Got into an accident in May 25 2021.Ford Explorer arrived there early June. Got it back October. Yes, it was a long wait- but with today’s unprecedented (covid) time. It was expected. I have $18,000 worth of damages done to the car. They fixed every little thing of it. The team went above and BEYOND to fix my explorer. I heard a little squeak, and went back, they tripled checked for it. And made my worries diminished. If they have openings for your vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Get it fix correctly.

I am very impressed with the service I received this morning at Coggin Collision Center of Regency. The side of my car had been scratched and the paint was very badly damaged. I thought the front and rear doors would need to be repainted. They were able to fix the damage, which was about 5 feet long, by buffing it out and there is no longer any sign at all of the damage that was done. It looks perfect now. I asked them how much I would be charged for the repair and they smiled and said there was no charge. They are very professional and I highly recommend them. I am very thankful for the great people at Coggin Collision Center and the service they provided me.

I recently took in my 2014 Nissan Rogue to replace the rear bumper after a collision. I was very pleased with the service! I brought the car in on a Monday and had it turned back over to me the following day. The quality work performed was excellent and the interior was cleaner then when I left it. The staff was also very knowledgeable and polite. The receptionist, Angela, was very helpful, easy to work with, and willing to answer any questions. Jon, the service advisor, was knowledgeable and kept me in the loop. Overall, very good and easy experience! Thanks for the professionalism and solid customer service!

🚨 Warning! leave nothing of any kind of value in your vehicle. It will come up missing!!! I gave them permission to go inside my vehicle an they stole two bottles of Cologne out my truck. I pulled my Business from them and took my vehicle else where.

I took my 2014 Chevy SS sedan in for repair and paint. The staff was very professional, friendly, and polite. The work was done in a timely manner and to perfection. I really am particular with my vehicles, so this is a great place to get your repairs done.I had previously over the years had my 2009 G8 GT and a 1995 Trans-Am repaired here which also were done with expertise and professional care. Too many times people only want to post negative things and then embellish their stories.This repair facility is a class act and you can be assured your vehicles will be repaired with care and get outstanding results. Thank you to the entire staff for a great experience.

Joseph was the nicest and most professional person I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. He has been polite and courteous through all of these problems. However, my car repair has taken three weeks when they quoted my insurance company it would take 9 days. I can only assume this is due to technicians and miscommunication. Every Friday they call me and tell me it will be done Monday, when Monday comes, they say it will be done Friday. My car was put on hold again today for the third time because of a tiny bracket piece that has gone missing somehow. This has caused problems with my job and my finances because of how insufficient their time scheduling has been with my repairs. I would have accepted it if they would have told me from day one that it would take this long, but to keep making empty promises and postponing it for days on end has really left me in a rut. I would not recommend taking your car there for repairs at all. The sad part is, this center was recommended to me from the Ford dealership who has always done my repairs in a timely manor. This collision center does not represent Ford well, and should not be recommended by them.

Horrible experience it took them 31 days to complete the repairs to my new Ford truck that had been in a minor fender bender no updates or communication of any kind except for excuses such as it took so long because they do the job right and as I told them I am even more disappointed that this is what they call doing the job right.I am not 100% sure but it appears they sent my truck elsewhere to be repaired so save yourself some time and take your vehicle elsewhere yourself and cut out the middleman

I had a rear end collision repaired and they went ahead a vacuumed and washed the whole car. The repair looks perfect and the car is basically brand new. I was very impressed. The people were friendly and they called and updated me on the status of the repair throughout the process. Great job!

I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about. The collision director Marty Roberts was professional and thorough with what he does. He advised me on what needed done and how long it would take. He was even nice enough to take care of something for me last minute before I picked up my car without hesitation (he is the Director and he did the work himself btw). I think most of the bad reviews are from people who think a paint job takes a few days WHEN IT DOES NOT. If you have no experience or the problem arose from your own doing than leaving a bad review should be ignored here. I would take my vehicle back here with confidence. Also, Britany who is at the front desk was kind and communicated with me with zero issues. Great group of people here.

