I would give a zero if I could.I have no idea about sales, but service needs serious help. Wanted to charge me $3000 for a repair. Called another Chevy dealer and the repair is under $1000.

Horrible experience with the GM service department, we were misquoted on the charge, our car just sat there unattended for weeks, we called several times then was finally told oh sorry the tech caught Covid and been off. We explained what our car needed before we sent it there, but they ran unnecessary diagnoses boosting the service charge up, by the way we were told that diagnosis charge would be waived if the work is done, that didnt happen. I am so upset and I plan to take this complaint further. They dont even deserve the one star, but had to highlight it to post the review. :(

While most of the associates are nice and professional, my major concern from todays visit is the part price. Rear wheel hub for our vehicle was 88% higher than the same OEM part could be purchased online for. 88%! I understand they have to make some money, but that is outrageous. The final bill was also $20 higher than the price I was given when they confirmed the repair as well. Overall, I am very disappointed with todays visit.

The ladies, with whom I worked, were extremely professional and got the job done in a timely and thorough manner. I would definitely recommend this service area for many reasons. My problem was fixed, they were reasonably priced, and the people, with whom I dealt, were friendly, attentive to my requests, and went the extra mile for me. They even offered to bring some lunch to me, when they went out for theirs! The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. I will certainly return the next time my vehicle needs servicing.

I asked for an out the door price on a vehicle I was looking into. The email said and I quote “ you can buy it for $$$$ out the door and we can deliver it to you for $$$”. I liked the deal and the numbers they gave me. So I put a deposit down for them to hold the car. Went through the whole process of getting a loan at State Farm.. long story short... I was approved and State Farm gave me a check( only for the amount that I was financing & after I signed my life away), I then went to my bank to get a certified check for my down payment. Before I got in the bank, I called my sales people(because at this point I was working with 2 people) to double check to make sure I was pulling out the right amount of money. He tells me that I’m not and sends me an amount almost $2,000 above the out the door price. I sent him the email back with the out the door price they gave me. He and their finance manager claims that the price they sent me did not include taxes. What exactly does out the door price mean then?? Needless to say after talking with the general manager trying to get him to honor the origianl price they gave me; I went back to State Farm cancelled my loan and told them to shove the car up there a$$. I will take my business else where. They don’t even deserve one star.

Have always had good visits here for oil changes etc. They offer a nice waiting area with tv and nice selection of coffee drinks. Lots to look at inside and out if the weather is nice enough to walk around outside. Overall good experiences here.

Every time I go there: 1) The front desk receptionists are extremely rude and act as though whenever you ask them a question in regard to the mechanics progress, youre irritating them (especially the young blonde-haired girl and the older woman who wears the glasses) and 2) The fast lane oil change always takes over an hour (based on my personal experience)....during my last experience (today), I was assured that my oil change would only take--at most--half an hour (which I estimated maybe 45 minutes at the most considering there was only a pickup truck in front of me in line...well half an hour turned into well over an hour and a half. One of the mechanics had even left a wrench under the hood of my previous vehicle...Just a bit of advice; DO NOT get an oil change there if you have less than two (2) hours of time to wait....

I just recently dropped my car off 2 days ago for work that was supposed to be only 2-4 hours of labor . Everytime I call they dont have any info on my car & the woman who was supposed to be the one who calls me is never available & never calls me back . I called 5 times today & was told twice she was at lunch & in that time it was 2 1/2 hours apart . Another time she told me he was out test driving it & another time a guy told me she was out test driving it . Nothing I came for is getting fixed, even a recall . $200-$400 became $840 & now maybe more ! I was told I was getting my car today & she would give me a call back but she left without calling me & now theyre saying tomorrow, ANOTHER DAY .

Im not sure of what the point of this place even having a phone is. You call and it seems impossible to talk to an actual person. Leave a message and well get back to with you, yeah right! Im still waiting on a call from kia service 3 months ago. Simply ridiculous.

