Will not come here again. First time here. Since when do you need a manager to cash in a lotto ticket. I am a truck driver. I am not in this state all that often and I cant cash my ticket in. Pathetic. Very disappointed that I was told a manager wouldnt be in until Monday. When I know they have one here 7 days a week. Will not be stopping here again.

At night, a homeless person came to the door of the truck to beg for money and did not enter without getting paid. I gave him $3 so he could sleep again. I wanted to take a shower in the morning but the showers were not working.Staff lousy customer service. You cannot remove the ice pack from the refrigerator and take it from there. theyre all stuck in the closet.The manager is just watching the customers in the shop. The stops in this area are very bad. dont stop.

DO NOT STOP HERE! I Stopped here with my family to get gas coming back from a nice vacation and had one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a gas station. I let my wife go in first while Im pumping gas she comes back and says two guys were trying to hit on her and made some nasty comments. I go in next to get some water i stand in line waiting behind a man and some lady. The lady turns directly around and stares me down face to face because i exhaled to heavily she starts yelling at me making a scene while im the only white person in the store and as that is going on theres a separate altercation next to me at the other register with some lady yelling at the cashiers. Ill make sure to skip Mississippi all together next time i travel.

Rude customer service from one of the cashiers. As a professional driver Ive been a customer of Pilot for over 20yrs. I frequently purchase my cartons of cigarettes from this location. Today the cashier gave me the wrong carton but I didnt notice it until I walked out the door, I immediately turned around and walked back into the store and told the cashier she gave me the wrong cigarettes the other cashier said very rudely that they couldnt take them back because it was federal law. I asked her could she show me that in writing, she became even more rude with me and refused to sell me the correct cigarettes simply because I voiced my opinion that I felt like that was an unfair policy and dont believeits a federal law, even though I was willing to buy another carton to fix the mistake they made she refused to sell them to me. She also wouldnt give me her name and she wasnt wearing a name tag and she didnt want to give me the number to corporate but reluctantly she did. Never once did she apologize for the mistake being made on their part that cost me $60 bucks. I will be reporting the situation to the store manager and corporate so they roll back the camera and see how this rude employee cost them a sell and a customer. I never raised my voice with this lady and I said to her several timesmam Im not trying to argue with you. I will not be purchasing my cigarettes nor diesel from Pilot anymore.

Worst truck stop I have seen in a long time. Very poor management. No Public Restroom ( Sorry truckers your gonna have to hold it), No hot food, Cant cash in a scratch off if its a ticket winner and the machine wont do it either. ABSOLUTELY no reason for truckers to stop here!

Today is icy and snow.But nothing for eating.Mc donalds is closed but employees are working with their cellphones, even no Hot dog too.It is shamefull for managament.

I witnessed the security guard screaming at a customer and calling him a MF in the bathroom for not having a mask. I saw the same security guard pull his mask below his chin. Really weird and uncomfortable, and kind of frightening to experience this in the bathroom away from cameras. I reported this to guest services. Case number is 02695616. I was told I would receive a call from the manager. That was 22 days ago and I have heard nothing, so I guess they really dont care about their customers experience at all. Not to mention the place was filthy and smelled like urine outside.

This Pilot is one of the worst in the country. I have tried for the last 3 hours to call and ask about the shower situation. Apparently the staff turn off the ringer because each time I called and let it ring for 15 times, nobody ever answered the phone. I’ll spend my $$ somewhere else thank you.

It was a good stopping point. Restrooms were clean, I just dont know how I feel about the employee smoking a swisher sweet near the gas tanks. Other than that it was fine.

Too bad we cant give negative stars. 08/02 pumps not working allday. Automated showers not working allday. Go somewhere else. They let steering wheel holders park wherever and however they want. Including blocking the entrances and exits and shop bays.

Employee Frank deserves BEST Pilot Employee in the system Award. He is very Customer oriented. Quick at giving quality service and very friendly. As a Truck Drivers Spouse I visit Piolots and Flying J’s daily. Frank goes above and beyond to assist everyone. Love him.

This place was good. The only thing that stops me from giving it 5 🌟 is the fact that as soon as we parked this dude stops his truck right in front of our truck and tries to sell my husband a Mac Pro computer that his wife doesnt like. Brand new still in the box and he cannot take it back🤔? Do we look that green, that they can spot us that quick?! Of course hubby said no. Showers were nice and clean, coffee good as always. Staff friendly.

Stopped here around 5:30 one morning and the gentleman behind the counter was the ONLY person there to check out customers with a LONG line of people. Some people were putting items back and leaving. Finally when he had most of them done a lady that was chatting with another customer the whole time finally came up asking where the other cashier was. The other cashier was on a well deserved break. My issue was that the lady saw all the customers yet her personal conversation was more important.

