We dropped off 2 karts in not so great shape. The owner was direct and straight forward with me prior to unloading as for what I needed vs what I wanted done. Also gave me direction to save a couple of dollars. Surprisingly he finished both carts the next day (Sunday) which is his off day, ready for pick up. We gassed up and went immediately to an open field and had a blast riding. No issues with his work or customer service. I knew going into go karts that it would cost a decent amount to get from the condition my karts were in toward fully operational. G&D met my expectations, and I’ve become a loyal customer for as long as my son and I ride. Contrary to other opinions, I experienced no type of indifferent treatment. Thank you for providing a service which I was in dire need of.

Listen! For one Greg owner was done in a 1 and 1/2 hours maybe less. Second after we paid for having our go kart serviced he called abt 10 mins later and advised us he looked at wrong slip and over charged us. We were thinking maybe 5-10 dollars but it was little over 40 dllrs!! My husband neglected to ask for receipt so he wouldve never knew, but the fact that the owner called and told us speaks volume to him n his business!!! That alone has earned our repeat business. Cant wait to make a purchase from him instead of service repairs.

Bought a yerf dog go kart had it a few months been off roading with it still runs like a charm and is an amazing go kart and G and D karts and parts is the place to go for parts and repairs.

Couldnt tell if it was because I was black or because I have a 2016 chevy Silverado but the service was terrible I went in to buy 4 tires a clutch a chain, bearings and a sprocket for my go cart the owner tried to charge me 259 dollars heres the breakdown(2) 15x6.00-6-$76(2) 11x4.00-5-$57Clutch-$38Chain-$35Bearings-$25Sprocket-$28He was trying to sell me clutch and chain separate.. now I went in for a estimate on these things and he just persistently tried to make me buy something before I left and I told him man I didnt expect to pay this much for these items I only brung 35 bucks. But you could give me a receipt and Ill come back he did and a week later I came back but only after careful research I inturn bought everything but the sprocket off eBay for a total of 135 bucks but the sprocket so I went back and tried to buy just the sprocket he asked me for my receipt which I had forgot at home and then told me well because you forgot your receipt and I thought you was going to buy everything from last time it will be 38 dollars for just the sprocket I said sir but you do realize you only charged me 28 bucks at first he told me with a straight face I was giving you a discount and I told him sir I have 32 would you take that he declined his service and left it at that I do warn you guys do not do business with this guy
