8/21/21 Updated review:After my dad bought his truck 8 months ago from Jonathan at Beaver Chevrolet, I decided I wanted to take a look and see if we could work something out. I emailed Jonathan to see if he was still there and of course he was and better yet he remembered us from our first visit. I show up at the dealership to find out Jonathan is now a finance guy, good for him and I thought bad for me. I was bummed because I wanted him to get my business and I felt comfortable with him but instead he sent me over to Jamie Moore. At first I was hesitant and didnt know if I could build the same trust but within a few minutes I realized Jamie knew what he was doing and had MY interests at heart not his pockets. I worked with James and Phil and they made the process the most pleasant I probably have ever had at a dealership. I had an appointment later in the same day I had to make and so I asked them to help me get get the transaction done as quickly as possible. Before I got there they had cleaned the car (full tank of gas!) finished all of their portion of the paperwork and I was in and out of that shop in less than 35 minutes! Everybody was incredibly pleasant the entire time and everyone seem to make me having a good experience their priority. I recently had a friend purchase a Camry from Beaver Toyota in Saint Augustine and he had a fantastic experience and apparently they’re owned by the same family. To whom this may concern,I wanted to reach out to someone to advise that the issue with my vehicle was not resolved. I was advised that they ran tests on the vehicle and it appeared that everything was fine.My service date was 08/06/21 @ 1100 hours. I worked with Evan Shade, who was very friendly and professional but no one believed that the hood latch sensor on my vehicle had been malfunctioning.I recently purchased this vehicle from Beaver Toyota in April. I haven’t had any trouble with it other than the hood latch sensor. I took it in to Beaver Toyota in a hope that they could help me. They directed me over to their Chevrolet Dealership to fix the issue. I was told that several tests were ran on the sensor and they didn’t find any issues. That the reason I was having trouble with it was because it was unplugged. I had mentioned to an employee there to mention to them that I unplugged it because it would not let me lock my truck without setting off the alarm. It would also constantly flash on the dashboard that it was open when it was not. So I unplugged it. Needless to say I sat at the Beaver Chevrolet Dealership for several hours hoping to get the hood latch sensor replaced along with two recalls. After sometime I was advised that my vehicle was ready but they didn’t do one of the recalls and didn’t replace the hood latch sensor - which mind you was the entire reason I set up an appointment with the dealership. My truck is still under warranty so replacing the sensor should have been a one and done deal. Now less than 24 hours later my car alarm consistently goes off throughout the day and night; essentially anytime I lock it. And the “hood open” notification has now returned to my dashboard with its accompanying ringing/chiming to notify the driver. This notification activates on and off constantly, showing me that there is a clear issue with the hood latch sensor. Which again was the whole reason for my appointment with Beaver Chevrolet. I’ve never had any issues with Beaver Toyota, and I know both of y’all share the same motto “Here to wow ya!”, well let’s just say I’m anything but “wowed” with Beaver Chevrolet.I will, in the future, keep my business strictly with Beaver Toyota, and I will take any other Chevrolet specific needs to another Chevrolet dealership.Best regards,

From the very first time stepping foot through the doors we were “Wow’d”. Bernie and Roma are the guys to see! It’s so nice to meet sales people that actually care about their customers. They were both amazing with my kids too. Bernie took them up to see “The War Room” and Roma made sure they were all set up to watch movies in the new cool car. We have purchased 19 cars in our 12 year marriage, so I feel like we are dealerships connoisseurs at this point. Everyone at Beaver is amazing. Jamie did an outstanding job getting me in something I love. He was very patient with my 2 year old and myself as we rode around all over the dealership 2 or three times until we found the right one. He knew what I was looking for in a vehicle and didnt try to force anything on me I didnt want. I would have only enjoyed the process more if the cleaning of the vehicle matched the outstanding experience Jamie provided. Either way Beaver Chevrolet is where a good experience is at and Jamie is the one to see!

Bernie is THE BEST salesman!!! He jumps thru rings of fire to make sure his customer is satisfied and in the vehicle they are happy with. Service department is A1!!! Oil changed and car ready in less than 45 minutes is always a plus in my book!!! Collision needs to work on their communication though. Dont tell your client you will call them about their car, and then the client has to end up calling when theres no communication. Hire me, Ill come do the communicating.I still give Beaver 15 stars!!! Yes, 15!!!!

I have bought many cars over the years, but this one purchase tops them all. Roma Peral really listened to what I needed in a car. He took his time with me and really made my purchase feel important to him. A lot of salesman are just trying to get you out the door but Roma really spent the time needed to make sure the deal we walked it with was perfect. Kudos to Beaver Chevy for having such a FANTASTIC salesman!