One of the nastiest Pilots I’ve ever been in. My husband is a trucker and I ride with him so we go to a lot of Pilots.Smelled like urine. The floor was wet in front of all the toilets. Urine was on all but one toilet seat. There were no toilet seat covers in any stall.Just nasty.Only gave one star so I could give a review. Honestly they don’t deserve even one star.

The ppl inside were nice but I felt so uncomfortable getting my fuel today because 3 different ppl (homeless and or drug addicts) came up to me asking for things. As soon as I started fueling a guy came up to me saying he ran out of gas and if I could help him out. Then another guy came up and ask to wash my windows. Finally the last guy came up asking for me to get him some sugar packets from the store. This was all within 10 minutes. I was so uncomfortable and because of that I probably wont be back. It hurt my heart to see so many ppl begging at one location. Im not the type of person that can just brush those types of ppl off. I did get them some food but not any money.

Good location off of the interstate, ideal for making a stop and getting a quick snack or beverage. Theres a McDonalds located inside and the service is decent, my food order off three different orders were incorrect, super annoying. Ive been to this particular location a few times coming through the area and each time something isnt right at that McDonalds.

I came in after a long day of driving and was looking forward to a nice hot shower before going to bed. I booked a shower through the app on my phone as I normally do. I was the only one in line for a shower. After waiting for about an hour, the longest I have ever waited at any Pilot, I decided to walk back to the showers to see what’s going on. I found several showers with the doors open and freshly used. There was no worker back there. I went up to the front of the store where I saw two workers standing behind the counter talking to each other. Nobody was in line at the time. They just kind of looked at me with my change of close and shower bag in hand and continued talking. The place was decently clean, and I was treated with a “Welcome to Pilot” every time I came in the door, but I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get a shower before I went to bed. The next morning I tried again. Once again I was the only one in line, but I had a shower by the time I walked into the store.

For Truckers: This place was so ghetto. The toilets were all clogged. There was a sheriff posted at the door all night. There are days cabs and dropped trailers taking up most of the parking lot that are just there. Our shower door didnt even lock. There is a train horn blaring every hour. There was a house having a loud party with music. I would not recommend staying here.

Incredibly clean, friendly staff, they seem to be going above and beyond when it comes to keeping the entire place clean and sanitized during the pandemic. They are doing a great job here.

I am giving it a 2 because of the people in the McDonalds. I brought my family in for breakfast and half the guys are sitting there not eating just starred us up and down. I felt like I was in a prison. The people on the gas station side seemed nice and it was clean. The manager at the McDonalds was pleasant to me,but someone should make the men leave who are not eating. Some families are eating there while traveling

Great place but the store needs upgrading and that includes pump lanes on both sides and computer system. I appreciate our dedicated general management team and the awesome/caring crew members. Gas prices are one of the lowest in town. Currently 2.17$, I say thats good compared to 2.29.

Its ok......the fuel islands though are REALLY BAD, spilled fuel EVERYWHERE, evidence of it being that way for a long time is all the greasy tracks from the fuel islands on out made by the trucks

The place was terrible. Walking around in a diesel spill, went to 3 paper towel dispensers before finding one that worked.The young lady inside was awesome, she never got rattled at all, even when there was 7-8 people standing around waiting.The other lady with the short hair never once offered to open another register to help.Went to find a parking spot,so I could take a shower nope. There were at least 5 drop trailers and 4 or 5 junk trucks parked taking up parking spots.

(4) four stars to the Pilot staff. Nice people, friendly atmosphere and a helpful staff. (No stars for Pilot Travel Center) The only complaint I have is the price of diesel fuel compared to the smaller Moms and Pops Truck Stops with lower diesel prices for over the road truck drivers. Were the heart and soul Americas transportation needs and this is the thanks we receive? High diesel prices! Im calling out all over the road truckers to boycott all the truck stops with ridiculously priced diesel fuel compared to the smaller Moms and Pops Truck Stops. Support the small business owners who supports the trucking industry with fair diesel fuel prices.

Had a good experience with the garage came in to have an oil change the new mechanic could not find the right filters loosened up one filter by accident had to pull over at another truck stop called the shop the shop came out immediately and fixed the problem with no charge to me thank you Petro

Dirty, McDonalds staff slow and hostile and always out of menu items. Panhandlers accosting truck drivers for handouts every time we have to stop at this designated company fuel stop. Creepy weird people roaming parking lot, one followed me into ladies room to ask for money then proceeded to have extended conversation with the sink and wall, then followed me into McDonalds. I now wait in truck and let my husband fuel us. This place is scary.**** 4/19/18 edited to 5 stars! New manager has cleaned this place up! Everything is spotless. Bums are gone. Awesome job. Inside clean, fuel islands clean now rather than slick with spills, bathrooms spotless, staff super nice and everyone helping customers not lazing around. Junk trucks and parts gone. Very, very imptessed. This is now one of our nicest fuel stops. Super job, guys!!!!!

