I absolutely agree with the commercials, this place is amazing excellent service. My salesman Matt Pack, explained details about my new vehicle and didnt rush me off even if I was being stubborn. He was kind, took his time with me and is a very pleasant person. His knowledge and performance was an A+ even if I had walked out of there without a new car, I would had gave him a good review. I love my new car and thank Matt and his staff for a wonderful experience at Keith Pierson Toyota. I definitely will send my friends and family to this location.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 4:30. Arrived a few minutes early hoping I could get in and out somewhat quickly. However, the intended Service Advisor had called in sick that day and it seemed everything was falling to one specific Advisor, though I could plainly see 2 others doing nothing but talking to each other in one of their offices!? My quick, in and out oil change proved to be anything but! I didnt leave the dealership until 6:30! All work was done professionally and in a trustworthy manner - great! My oil change appointment took 2 hours to fully complete (I also had them replace a trim screw) - horrible!Ive had Keith Pierson complete almost all service and repair work on my Camry since 2013. They do really good work. But it costs a bit more and youd better block off a good bit of time if you plan to wait while they perform service work!

Price was on point, cheapest in town for a full synthetic oil change, but they were really interested in other work that needed to be done to my vehicle. Not sure if they checked/filled any other fluid levels like other places do.Appreciate the suggestive upsales, but I came in for what I came in for.

Robert was very courteous and helpful.I felt as though he went above and beyond hisjob .The service that I received from him wasover the top. I also received great customer service from the attendant in boot 4 that headed up the oil change. She went above and beyond toget me the best and fastest service.( I have a walker and after he got it out of the carhe adjusted the walker for my safety. ) He madesure that I was able to walk safe with the walker.Keith Pearson has the best customer service ever.😊😊😊😊😊

Excellent experience again in the service department. Beau Woodard is my service advisor. Beau and his service team are always very thorough and willing to explain up front why certain services may be needed. They are also patient and quite capable of presenting options when not all recommended services are financially feasible all at once. I always appreciate the care and concern given to me and my car while I am there. If I make an appointment, I am always in and out in a reasonable time and usually well within the time Beau has told me that it would take.KP Toyota does have a shuttle service that is nice to use for services taking several hours and a cafe and wifi on site if you choose to stay.Bathrooms are always clean and the service waiting room is spacious and full of daylight. Its a clean and a pleasant space to wait.

Staff was fine. However. the regular service took 2 hours which is long. I finally spotted my van parked and when I went to the service writers office to see why I hadnt been called, the office was unoccupied. I went to the nearby writers office and he did not have a customer so he took care of me. He went into the unoccupied office and found my paperwork to complete the transaction. I wonder how long my van had been ready to go before I spotted it?

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Tom and Beau are some amazing Customer Reps! I am in awe every time I walk out of this place. I just moved into town about 2 months ago and it truly feels like family.Not only them but the cashiers and the valets are just so amazing as well.I also love their small coffee and food store they have inside this Toyota dealership and the tables and chairs to wait. This is the kind of establishment you are okay with waiting 4 hours for your car (I did and I was overall happy). Bathrooms are clean and staff is attentive. I wish I wouldve known about them when I lived in Gainesville. I would have 100% done the drive just to get my car checked!

So setting here getting my truck recalls done. And a scan do to a possible issue. No code came up so all good. The service person Tom was great. But. When I got back in my truck the refuel light was on. I have almost a full tank. Tom comes back out to help. Again he is great. Gets the service tech to come look at. They have to fix it. Only problem is why didnt the tech fix it in the first place. Over all great place.

He tells me what needs to be done to keep my car in excellent condition and I appreciate that he doesnt add things I dont need. I have a 2022 Corolla. Beautiful car, but too low to the ground. Hurts my knee when exiting. I was thinking of trading to a Rav 4. But the only way I get RAV4 that gets 40 mpg is the hybrid which costs too much. The only option I can think of if to buy larger tires which would lift the car up off of that ground. How much would the largest tires I could get for my Corolla cost. and any options I might consider for a 40 mpg car

He wasnt pushy like the representative we had just experienced earlier in the day. He was able to answer all our questions and we were able to walk out of there with a car we love. The process of getting your car serviced at Keith Piersons Toyota is the best process Ive encountered in my 45 years of owning vehicles. You pull up, they take your info and record what you want done. Then they will take you home if you wish, or they will call you when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. If need be they will come pick you up. I like waiting for my vehicle that way I can visit the cafe there without the wife knowing Ive cheated on my diet. :o) Everyone at the dealership are always very courteous and seem very intent on ensuring you are 100 percent satisfied with whatever it is you are there for. I have purchased 2 or 3 vehicles here and this is the only place I bring my Toyotas for service. Thank you.

