They were so kind in helping me sort out some hiccups that come with an inherited vehicle, and have been absolutely wonderful in caring for my truck. Their staff is friendly and helpful, their prices are better than anywhere else, and they are thorough in caring for my vehicles needs without being pushy or sales-y. This is the third time visiting to have my vehicle serviced, I expected this visit to be as pleasurable as the rest. For the most part it was. Until I noticed that my washer fluid had not been filled. It seems a little petty, but I was told all fluids had been checked and topped off. Obviously that wasn’t the case. Ill return whenever I need service for my vehicle, I only hope they return this was just an unrepeated oversight. 👍🏾

The Service Advisor was courteous Nd communicative. The repair was quick and efficient. The only challenge was that they did not calibrate my tire pressure and the tire repaired was over pressurized while the other 3 were under pressure. Missed a quality check.
We were on vacation 7 hours away from home when we incurred damage to the sidewall of our tire. We checked multiple places in the city but no one had the tire or could get the tire before the end of our vacation. As a last resort, we called North Florida Lincoln and luckily they had the tire we needed. Unfortunately, they were 2 hours away and they were closing in just over 2 hours, btw it was on a Saturday. We decided to take the chance and drive the 2 hours in hopes that we could catch them before they closed. We got to the dealership 10 minutes before closing and Suzy McCullough who was working in the service department was kind enough to try and find someone to assist us. Marcus Hightower was still on site and offered to put the tire on for us. He had the tire on in no time and even offered to wash our vehicle. We were so thankful they were willing to stay past closing to assist us in our time of need. It really meant the world to us! Suzy McCullough even gave us a great restaurant recommendation. The service we received was well worth trip. Thank you!!

Love the valet service, which allows me to keep my appointments, not worry about transportation, and avoid waiting in the dealership. I had a dead battery. Before the battery died the vehicle did odd things electrically. It took several efforts to get through to anyone at North Florida Lincoln to schedule an appointment. I called on a Thursday and scheduled a an appointment on the following Tuesday. I wrote a letter describing the different kinds of issues I was having and dropped the vehicle off Monday night. I waited until Wednesday noon to call for an update. Again had a great deal of difficulty reaching anyone, even a voice mail. When I did get someone to answer, around 2:00pm, they told me they would get a message to the service agent and have her call me back. She didnt. I tried again at 4:00pm and was told they would get a message to the service agent to call me back right away. Nobody called.Aside from the communications issues, when I did reach someone I was told more tests had to be performed (twice) and once I was told the technician had to stop working on my car and finish up another car. I got the car back on Friday. They replaced the battery. Charged me $150.00 to diagnose the problem and another $150.00 to reprogram something. I was told everything was fine, only issue was a bad battery.I drove home, shut the vehicle off, and immediately experienced one of the problems I had taken the car in for (radio doesnt turn off when you get out of the car). Also, the information screen that shows the radio, temp, time, etc. was malfunctioning (showed a rainbow of stripes instead of the info) and that happened again. The problem was (is) intermittent.So, they kept my car for 3-1/2 days, fixed none of the electrical anomalies, and replaced a dead battery (which I knew was dead and bad) for $600.00.Not a bargain!

Set an appointment for an oil change and back up camera recall, pick up time was 2:45 pm. Around 11 am the porter just showed up at my house, interrupting my daughters online test, and wanted to get my car. He seemed annoyed when told I was at work with the car. No oil change was done and no one indicated that to me. I looked over the paperwork to see what was done and what wasn’t. My windshield wiper fluid is low light is on and I have a notification on the app. The boxes for ok on all fluid was checked but light still on. Lastly, the blue screen still appears on my back up camera, the recall issue. Worst service I have had in a long time. Disappointed in North Florida Lincoln

Im really disappointed in my last visit. The work done to my car was great. However customer service was not. I had to call to check on my car, I dropped off at 10am. I called at 4 just to be told it will not be ready until next day. At least have the courtesy to call and give update. Picking up my vehicle the next day was another issue. Very unorganized, the price was totally different than previously quoted. The representative fixed it but it took way too much time.
I cannot speak highly enough of my most recent service experience at the dealership! From how warmly and professionally I was greeted when I dropped my car off, to the wonderful shuttle driver who took me back to my office, to the detail that was paid to every part of my car service, I couldn’t be more pleased. Special kudos to Allen and Mary in the service department who answered all my questions and truly made me feel a part of the NF Lincoln family!

