Still in the process. But the dude I spoke to over the phone sounds brainless. I work customer service myself and I certainly dont say WHAT! to a customer when I dont understand them, hopefully the service is better than dudes attitude.

As stated in other reviews, I called and the person on the phone is extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked a simply question to see if the shop would be able to add a custom part to my car and was told numerous times that it would be “very expensive.” I’m well aware that custom work is not cheap, but I wouldn’t have called if I couldn’t afford it (which I most certainly can). Instead of being rude and condescending to potential customers, try being professional for a change.

Owner worked me in despite having a packed schedule, rolled the front fenders on my s2000 and did a magnificent job. For this Im grateful, and definitely recommend him for quality work.

Recently brought in my CTS-V for some work after having a sub par full body wrap on it. The paint was pretty damaged from all the adhesive. I went in there and he had to repaint a lot of the car but he also fixed what he could. The car looks brand new. I was seriously in shock. The black paint looks like glass. He even repaired my foggy headlights, smoked them and put some custom black outline to line up with the black paint on the body. He did that at no additional charge. His quality of work is unmatched. He surpassed all my expectations. He has got to be one of the best painters I have ever come across. Thanks Stefan. Will always come back and will always recommend everyone I know to see him.

After my car was hit I went on a mission to find the best body/paint man in Jacksonville. After doing research found out elite is the best . after taking my car to them after the rear quarter was hit. I cant say enough great things about Stefan and the work he does. I ran my 2015 Tundra double cab into my neighbors brick mailbox at 25-30 miles per hour after spilling my coffee on my lap. My entire right fender/headlight was caved in. My Interior fender was severly bent and airbox was cracked. My insurance policy did not cover my truck so I had to pay out of pocket. Stefan from Elite Custom was highly recommended by a good friend. Stefans quote was almost $500 less expensive than the next cheapest quote, and he finished within our agreed timeline. The truck looks incredible. I am confident that no one could tell my truck was in an accident! He also buffed out a few other scratches that I had for over a year at no cost!

Just went to this place and stood outside the gate for 15 minutes. The gate says no customers but nobody ever came so I walked in and apologized for disregarding the sign. The guy says rudely whats up? Oh you need to wait at the gate. Def not a 5 star establishment
