Paint job was good, you can see some over spray on the window a bit, nothing major, I just scraped it off with a plastic scraper, the black weather stripping has a long line of paint on the bottom where they didnt mask off properly and my taillight is now missing its lens. Despite everything I said, I am still very satisfied do to price and excellent costumer service do to Lloyd and the rest of the workers

Gave an estimate and then raised the price $430! We got the van back and couldn’t open back door! Tail light was not.properly mounted! Had previously used them and did not complete job! Said they would fix it and didn’t! They definitely will not go the extra mile for what we paid! Personally I do not recommend Lloyd! Carsmetics went under and their service was exceptional! No one wants to do a commendable job without the almighty dollar! We had rented a car took time off or they would not have been kept to do this job! However, they can paint! Very good at that. Manager Lloyd did not inspect the work done before releasing it to my wife!

They had my car 2 weeks, when I picked it up it had flacking paint where the prep work was not done properly. I was told to bring it back in 2 weeks. Now I paid for their top paint job. When I took it back they had my car for 5 months. I still have chipped paint. Dont use this place. I picked my car up for the third time, now the paint on the trunk lid is bubbling up and they ground my right hand tail light. I contact corporate several times and never hear back. Avoid this company.

I have used their services a few times and just recently the molding on my truck doors were about to fall off, they removed them all and resealed them, they did an awesome job for a great price. We took our scion to get painted because the pain was begining to look dull well they painted it, by the inside of the doors they didnt sand down its feels rough also the pain is begining to chip and we took it in to get check and they claimed that its was not the paint its self but that someone must had hit the paint and cause it to chip which no one has hit the car, for the amount of money that we paid I am not happy with the paint chipping out and the handles of the doors not sanded and its feels scratchy

We took our 2017 Chevy Impala here cuz the paint from the factory was coming off, and the car was 49 miles out of warranty and GM would not cover it 🤬🤬🤬.. Lloyd knew exactly what was going on with the paint, I dropped the car off to him and and 4 days later we got the car back, it had to be stripped from the body line up, and repainted,we got the car back and it looks better than brand new 😁😁 Lloyd was very professional and knowledgeable about what was going on, I would highly recommend this place and will, to anyone needing paint work, Thank You Lloyd you and your team are AWESOME....

Left dents in my car that were supposed to be fixed. Clear paint is on my tint on my window and headlight that was replaced has a chipped corner. Not satisfied! Took back and manager brushed me off and told me its under a lifetime warranty and if it starts doing anything tothen bring it back.

Overall decent job for the money. All the dents supposed to be removed were not. Overspray on most of the trim and lights. Sanding dust coated my interior where it had to be detailed. Left my hatch open and battery was dead. Manager asked me to look it over. When I pointed some things out he said this is an economy shop, what do you expect? $1200 provided me with a what do you expect job.

Overall the paint job came out great looks brand new. Only complaint is I had to plug stuff back in like the driver side door wiring harness and fix rear taillight and tighten a few bolts up. They were through of what they did tho so to me wasnt that big of a deal just inconvenient

Body work was performed. Paid $528 for the body work for a total of $1262.26 for the whole job Paint was guaranteed to be good for 5 years. Months later, the paint started cracking and showing pin holes. Also has one area where the paint ran down. Took it back to the shop and the shop charged me another $244 claiming that the body work was failing and not the paint and that they couldnt guarantee the body work that wasnt theirs.

I went in Wednesday, the Owner assisted me with finding the correct paint job and the color I wanted. He explained each of the paint services. I left my car on Wednesday (the same day), they started prepping my car on Thursday, the 4th of July. Friday, Saturday and Sunday they were closed. He promised me I could pick my car up on Monday and Sure enough my car was painted so beautifully and ready to go at 3pm. Awesome job!!! I am a happy customer!!! Thanks Maaco!!!!