The top coat on the hood of my 2012 car had started fading away from the Florida heat. My hood had about 3 feet of a horrible foggy film on it. I took it to Coggin Collision, they took a look, gave me a quote, and repaired my car in 2 days. It looks like I have a brand new car again. Brian and team were professional and did a great job. I would recommend.

I went to Coggin collision centers this morning and a nice man named Richard Lindberg, help me with my Nissan Pathfinder. He was very informative and professional with a repair damage that was caused by a worker. He also referred me to someone that could help me with another problem I had with my auto. I recommend this shop for their honesty and helpfulness. Good job keep up the good work.

My car was in their shop for 2 accidents that I had from people hitting my civic. It took well over 2 months for them to fix my damage, and when I received my car back, nothing was correct, the paint on the bumper was not the correct color, I had technical problems, the vin number and certain stickers were not placed when needed, I had pieces of my car missing. Spoke with Bobby Glaze the first time, thought he fixed the problem, but after going to another collision center all the problems I knew I had, the mechanic found them and pointed out to me, and I told them I already knew, however nothing got fixed even though the GM stated that they were not able to find the problem. There was bolts and screws that were lose inside the areas where they were fixing my car, and my system was not calibrated. Called Glaze the second time, left a voicemail, been well over 2-3 weeks now, and no response, even called the place, and said someone will call me back, nothing. Nice people, but the work on the car was VERY incomplete. I literally have videos on what happens to my car when something goes wrong.

Richard Lindbergh was excellent. I brought my brand new 2018 Toyota RAV4 after being rear ended. He did a thorough inspection of the car and put me at much needed ease that the job would be done right. Yes, it took a couple of extra days because of damage found after bumper was taken off but he called several times keeping me updated. As he told me the first day, I would be the only one who knew it had been wrecked and he was right. Highly recommend Coggin Collision to get the job done right and with real Toyota parts. Thank you!

The ineptitude of Jordan Dorsey and the lack of customer service from the so-called manager named Lisa made for a terrible experience at coggin collision center. Take your business elsewhere if at all possible. The only employee who knows what they are doing is the receptionist!After spending over $500.00 on a replacement mirror with a built in camera, I was disappointed to find out that the camera was not connected to the system properly nor was it sighted in correctly. These are both things that need to be done at the time of installation by a technician and cannot simply be done by the car owner.When I asked Jordan Dorsey why this mirror had not been installed properly he explained that he did not have the data on the newer 2018 vehicle. Why charge a customer for a service that you claim to be able to do when you do not know what you are dealing with?When entering the door of coggin collision center, you immediately notice a large sign hung on the wall behind the receptionists desk. This sign explains the steps that occur when they repair a vehicle. The very last step on the sign states power washing and cleaning.The manager named Lisa decided that since I only had a mirror replaced my vehicle did not deserve the last step of their process. No car wash after spending over $500.00 at this business! Really lets the customer know how much you appreciate them-I will never set foot in that place again and I am in the process of notifying as many people as possible at the Asbury Automotive Group about my experience.Jon Gardner

Worst customer service ever. The people are all very nice, but no one will ever call you and let you know they are running behind. When you call them there is always an excuse as to why they need more time. It took them 28 days, thats 672 hours, to do 45 hours worth of work!