Great for a cheap oil change, but dont listen to anything they tell you is wrong with your vehicle. They told me that my cv axle was broken and I took it somewhere more affordable to have it fixed and they looked at it and told me nothing was wrong with it, but I was still out the money for the labor of them taking everything apart to check it. These guys will lie to try and make another buck. They dont care about you or your vehicle, only making money.

I have had the misfortune of having to purchase 2 vehicles in less than 2 months. The most recent purchase resulted from an accident that totaled a new car! Last Saturday, a friend & I went to Serra to test drive a ChevyTraverse, because I THOUGHT 😀 I might want one. We were greeted by the sweetest, friendliest & polite man, Russ Avery, who rode with us while we test drove one. I have never had a salesman like him, who was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and excited to show & explain all the gadgets the vehicle was equipped with, and we had fun -- yes fun -- test driving that vehicle. We thanked him & left, with no hassles & no pushing about buying it that day. All week I have rsearched & studied the different models of SUV available so yesterday my husband, who hates new car shopping, went with me to look at it & we bought. 😍 My husband hates car salesmen, but actually was very complimentary of Russ Avery when we left. The receptionist at the front desk was could have been a bit friendlier but the finance guys were awesome.So if you are considering a new Chevy (bow tie) ask for Russ Avery & remember Serra has GMC, Cadillac, Kia, & Im not sure what other brands of vehicles, but Russ can help you with any of them.

I ONLY PICKED ONE STAR BECUASE THEY DONT HAVE NEGATIVES... I PURCHASED A CAR FROM HERE FOR 3000, I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT AND THAT KIND OF MONEY IS HARD TO COME BY FOR ME... ANYWAY I BOUGHT A 2004 CHEVY CAVALIER I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WAS IN GREAT SHAPE... WROOOONNNNNGGG!!!! (i did explain that i am a working college student and that i needed something reliable) MY STEPDAD ASKED IF THEY COULD TOP OFF THE FREON BECAUSE THE AIR WASNT COLD.. AT FIRST HE SAID YES AND THEN HE SAID NO... MOVING ON I WENT ON AND PURCHASED THE CAR THINKING ALL I NEEDED WAS FREON BECAUSE THATS WHAT I WAS TOLD. I TOOK MY CAR TO MY MECHANIC TO SEE IF HE COULD PUT THE FREON IN AND HE SAID ITS THE COMPRESSOR.... GOT THAT FIXED AND WHILE HE WAS FIXING IT THE DASHBOARD STARTED TO BREAK OFF IT ALREADY LOOKED AS IF SOMEONE ELSE TRIED TO FIX THE COMPRESSOR. MIND YOU I WASNT PLANNING ON SPENDING MORE MONEY ON THIS CAR BECAUSE I WAS TOLD IT WAS IN GREAT CONDITION. THREE (3) WEEKS LATER MY CAR STOPPED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, GOT IT TOWED TO MY MECHANIC (again spending more money that i didnt have) HE SAID THE TIMING CHAIN WENT OUT AND THERE WAS A HEAD GASKET BLOWN. HONESTLY I STARTED CRYING BECUASE I WAITED SO LONG AND WAS LIED TO FOR A SALE. I CALLED SERRA OF JACKSON AND EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND OR ANOTHER CAR OR SOMETHING AND THE LADY TELLS ME NO IT WAS AS IS AND I TOLD HER WE I WAS TOLD IT WAS RELIABLE SO NO IT WASNT SOLD AS IS IT WAS SOLD AS A LIE. AND I DONT THINK ITS FAIR THAT I GET ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OUT OF THE RELIABLE CAR 3 WEEKS FOR 3000????

Purchased a Ford Taurus with less than 100k miles - in 2 months, transmission broke; in 6 months, power steering assembly failed. This dealer did everything possible to hide instead of fix mechanical problems. Will NEVER even step foot on the lot again.