I had some bumper damage repaired at North Florida Lincolns Collision Center. My vehicle was returned 3 days later than promised. Messages inside of that 3 days requesting a status update went unreturned. When the vehicle was picked up it took the service person a half an hour to find the key.3 weeks after paying the bill and picking up the vehicle I get a call out of the blue from an employee in Sales/Collision claiming I still owe a large sum of money. Upon questioning the validity of this bill this employee threatened me with insurance fraud. I politely told them I would be in to discuss the matter at a time convenient to me within the next few days.Approximately a half hour later I receive a voicemail claiming that a different amount is owed now. Later the same afternoon I receive another voicemail now threatening me with a civil lawsuit. A day goes by and I receive another voicemail from this employee claiming that they have my credit card on file from when I paid the bill and picked up the vehicle and that they would charge it whether I called back to verify the charges or not.If you enjoy lack of accountability along with being threatened, harassed, and having your consumer protections under the Federal Trade Commission violated then this is the place for you.
My husband and I purchased a Lincoln from North Florida Lincoln nearly three years ago. This has been the absolute worst purchase. Our navigator has been in their shop more often than it has been in our driveway. Most recently they had it for three weeks working on a recall for both the engine and the transmission. We got it back and within one day the engine light was on again. They are unresponsive at best and negligent at worst. Do not invest in any vehicle from this establishment. They clearly sold us a defective vehicle and have done nothing to make it right.This company is robbing people of their time and money. Please do not become a victim like we did. check back I will update this post along with my other social media accounts with new experiences as they unfold, and will happily post all of our repairs, so that anyone thinking of buying a vehicle can see what we have gone through.Best wishes and happy car shopping (at other safer locations)
I stopped by because I was getting a warning about the battery in my key fob being low. I brought both key fobs by for batteries. Everyone was kind and helpful in getting me to the right place. Then it was a fairly quick and inexpensive turnaround. I’m very pleased. I was also able to schedule an appointment for maintenance while I was there.
Missy in service has been amazing! Without her, I fear that I may have never been able to get my car in for service. The North Florida phone system is unorganized and doesnt function properly. Simply attempting to get a human on the phone to scheudle service is almost impossible. Due to my below average experience thus far, I will never purchase another Lincoln. My next purchase will be Cadillac or Lexus. I worry about my upcoming yearly maintenance in December. I am not sure if I should even attempt to contact North Fl. I may look for another dealership to service my vehicle.

So far Im not impressed.. Filled out this form once now doing it the 2nd tchecking time. Dropped off car Monday morning for electrical issues was told late Monday would be be Tuesday before pick up. Tuesday I picked it up drove 10 miles, issues resurfaced. Earliest I could get a Reeve repair repair was the following Monday we shall see what round 2 provides.

Purchased a 2018 Range Rover Velar (used) from them. Buying experience was excellent in all respects, from trade in valuations to delivery. The car unfortunately had a engine caution light come on day one, and after consulting Range Rover, they are the only option for service. Not a fault of North Florida Lincoln. They offered me a loan vehicle when I requested one from to them without hesitation, which was nice of them to do. I am happy overall with North FloridaLincoln.

I had a major repair, towed the vehicle to them and they never gave me a written esitmate on the parts and labor, just in the body of an email stated an amount to start for parts and labor. I told the service advisor that I was uncomfortable moving forward and would have the car picked up and towed elsewhere. She stated that was fine and she would show the tow truck driver where the car was. The following day the wrecker service came for the vehicle and the driver had to call me to let me know that they would not release the vehicle without payment for services rendered.Now Im happy to pay that and I should have been given a bill when I told them we would be going elsewhere to service the car. But they did release the vehicle to the driver and I was never sent an invoice that outlined the charges, I only received an amount to pay. Well this was my entire problem with them to start with. I told the service advisor multiple times that I would not pay a bill without a list of charges. She told me I had to pay the bill and then I would get a list of the charges when the ticket closed out well thats just wrong.It took several days and a complaint to the BBB to get the bill to me with the list of charges. The service advisor actually blamed me /my computer for the reasons the workorder had blank numbers on it. I called the Manager Morris several times from Thursday Sept 30-Wednesday Oct 6th and never received a return call. I even called the Lynch Automotive Group was put on hold forever and then the call was disconnected.I am a 5 time lincoln owner and the unprofessional way that North FloridaLincoln has treated me is just wrong. I would suggest going elsewhere to service your vehcile and avoid the frustration dealing with these folks.

I called orange park Lincoln first thing in the morning and they never got back but so glad I called North Florida Lincoln. What an amazing group of people. Almir stayed after their closing hours to make sure I had my car running so I won’t be stuck for the weekend. Thank you so much!!! You got a loyal customer.
We ended up not buying a car at this time, however we were extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Michael Hyatt. He offered us a stress free test drive and did not employ any pressure sales tactics, which was much appreciated. The Lincoln was beautiful as well and when we are back in the market we will definitely consider this dealership.

I have stated my dissatisfaction with my last service on 5/13 in the survey. I came in for a simple key and remote purchase programming. The dealership didn’t provide this service as expected and I have requested a callback from the service provider which has not occurred. I have since had the key programmed at a different establishment and it works great! I need a callback ASAP.

While driving this morning I observed the hood of my car shaking. This was just after 48 hours of service at North Florida Lincoln. I drove a few hundred miles on a major highway during that time at maximum allowable speed. Obviously, the Technician didnt closed my hood properly which posed a risk to me and my family. Please let the Technician know so that he/ she can be more careful. Thanks.