The salesman Austin was very knowledgeable about the products offered by Toyota. I explained my needs with my rheumatoid arthritis and was matched with. RAV 4, took it for a test drive and signed right away. They gave me a great trade in for my Toyota Camry. Been to dealership multiple times for an issue they have not been able to fix. It’s like they are kicking the can to get us outside of our warranty. Issue was addressed and not working next day. Call has been placed multiple times to service employee with no response. They seem to care about protecting own interest instead of doing what is right.

My questions were answered and Sherry even went above and beyond to help me understand the service schedule and warning lights for my car. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! The service dept tries. The car I was sold had and has issues. Day one the radio ipc? was freezing up. I couldn’t change media or use my maps for gps. I would have to pull over and shut off the car to get it to work. After two visits I was told the service dept couldn’t find any errors. They needed to take it to VW because it needs to be updated. I took in the third time and they took it. The whole unit was replaced at no cost. It all works great. Thank you Emily for working so hard for us.The second issue is the back and front wind shield have scratches in them from the prior owner. It’s so bad on the back window it’s hard to see out at night. The second day my husband I owned it we took it to kp to our salesman. We wound up taking it in for the service dept to try and fix them. We still weren’t happy. We talked to the head salesman. We told him we are paying 28,000 for this car and this is unacceptable. He said he would give us a call to see what he could do. He never did but we called them four times leaving messages and was told by service that he wasn’t in on the service appts prior. VERY unhappy customer here! 45 days of owning a 2017 car with two major windows that need replacing. Disappointed to say the least.

Jordan was extremely helpful! I was with my dad during the process. We went in for a tire rotation and were approached asking if we wanted to trade it in. We declined and a short while later we decided that it would be a great idea. The entire staff was friendly and loved our puppy, Bellatrix, Jordan was not pushy and double checked his information. Kieth Pierson Toyota was Phenomenal! From the time I arrived for service, to the time I picked up my rental at Enterprise, they were with me every step of the way. They sent my car reservation in ahead of me, so my rental was ready for me to pick up when I got there, and they gave us a ride there to pick up the rental. When my car maintenance was finished, my car came back looking and smelling brand new, like I just drove it off the lot, even though its 2 yrs old. Our service Manager Scott Smith was easy to work with and the other attendants in the service department were super nice and helpful. I wont use any other other dealership ever again.

I would have to give a thumbs down due to my vehicle not being vacuumed after the service and the paper mats that where already there were removed from the floor. I am from Maryland and my vehicle has been serviced at 3 different locations. I don’t know if this cleaning practice is only done in my state, but it should be a company practice at all locations. After waiting for hours to get your service, this is considered a thank you for patiently waiting.

My collision detection system kicked in after driving over a curb. My Tundra would not run so I had it towed to Keith Pierce Toyota. They checked my truck and got back up and running again. The service was great and pretty fast. Tom in service seems very nice and helpful. My only issue is the $200.00 it cost to reconnect the air intake and clear the codes. The service guy at my local dealer would have probably just charged me the $89 service fee.

It’s all about SALES.The employees are very nice and polite, but I made it clear I was ONLY there for a recall on my older Toyota. They had me down instead for complete service and seemed confused. We finally got that sorted out fine and I was directed to the waiting area.When I made the appt, I was told it would take an hour and a half. After over two hours I asked Emily if she she could give me an ETA on my car, and she checked, but also told me the recall work takes FOUR HOURS. I could have been told that correctly from the beginning and made arrangements to be dropped off instead of waiting, or offered a courtesy car.Nope.Less then one minute after I had landed in the waiting area, my phone rang and it was a salesman there trying to convince me to trade my car in on a “reliable” new car; I have a TOYOTA, which may be THE most reliable car out there. What kind of confidence does this put in a Toyota owner?? Took several firm negative responses to get him to realize I was NOT GOING TO BUY A NEW CAR.I watched the sales staff while I wasted the middle of my day and all I can say is I feel sorry for them having to be vultures.I won’t be back, but Arlington Toyota will get my business again WHEN I am ready for a new car.

Everything went great except the online appointment did not transfer the appointment to the service team. This caused me some embarrassment and ultimately shame on the IT department.Also they washed my car which I asked them not to do but didn’t vacuum the mats. I do not know if they are supposed to do it. I still am pleased with my overall experience. Good job.

