A little expensive and waited in line for longer than it should have taken
Not a good location for getting photo prints printed. They are normally out of photo paper. Just this recent experience I order photos. The order said they would be ready by 12pm Wednesday. Went to go get them and they store told me they were out of photo paper. They told me that they were trying a truck the next day sometime in the morning and to come back that afternoon and the print would be ready. Went back the next afternoon. The prints weren’t ready because they didn’t get the right paper in on the truck. So they said they could print them in a different size but that I would have to cancel my order and resubmit online and they once they got the order they could print them.
Its a bit expensive on a lot of there merchandise but they have quality stuff
The pharmacy staff is terrible. I dropped my rx off and was told I could get it later that day. I went back after work and a different employee told me they didn’t have it in stock and I would have to wait. No one bothered to call me and I asked her to verify my number (she didn’t care to do it). I gave them the updated number and asked if I would be notified when my rx was ready. She said yes but the next day I had to call and found out over the automated system that it was ready. When I go pick up my rx I will be requesting that the refill be forwarded to Kroger pharmacy.
Good customer service and they work fast
I was in severe pain and couldnt sleep so, I did my research and went to the Walgreens website to find a particular product. The site showed that the product was available at the nearest store so, I drove out at midnight. The store did not have the product in stock. Being understanding about the potential lapse in update time between the store and site, I decided that I would suffer through the pain and try another location, the next day. Again, I verified on the site that the product I needed was available at the next closest location. But, before driving all that way, I decided to call first. The Walgreens Im reviewing is the location I called. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and acted annoyed that I had called to verify the availability of the product, telling me that she cannot check because shes busy and that I will just have to come out to the store. I cannot afford the money or time driving to every Walgreens location in search of a product that the site shows as available. If the woman who had answered was simply apologetic and polite, I might not be reviewing so negatively. You are a pharmacy. People are genuinely looking for help. You are in the buisness of helping others. Get it right, Walgreens. Either improve your systems or staff. I suggest you work on both. Sincerely, a customer who was very loyal for many years and will now be switching to a competitor.

Pharmacy needs some serious training with customer services, their duties and more employees because it’s always a long wait with the prescriptions even when you receive a call about them being ready for pickup.
If I could give this establishment a negative 5 star review, I most definitely would. I went into the store to buy eye drops and food and was accused of theft by the store manager. Upon entering the store, I picked up a bottle of eye drops and immediately used them. I did this because my eyes are extremely sensitive and I couldnt wait another second. I put the eye drops back in the box so that I could pay for them upfront. All of a sudden the manager comes up to me, grabs the product out of my hands and accuses me of stealing the eye drops which I had been using in plain sight. In no way was I trying to steal or hide what I was doing. The manager was a jerk. I was also trying to buy food for a homeless man outside of the store. So much for being a good samaritan. Fortunately, I convinced them not to kick me out. I proceeded to buy food for the homeless man in the parking lot along with the eye drops for myself. I was a regular customer who was treated like a convict! The manager was completely incompetent and rude. They will be lucky to get another cent from me. They have no idea how to handle a business in a proper manner.
Medications are never ready on time. They give you run arounds way too much.
Unless you enjoy sitting at a pharmacy drive-thru for 15+ minutes being ignored I’d avoid going here at all costs. This happens every. single. time. It’s one thing if you’re having to wait because there are multiple cars in line, but you will literally sit at the window for an extended amount of time while workers can clearly see you yet no one comes to help. I’d definitely recommend shutting down the drive-thru because it’s a complete waste of time for the customers.
Usually friendly and helpful but the pharmacy staff is lazy and their customer service is terrible. Very immature woman behind the counter was no help at all. All other staff has always been great but pharmacy staff needs some training.

I called local stores to price a 32GB memory card and received no help. I was directed to a lady who repeated my question and then asked me to hold. I waited for ten minutes to discover that she redirected my call to the pharmacy line. So I asked her my question and she repeated it and told me to hold and then disconnected my call. I will NOT spend my money here. I am most definitely going to Walmart. I wish I could give them zero stars as a rating because that’s what they deserve for wasting my time. If they didn’t want to do their job why that get one. 😡😡😡
I will never spend money at Walgreens again after the way I was treated by all five Pharmacy staff tonight. They were totally rude and closed the Phamacy down too soon and refused to help me after I told them over the phone I would be there at exactly 7:00PM. All five workers laughed at me when I nocked on there closed walls. Ive never experienced such rude, lazy, customer services ever! Its a shame they wouldnt stay for one minute to help me or at least offer to transfer my prescription to another location nearby so I wouldnt go without my medication. Its a shame they are losing my husband and my business. We spend at the least $1200 every month. They could have helped us and made $250 tonight but chose to deny us business. The management will be hearing from us at 7:00 in the morning. No one should ever have to experience what we did tonight.
Pharmacist and cashier rude, hostile, and aggressive. Made an error on my medication that could have caused me great harm and then were reluctant to clarify and correct their mistake.Dangerous place !!!! Always check your meds because they dont.
Everytime I call about FedEx they hang up immediately with no reply. Wow. I mean, there are signs in Walgreens with FedEx services, right?
The customer service was exceptional. Not usually what I had come to expect from a Walgreens.