McDonalds was great for me. Food was fresh and hot. I did notice while eating that the black customers were having to wait. Restroom was clean. Store in general is clean. Parking lot is clean. The parking lot has some weird angles in it. No beggers or hookers working. Total transportation using it for driver training.

I came in thinking my starter is going bad but the mechanic Ron diagnosed a bad corrosion on the wires ( saved me a lots of money) . Im glad I stopped by !!!!! Thank you Ron you are a good man .

Multiple food options and fairly clean facilities for a truck stop. However the location of this particular truck stop makes it slightly less convenient for quick and easy interstate access.

Fairly clean restrooms and showers. Staff is wonderfully nice. Parking fills up fast so if staying over night make sure to show up early.

Terribly inflated prices on most all goods. A $2 bag of pretzels that can be bought at any store will cost you $4.50 here. They have good service and its open 24 hours so its great if you need pretzels at 3 a.m. Aside from the inflated prices, its a truck stop so they have just about anything you could want or need.

A man trued to get in my car with me. I was able to run him off. They they called police. I waited 20 min. They never showed up. Need to have security 24/7!

The Petro across the interstate is a better choices. Have scale here multiple times, it is easier to get in and out quickly. Fuel prices competitive. Have never overnight parked here.

As a truck driver, I want to say I appreciate the courtesy, and dedication to their jobs at the Pilot in Jackson, MS. All 3 shifts are on the ball to get the customers taken care of. The showers are always rotated as fast as possible, and they always look to the customers needs.

Nice and clean in store, parking lot okay just need to get the PANHANDLERS off the lot, patrol the lot more often. Tired of being woke up because some druggy needs money for a fix!!!

I dont usually go to this McDonalds, because it is not on the way to or from anywhere I normally go, but I did go to it today. I was waited on quickly, and my order was correct. I used the gift card that Angie gave me for Christmas. I had a sausage and egg biscuit.

As I see 👀 it they are very nice people and its a nice place to go to get your gas also its a McDonalds in it and a clean bathroom plus you can enjoy your food there or to take out while you on the go I like the place myself

It was a good visit with pilot travel center, at late night about 10 p.m. the staff was minimum,but service was still up to standards, they were working diligently to stock, and the security was a great help, in alerting the staff that customers were coming in to be waited on, while they were stocking the store.And the McDonalds thats ajoining, was very convenient I picked up a couple of Mac doubles while there getting gas.

The store was nasty the night we checked in for a shower & a long waitOnce we got to the shower & got in we realized that it hadnt been cleaned. There was a bar of soap & a used wash cloth in the shower. This place in reality is run down. This morning the store was cleaner & the cashier was super nice . Oh woke up pulled back the curtains & a man was @ the window beggin. So be cautious( especially you ladies). Ordered mac nasties & sick this morning.

I counted 25 lights out under truck canopy. Could not see to insert fuel card.While waiting for coffee I noticed that 1/2 of the canopy lights are out on the gas side .It takes at l.j east a year to loose that many lights. Major management and upper management issue.Just noticed a review from 2 months ago about the lights a little d still not fixed. Need management change

This is a nice Pilot Travel Center compared to most. Friendly and helpful staff. Short wait times for showers. Clean and well stocked store.

This is the worst pilot I have ever been to! As a OTR driver. I always plan my breaks and rest times at pilot or flying j. When I arrived here I was so disappointed. There were trucks parked everywhere!! And dropped trailers! And tri-axles too!( Pilot usually doesnt allow this). There was trash everywhere and graffiti on the bathroom walls! Worst of all there were people just hanging around. Needless to say I didnt get to shower. I just didnt feel safe. PILOT PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!

Words cannot express enough my deepest appreciation for the staff who work there and more specifically a McDonald’s employee within the Pilot in Jackson,Mississippi a Mr Nekil Longino who not only found and turned over a wallet I’d lost somewhere in the truck stop but went beyond his call of duty to call and follow up to make sure I received it back. He has restored my faith in humanity and the great service that keeps Pilot travel Centers my favorite fuel stop. God bless Mr Nekil who I never got meet (he followed up even after he was off duty) God bless and thanks so so much.

I wish I could say good things about this pilot and McDonalds but the bathrooms were very filthy and smelled like urine with writing on the bathroom doors from 2010 and too many workers standing around. McDonalds worker did not want to make a fresh batch of fries and had a bad attitude when I asked her to.

Very nice store well kept and clean plus excellent service. I recommend you check out this truck stop if traveling through Jackson ms.

Always a great place to stop and not worry about staying overnight in your truck

This is my company designated fuel stop for me and I have NEVER been able to get fuel here without being harassed by vagrants wanting money.There is no way for the staff NOT to know that its happening because it happens in broad daylight and during the night as well.I would NEVER stop here if it wasnt a company designated fuel stop.