Took my Rav 4 in for a service check and was not aware my battery was bad with three days left before my warranty would expire. I paid the amount quotedand got good news that my battery was bad and would had gone out at any time. I was told that I had three left on my warranty. I got my battery replaced with no extra charge. I am glad the techs are honest with their finding and took care of my needs on the first visit. Keith Pierson Auto Repair is the best!👍🏼

Very sad to say Im very disappointed in the professionalism. Lied to from the moment I walked in the door. Took a chance on this dealership. I went based solely on the customer service commercials. It was far from that. I have worked at BMW almost my whole career. Never ever would I have a client sitting in front of me stateing where they need to be with a payment and then come to the table 300 more than where they wanted to be. A good sales person would be able to look at everything in front of them and be able to tell if that could happen or not. This dealership also advertises its the best time to make money on your trade in or to sell them your car. They also started out bottom low. So insulting on so many levels. But at the end of the day. I am not upset about not getting the car. I walked away thinking that I hope I never would ever make a customer feel the way I just felt. That was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. From the beginning to the very end.

Amazing experience buying our first family SUV here! Matt Pack was super knowledgeable about our Toyota Highlander and explained it in detail from top to bottom. Super easy to work with and was not pushy at all. We were not planning on buying a car that day in particular but ended up leaving with our brand new Highlander XLE that we love. This rating is for the service department… I came in to check on a clip that snapped off or broke off and that are of the bumper was lose. I checked in to see if I can buy the part or have it taken care with them. After waiting the service member had a horrible attitude like he didn’t want to help. I showed him what was the issue and before I could even ask for the part or if I can have them do it, he said, we can fix it but it’s going to be $150 for labor cost and however much for the part and it’s going to be a while before we get to it. Now those facts may all be true and I am ok with that. What I am not ok was with his attitude and lack of desire to help the customer. I didn’t even get to ask anything before he spilled all this out. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it… not my first bad experience with the service department but definitely my last. Rather drive across town for quality service.

Never again will be purchase another vehicle from Keith Pierson, or have our vehicles serviced there. We’ll drive the extra 40 minutes to Beaver Toyota. Not only are Keith Pierson’s prices overpriced, their customer service is horrific. They over promise, will pull your credit after a deal is made and then change the terms already agreed upon. If you live in Jax, drive the extra 30 minutes to Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine!! You won’t be disappointed! (I would give 0 stars, if it was an option).

Terrible service, I went to take the car for 2 Recalls and oil change this Saturday, I had a family emergency while waiting for the car to get done. Unfortunately when I return, the service area was already close when I noticed these, and so I decided to return on Sunday to ask for the plastic cover of the lower part of the steering wheel and to show how they left the car. The person that attend me was a liar and told me that the Corolla Toyota 2011 didnt have any cover for that part when everyone and other places I call said yes absolutely there is a cover to that part.Will be calling management today, I understand mistakes but what I dislike are liars.

He had my husband and I taken care of quickly and conducted himself very professional. It was only a Service to my vehicle but David handled it like it was special. It was a great experience. I didnt have an appointment to have my car serviced for the 6 month check up, but it was still done under 2 hours. My service manager Steven Wall was very kind and courteous. I even saw my saleswoman Stacey Williams. The cheese burger in the Cafe was. Very good. All went very well and I was more than pleased.

My 2008 Highlander Hybrid needed a tow about 40 miles from home to this dealership because of intermittent startup..being new to area I had to go on the recommendation of a local mechanic. I was delighted with the service department at Keith Pierson, namely Bo!! He made this a comfortable interaction with his attentive, professional and timely communication. I appreciated his honesty. I must say my first impression of Keith Pierson Toyota was pretty sour! I spoke with a sales person by the name of Lance and all he was concerned with was the money. Pushing for all my information on payments, down payments, trade in value and more even after I informed him that I have never driven a Tundra and I am not buying right now but will be buying that weekend. I informed him that I needed to drive a Ram, Titan and a Silverado before making a decision. After all that was she he pushed for the money again and again! I decided to leave at that time, as I was walking out Mike the salesmanager stopped me, I had informed him of the high pressure Sells that Lance was pushing when all I wanted to do was make the right decision on my next purchase. Mike attempted to get me to come back in and drive a Tundra. I had informed him just let me leave because right now I will not purchase from the dealership ever. He asked me to please give him a chance before making any purchases. I then left and test drove the 3 other vehicles that I was interested in. After I test drove them I called Mike and he told me when I get in to ask for Ethan. When I return Ethan came out and greeted me and we starting to talk about the Tundra and what I was looking for. I found the Tundra wanted and test drove it. I MUST SAY ETHAN CHANGED MY VIEWS OF KEITH PIERSON TOYOTA! He wanted the sale but he wanted to provide excellent customer service over anything! We came to an agreement on the price. Then now here come the part of buying that is no fun the finance part! When getting to the back Frank had the paperwork going and I must say I sold cars for 10+ years and been purchasing them for 20+ year and he is by far the BEST Ive worked with and have dealt with in my years of dealing with them. He made the process PAINLESS and we had great conversations! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ETHAN AND FRANK!!!! Ill send people their way anytime! Went from 1 star to 5 stars in the same day just needed a different face! If only I can personally thank Keith Pierson for the expierence!