I was in a auto accident in Stark on 3/8/2018 . Being out of town from my Jacksonville home it was difficult . I called Coggin Collison Center and spoke to Richard Lindberg. He was so helpful in every way and we talked together with my insurance company who wanted to send me to one of their listed car repair contacts. I knew of the quality work I received from Coggin in the past and wanted to use Coggin for this large amount of damage. My insurance did finally say that I could have the work done by Coggin since they have the same type guarantee on the work. Richard worked with me through out the complete ordeal. He called me when the towing company delivered my car to Coggin Collision as I had requested and kept me updated on status of repair. Richard was exceptional in every way and I could never thank him enough for what he did for me at a very difficult time. He is a real asset to the Coggin Collision Team. Sharon Salisbury

DONT TRUST COGGIN COLLISION WITH YOUR VEHICLE !!!! PLEASE READ THIS. 100% TRUE (NIGHTMARE) CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.So after six of MAJOR ISSUES arise I was extremely upset. Coggin Collision had to cut my bumper with a reciprocating saw to make it fit, they had to take my door apart to fix something they did not properly fix to begin with. I have scratches on my inside door handle that needs to be replaced. I have gouges in the quarter panel. My vehicle has a bad alignment it was not like that before and the PRO grill cover I paid for out of pocket was not properly installed. I called and left messages for Brian who I worked with. I told the person at the front desk what my concerns were but Brian was always busy. So after several attempts to get ahold of Brian I called my banking institution and disputed the repair costs. Coggin Collision gets word of the dispute and the MANAGER calls me to threaten that they will have ARRESTED FOR THEFT OF SERVICES if the funds are taken from them. UMMMMMMMM!!!!!! WHAT!!!! So I am being threatened to be arrested for wanting funds back after they did EXTREMELY TERRIBLE work. They DAMAGED my vehicle and they REFUSED to contact me back until I disputed the payment.My 2017 Toyota 4 Runner was hit and the hood, front passenger fender, grill, headlight and alignment were damaged. My 4runner is a TRD off road that was purchased from Toyota with a three inch lift and upgraded wheels and tires. I keep my vehicle spotless. Then I leave my vehicle with Coggin Collision. I heard from them during the repaid process to say something about not be replacing a damaged part they will simply bondo and paint it.I said absolutely no bondo on my truck. They listened and ended up ordering the damaged part. Then the day I pick up my vehicle after the repairs are complete First, it took over 30 minutes for Brian to get the front desk the paperwork they needed to process the payment and complete the transaction. It was raining and the truck was wet so it was hard to see any visible damage. But I still found things.....1. I see scratches on the door handle of the inside passenger door. It was apparent that when they took the door off for the repair they were careless and somehow scratches the handle. I am 100% certain the scratches were not there prior to leaving the vehicle with Coggin Collision2. I started to leave the collision center and my front bumper was hitting my front driver side tire. They take my truck out back, use a reciprocating saw and cut a section of the bumper to keep it from rubbing. Please tell me.3. At the collision center I was told by a mechanic that due to the lift they were unable to get my alignment to pass on the the alignment machine. And of course when I left the collision center and got on the highway there was a vibration coming from my tires which is an alignment issue. My alignment was perfect before the accident. I makes no sense that after the accident that my lift made it impossible to align but before the accident it was perfect.4. I get home and I went to pull open the passengers side door (the same door that has been taken apart during the repair) and the outside door handle / release falls apart. The door wont open and the handle was dangling. I took my truck back and they had to fix a part in the door linkage, admitting they did not properly reinstall it.5. . I get back home from the door handle fix and decide to wash my truck and what do I find.... A long gouge / scratch down my passenger quarter panel. It just so happens that I have pictures from the day I took the truck into Coggin Collision that shows that area of the truck and the scratch / gouge was not there.6. I had Coggin Collision install a TRD Pro grill cover that I paid out of pocket for. Who ever installed this was incompetent. There is no spacing on one side of the cover were it meets the grill and over 3/4 of an inch on the other. Its completely spaced incorrectly.I will do everything in my power to protect myself from these people. This is beyond bad business.

I would never recommend Coggin to anyone. The service is terrible. We were loyal customers to Mike Davidson Ford purchasing and servicing our vehicles. They dont honor work done by Mike Davidson and would give their paint job a poor-fair rating. Go somewhere else!

