff was polite. I called ahead to order and paid ahead in full. It was suppose to be ready when I arrived. Once we arrived it wasnt ready, so we waited for it to be cut. Then, they didnt have the type of glass! Did not offer to refund or comp but told us to return a different day. 😞 Then we go across town, they call and say they can cut 1 now if we return. We had 3 stops to do in a small amount of time, returning there to the time for all 3, causing us lots of scheduling issues. Not very professional. Should not have took money and promised it without knowing what you can do or have. Not a good first impression. 😕

They scheduled wrong person in my time slot so they never showed up, then they promised to be here by 1130am and They did but I didn’t even know they were outside working on my property. They worked on my window without me even being present (home) or calling to say they are on the way or anything. Very unprofessional. If something had been broken on my house, you better believe I would have made it an issue. Then after all this the technician calls my boyfriend and tells him they forgot a part and have to wait at my house for 20 min until the part arrives. I’m literally in the house why not knock on my door and tell me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Never ever using these people again. To be a well known company they should know better.

In a ratty part of town, but the shop is impeccably neat and clean. Staff was professional, and very helpful. I accidentally left a parking sticker on my windshield, and these guys jumped in a dumpster FULL of broken glass to recover it for me. Thats good service

I had Lee and Cat4s install a new shower enclosure. They promptly came out did the measurements and gave us a price. I put down 1400.00 and the guy said 2 weeks till they would install. They call and indicate 3 times that the glass manufacturer (BTW that Lee & Cates own) had messed up the cut if the glass. It’s a week before thanksgiving and all they offer after 5 weeks is that they will install the glass on Friday at 1:30. You’d think they could have offered some kind of discount but no they offered nothing. Now instead of gaining my business when I build my new home in a few months they’ve lost my business and anyone else that I know. Worse office manager in OP. I’ll never do business again with this company.

I had mobile service to replace my windshield due to a crack. Gentlemen called me 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. Arrived on time. Very courteous, efficient, respectful and kind. Work was completed on a timely manner and looked perfect! So I told myself that there was no way to get these headlights clean. Well I took my truck to Lee and Cates Glass for another related issue and they offered to clean them. Called one morning for an estimate to have my driver door glass replaced after a rock hit it. The office had me quoted in less than 5 minutes and scheduled the job for the following morning. Brad was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was very impressed by the professionalism and quick scheduling of the entire Lee & Cates team. I will most definitely use them for future glass needs!

Beware! Check with your insurance company if this is done on a claim for your windshield. I have Drivers Assist that is attached to the windshield. They said they had to do it. Insurance company did Not approve that. They messed it up big time. Then we found out that they lied about having authorization to even do the windshield.In the beginning we got authorization on June 14, 2020. It took them 4 weeks to get the windshield in and they broke it. Didnt contact us about the waiting even after several calls. They never returned any of them. Always got the answering service during normal business hours. We had to contact the general manager and get him involved. They finally called us to let us know the windshield came in. That wasnt until August 5,2020.We had since received authorization for our dealer to take care of everything. But Lee & Cates said they had the authorization. Now theyhave caused a problem for us at the insurance company

Took 7 days to get a simple piece of Plexiglas cut which could have been cut in 15 minutes. I know this because my father and uncle worked in the glass business for over 30 years

I needed a piece of mirror glass cut. I took the broken mirror in, the sales lady measured the mirror. The new mirror was ready to be picked up before close of business the same day.

96 bronco glass replacement!!The ‘safe guys’ called and whines about a pin hole worth of rust. After an actual hands on inspection by Lee And Cates, the beautiful and talented Tech Alex ripped that window out, sealed it up and we are mobile again. Call the pros at Lee and Cates ! These guys are amazing. They have excellent customer service and stand behind their work. I had a dealer tell me that Lee and Cate’s broke my front Lane assist radar and that they were unable to re-calibrate after the windshield was replaced. They told me it would be $1500 to fix and would not help me at all. Lee and Kate’s stood behind their work and discovered that the camera was not broken at all. They fixed my car at no charge, even though it was not their fault. They picked it up from me at work and dropped it off when it was complete. I love these guys.

Sam was so knowledgeable and he found an error from the last time I had my windshield fixed. The previous person who worked on my windshield did not put he called it the boot back where it needed to be so there was a gap between my windshield and my car. Did a walk around of my vehicle with me acknowledging any dents, dings, etc. Replaced the windshield in a timely manner and I signed paperwork and off he went to his next customer. I tried to schedule with another vendor and they told me it would be five days, and having dealt with them before on an insurance claim, I declined to choose them.Lee and Cates got me the next business day appointment at my convenience. Though I will forever dislike the “appointment window “ of four hours, I cannot change that, and they made it within the assigned window. The technician, Sam, was polite, professional and efficient. He replaced the windshield in under an hour in my driveway, had me sign the paperwork and was done his way.

This could have a 5 star review - the service I received today was 5 star, Samual arrived promptly was courteous and professional and did a great job.However my first appointment was at their workshop, I had a 10.00 appointment but when I arrived there they had a long queue of vehicles waiting and I was asked to drop off my car - not possible as I wasn’t expecting that and had no way to get home- so I had to reschedule. Lesson learned - I would happily use this company again if they come to my driveway!

Customer service like I havent experienced in a long time! Fast, friendly, efficient. Appointment times were met without me having to wait for hours, in fact they showed up early by six minutes. I will definitely use then again for our glass/window needs.

My experience with the Lee & Cates team was great. The only negative comment from me would be in relation to communications on the order. I initiated the status calls, but the install and purchase was 100% satisfactory.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. My appointment time and time lost from work, were completely ignored by Bree. Bree is in charge of scheduling appointments. My appointment was for, between 1 and 5 pm. Bree sent a tech to my home at 9:15 am. At this time I was driving my wife to work and preparing for my appointment time.At 1:15 I called Bree to make sure all was in order for my appointment. She then informed me that the technician was at my home at 9:15 am. She was aware of my appointment time, because I asked her. I asked her if she was going to send him back. She said No. We would have to reschedule. I told her that this was unexceptable. She did not care at all, about any inconvenience to us.Eventually she said that if I would drive to the downtown garage, they would try to get it done. Oh, I had to be there within the hour.I did it. I could not afford to take another day off, dealing with these people.I would let anyone you know, don’t call Lee and Cates for any work you need done.Save yourself the aggravation, time and money!They are the Worst!!!!!

My window replacement technician texted me earlier in the day to let me know more of an accurate arrival time which I really appreciated.He then texted me again when he was on his way.He was very efficient and got the window replaced quickly.I highly recommend Lee & Cates.

After a hellish battle with my insurance company and several other glass replacement companies I was beaten down. I needed a specific factory glass for my Lexus for features to be correctly used and I kept getting denied. Lee & cates not only assured me they could get the glass but actually talked to the insurance company and validated my reasons for needing the specific item. I cannot thank them enough.