Although I didnt get service from them. The guy was very nice by trying to find ways to lessen my cost (by still couldnt cover it since I wasnt using a claim). I had got it towed very close to closing time so he allowed me to keep it there until I was able to get it out but let me know they wouldnt be responsible for the vehicle but he understood my dilemma & didnt mind holding it a few days if needed no charge. I was very grateful!

They did a great job but they did not take the time, efforts to put my grandmothers Car emblems back on. They claimed they would not go back on but paid someone else to put them back on and they had no problem and did it in less then 30mins.

We took my 2005 Dodge Caravan to the San Juan store in need of a complete paint job. My paint had started peeling significantly especially on the roof and upper door panels. I didnt want to spend too much as the van is older, but has a few good years left. The owner, Bill, really took the time to assess our needs and come up with a great deal for us. It took about 7 business days to complete, but that is only beacause they redid a door panel that they werent happy with. The paint job looks beautiful and were very pleased with their customer service and attention to detail!

The service seemed like it was going to be a great experience working with them, but its not the service is poor I trusted them with my car to fix the outside. Turns out their worker was Ernie how ever you spell it was going through my car paper work taking belongings out of my car. there isnt anything that needed to be done on the inside just body work and a paint job the manager Bill wasnt very helpful with this situation automatically took his employee side Ill never return my service there or wouldnt want anyone to go through what I experienced today.

Not good at all

I give them one star only because they painted my car right, but other than that they are a disgrace. They gave me one of the worse customer service ever, I Had change stole from my car, and they scratched my car window. And then I had to make all the efforts to get it done... Damn shame. My car was ready and they never called me after telling me they was going to call when it was finished. I kept calling throughout the day and found out that way. I would never recommend nobody to that particular maaco. Im not going to downgrade the other maacos all because of what they did. I had to call them several times about fixing the scratch in my window. They gave me the run around for several days, telling me they would call me back and never did. Like I stated before, the paint job was nice but the customer service was absolutely horrible and this experience has been a nightmare.

First off I paid for the best paint job you can get . And there was still a scratch on my paint . Very obvious. Brought it back they fixed it but then got paint on my window. Didnt fully paint my bumper. Then let it dry and got a crap ton of dust under the paint.and when I called them out on it the manager Todd told me for the price of the paint job here your gonna have some dust and gabarge under the paint.and that was with me paying 1800. So that tells you there quality. Also my paint cracked and peeled on the rear quater panel after literally a week.

I cannot praise Maaco on San Juan Ave high enough. Bill and Jimmy in the front office at Maaco on San Juan in Jacksonville are honest and straight-forward. Also, their team does AMAZING high-quality work. I drive an old car with over 180,000 miles on it. When I finally got a job with a decent pay check I wanted to treat myself to painting my car. The paint had faded, clear coat was peeling and it looked terrrrrible. It was pretty embarrassing to be driving around. I went to Maaco on San Juan on a recommendation from Tim who repairs convertible tops on the West Side. Apparently, since all Maacos are independently owned or something, they arent all the same. Tim was adamant I should go to the San Juan location so I decided to check it out. Bill, at Maaco on San Juan, took a look at my car and based on the year and mileage he actually recommended their cheapest package. I told him I had saved over a thousand dollars just for the paint job and wanted a high quality job. He reassured me that I would be happy with the result and that it wasnt worth me spending so much on a paint job since my car was already older with high mileage and it wasnt a good investment. Wow. When I picked my car up a few days later it was BEAUTIFUL!!! His team had removed some of my minor body dents. They had carefully kept the chrome and trim accents free of paint. The paint was lustrous and shiny. I fell in love with my car all over again. I am really grateful to Bill for being so honest with me. Even though I told him I was willing to pay more, he truly offered me the right paint job for my needs thereby SAVING me over $700!!! A week ago, someone backed into me in Murray Hill and left a big smear of gray paint on my red car. I went by Maaco on San Juan a few days later and Jimmy buffed off the gray paint FREE OF CHARGE. My bumper looks perfect again and I could not be happier. I will DEFINITELY go back to Maaco San Juan for ALL my paint and body repair work. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you Maaco San Juan for your honesty with me and high quality work.