Do not come here, I did pre my insurance company. They had my jeep for two and a half weeks and when I Got it back there was more damage to to my jeep.Ihave been tring to get the damage repair ed for two weeks they sent my car to another company to do the repairs and can not get that company to give me a date and time todo the repairs. I have tried to get coggin to repair or have the other company to fix my car. I have been told through another employee the manager.said it was basically my problem to deal with the damage and they have done all they can do (made one or two phone calls)

Absolutely terrible experience. Poor quality work with absolutely no QA process and par/sub-par customer service. Gaps left in tail lights, scuff on door panel, and sensor in trunk left dangling. Very displeased that Coggins Nissan recommended them even if they are affiliated. Created a very bad impression of the organization.

Horrible service! Was given a completion date at 3 different occasions and each time it was moved backwards. The Navigation unit was replaced with the wrong model, so all the interaction with the audio system and bluetooth were all screwed up, which almost caused a few speakers to be blown because the bass setting couldnt be turned down and the volume setting was so far off. I had damage to the driver side rear bumper and taillight. The bumper replacement was not aligned correctly, so it noticeably stuck out on one side further then the rest of the vehicle and the gap on the passenger side was much larger. i had over spray all over my rear window, trunk lid and passenger side rear of the vehicle. they must have pulled up the weather stripping, and left it up between the door and the roof of the car, because the stripping was bent upward and will not set back down and stay down properly.

Worst experience ever! Had front bumper repaired on and took 3 days. When I picked it up the service advisor Jon said it was ready to go and left. On the way home realized the splash guard was never replaced and wasnt secured on and was flapping In the wind on the highway. Got home called and of corse had no answer on their phones because they closed in five minutes. Went back the next day to get little to no care about the issue. Told lady in the front office the issue and showed her my service bill, first excuse was that I was never quoted for the splash guard. I said that I should have been contacted if I wanted to get it replaced and that someone had to have seen it hanging on the lift. Next reason why it wasnt fixed was that maybe the pins that hold down the skirts up may have busted causing it to hang which made no sense because the skirt was never replaced nor pinned back up. Jon came out and told me they were taking it off to inspect it to see if I needed a new one and the maintenance guy would come out and talk to me. When the maintenance guy came out he just gave me the keys and walked off with an attitude!!! No one said anything to me or was there when I got the keys back so I just left. What kind of customer service is that you say your coggin related, I go to Coggin Honda on Atlantic and get 100% more customer service than that they need to desperately improve their service if they want to be labeled as a Coggin business. Definitely wont be going here again.Kevin

Coggin Collision on Mill Creek Worst, Worst place ever. They are liars. Only one nice was the young lady at front desk..shes the bomb. Theyve had my car since the 4/1/16. Christine Dent told me to bring my car in. City was paying for the rental. The city says they shouldve been done with my car. And wants me to turn in the rental. Told them it wasnt my fault. City manager calls me and says that the manager at Coggin collions said that they didnt tell me to bring it in, and that I just brought it in own my own, Which is a bold face lie. How would I know to even bring it in, if I wasnt told to..Ive never been in an accident. So then I talk to them on the phone, the manager and christine, and then christine lies and says she didnt tell me to bring it in...wow. Birds of a feather, flock together. I will never ever take my car to them again..And I do not recommend!!!!!!! Coggin Collision on Mill Creek wont be finish with my car until wed, but the city wants me to turn in the Car on monday morning. Tell me what am I suppose to do anout Monday and tuesday??? And the manager is extremely cocky..Really rude..not caring. I shouldve just taken my car somewhere else. Lord please help me to forgive theseeeeee peopleeeee for their inconsideration. I have normal expectations that youll do the job you said youd do... After poor customer service with rude remarks to me in regards to the finish date, promising one day then after telling me it was on the way to my house notifying me that it will in fact not be ready on time, never contacting me - I always had to reach out for any info. Then doing a shoddy repair job on my van- having it for 2 whole weeks, then driving it to my house to return it to me and failing to notice it had no working blinkers and the check engine light on. I can hold my tongue no longer. Coggin Collision off Mill Creek Rd, youve messed with the wrong person...