Toyotas are great cars but this dealership wasted my time and lowered my credit rating so I dont recommend buying here. Lacoya spent 1 hour entering our information and ran a credit check (which lowers your score) just to show us a car. Then he spent 30 minutes repeating the package options twice. We regret not leaving immediately. Were buying a Honda.

I am not satisfied with your customer service. Everyone was so helpful before I bought my vehicle but now, not concerned at all. The service tech I talked to seemed too busy to listen. I learned that bumper to bumper warranty is not what I thought it was. Nail in tire not repairable so I needed to buy a new tire, that was not available and almost twice the price I had to pay for it at a different company. I had called about my tire indicator being on but was told it was probably due to change of weather. I wanted it checked but there was no open appointments at the time. Also, No decaf coffee unless I wanted to wait 10 mins. My intentions were to trade my vehicle this month but I have decided to go to a different dealership. The one star is for the service tech that was handling several customers at once and didnt pay me any attention when I was telling her that the guy that pulled my car out of the garage, ran too far over the curb. I heard it scrape then he backed up. I looked and didnt see any damage. SMH

Had oil change and tires rotated, very clean job ..A lot was told I had wrong battery in my car, did not buy from Toyota and I took it back to where I bought it and they are supposed to get me right one with no extra cost. So thanks to Keith Pearson Toyota I would never have known this. Have had my car serviced several times and I have had no issues

Always great Service! ( Tom Yonker )Hands down best Service department In Jacksonville Florida. Ive been to multiple dealerships across northeast Florida and by far they have the best service Department. Tom yonker which is my service adviser he is by far the best Service Advisor! . He is very flexible he fetch you in get you in-and-out takes top priority in his customers cars . He treats you like Family! He makes the experience fast an easy . If it wasnt for him I wouldnt be going there.ask for Tom Yonker 5 star service . Thank Tom!!!

Went to inquire about Rav4. Understanding current market conditions I wasnt expecting anything however marking up a car by about $8,000 is extravagant.At first I was told that all RAV4s, which none were in the lot and instead in transit, were purchased so the sales guy was going to quote me for Highlander. When he came back with a price I thought it was a fair price only to inform me few minutes later that it was actually for last RAV4 available in transit and not Highlander. 👎

Keith Pierson has impressed me for several years now. There are no pushy salespeople. They do there jobs of getting sales. It’s how they communicate that makes you buy.The customer service in all departments I have experienced: sales, maintenance, finance and receptionist can not be matched or compared to any other dealerships or other industry businesses I ever went to over the years.I am normally very hard to impress.I appreciate and respect the men and women of this company.

It would Be nice if I didnt have to catch that we had a warranty on the car that covered the oil changes for the life of the loan. Instead, tried to charge my wife like $78 and luckily I was the one to go back up there because she would have been to scared to ask and would have paid anyways. Its not a lot of money but its the principal. Mostly decent people there, but its not our job to check to make sure we have a warranty... you know. Ill change it to 3 stars but it wasnt a pleasant experience...

I loved my experience at Keith Pierson Toyota. I came to them because I got a car from another car lot and the transmission went down within 2 years of me having it and I still owed money on the car. When I walked in the Keith Pearson Toyota dealership the people were friendly and someone assisted me right away. My salespersons name was Adam. I explained to him my dilemma and he assured me that it would have never happened to me here because of the service coverage that they provide. That is the powertrain warranty that covers engine and transmission issues as well as other components. They asked me what car did I want and how much could I pay monthly. Adam explained to me the cost of the car I wanted and what I could expect to pay. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in despite the issues it had. He was very transparent and helped with me make a good decision in the end. Richard was the person that helped me from the finance team. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He clearly explained all of the coverage they offer at great rates and detailed everything my warranty covered. All in all, I love my new car and I feel like I made great decision.