North Florida Lincoln did a very good job correcting the problem that was intermittent. They even suggested I take a movie of myself when the problem happened because every time the car got into the shop it worked. The best service is if they come and pick up your car for you and deliver it when the service is done. My husband has cancer and their pick up and delivery of the car was a GREAT help. Allen Byrd would call me directly with updates and suggestions and he was very helpful in communicating. Thanks for all that you do!

Let me start by saying FINALLY! I have found a shop I can trust, after horrible experiences with 2 other factory dealers, I brought my vehicle to N.F.L and they made a life time customer. Troy was able to fix the electrical gremlin that Ive had going on 2 for years that others could not fix. He was good about communicating with me, accurate with his diagnosis, and fair with labor billed. They will be the only shop to touch my vehicle again. Highly recommend giving them a shot. Im glad I did. Thank you guys again!

I ordered replacement parts from this store with expedited shipping. It took them days to even ship the order, and as far as I can tell expedited is just a buzz-word they used to charge me even more money for shipping. Their approach to rectifying the situation was to shift blame to FoMoCo and UPS instead of accepting any kind of responsibility; no apologies, just some terse emails passing the buck. For a company that is supposedly part of the customer service industry they seem to have little idea of the meaning of the word. My advice: if you order any parts from North FL Lincoln, dont be in a hurry, and dont pay extra for expedited shipping. Better yet, take your business to a service center that gives a damn about customer service. I wish I could leave a review of the part I ordered, but its not here yet.

I drive a Ford Flex which I recently purchased. It has been serviced at North Florida Lincoln. I plan to continue servicing there because of the experience I had getting a hard emergency key.
They take my car quick, they did the work wick, great price, great amenities so why not 5 stars because they took too much time on to give my car back; my car was ready to leave but there was not body to received my payment to leave.
Was an easy experience, our salesman Bob was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with, never felt any pressure, and made sure we found my wife an SUV she absolutely loves, Crystal the sales manager was also super nice and gave us what we felt was a fair deal, and because the finance manager was on vacation, she also did our F&I, we were in and out in about 3 hours, and considering my wife was not sure what she vehicle or color she wanted when we arrived, I would say that it was one of the fastest vehicle purchases that I have ever done.

Slow but sure and honest. Also slow to call to inform of progress. Car not ready 3 different times as verbalized. They did fix problem however.
Dealer had no Aviators and was only expecting one to come in.
Fixed one of the issues with my Expedition being the coil replacement and plugs. Totally misdiagnosed the creaking noise in my front end. They told me I needed to replace all struts and mounts all the way around at a cost of 2,600.00. I went to another place and they replaced one shock at a cost of 412.00. Problem fixed. I felt like North Florida was trying to take advantage. Will not go back

The black label service has been the biggest joke of a new marketing scheme by Lincoln. I truly thought it would be different but realized otherwise this past year after 3 different occasions.

Awesome customer service. Was in and out the door in a hour and a half with a newer navigator. Very pleased was given stars but now*** update. Service after the sale is very lacking.Found a bra in my used vehicle because they never detailed it before putting it on the lot. The mirror was cracked and I pointed it out to my salesman. When I wanted them to fix it they were pointing fingers saying how do we know you didn’t do it. Hard to get in touch with service department. Even after calling the Lincoln concierge. Ended up going to Bozard for service.
Worst customer service experience at the maintenance department, the manager, never answered phone callsThe maintenance technician deny service even having a recall issue about defective door latches and having a door that I wasnt able to close because of the defective latch.I just wont buy a Lincoln again.
The service department has very nice people working there to handle my vehicle issue, they were very quick and courteous. They provided loaner for my convience to still have transportation while they worked on my vehicle. And they really fixed my issue same day. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because it took days to set an appt, and I was leaving voicemails and never got a call back at first. But after I finally got in, Awesome experience and they made it easy. I will come back.

I always go to the Ford Quicklane here for my car servicing. They are absolutely amazing- it takes barely an hour, they are very nice and explain everything. There is never really a wait time in the 3 years I’ve been going there. Their CS is great, and their customer lounge is a perfect place to wait or even work if you happen to go during a weekday, which I always do. 5/5 will always go there till I have a Ford!
Very fast service and super easy to book appointment. I booked the appointment via My Lincoln app. Dropped off the car and next thing I knew it was time to pick up. I was informed of extra services available to me and Everything that will soon need to be done so next time I am prepared. I even got a complimentary car wash!
As usual Northflorida Lincoln has again made me truly glad we decided on purchasing my SUV from them! Service was exceptional ! Only negative comment is with whoever left a pair of used wet medical gloves in the visor. During this difficult COVID environment, more care should be taken when detailing to ensure all PPE is disposed of in a safe manner. Remember to DETAIL infers one should be looking at the DETAILS !
