Hands down the best customer service from a tire shop in Jackson. They went above and beyond for me twice!

This place is awesome!!!! I came for a Free Pressure Check and was advised to allow them to inspect my back rear tire further. Upon inspection, it was discovered that I had 2 issues, but they repaired it for free!!!! Who does that? I feel so blessed. This pandemic has brought out the worst of alot of folks, but good to know theres still some good folk around🔥🔥🔥🔥 Thank yall😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

As I was driving from Texas to Kentucky - I discovered a leak in a tire on my van. I called the Jackson, TN location just before close on a Friday night for help. So there I was traveling back home. Thinking everything was going to be smooth as butter. Well the pavement God said Nope, not today lol. This discount tire was literally right off of the highway I was traveling on. I didnt even have a chance to open the door and I was already greeted by one of the gentleman working the front desk. They were very nice and polite. It was a pretty busy morning but as soon as they got my SUV in the garage. It was in and out. They even checked my spare before putting it back. Enjoyed the customer care and service! Thank you!

Patrick, Kobee, and Josh are Phenomenal!! I had a very long nail in my tire and had to put air in daily. I was THAT customer and showed up at 6:07 and they still got my tire fixed and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes!! Definitely won me over tonight and they didnt even seem the slightest bit inconvenienced!! Thanks so much guys!! It means a LOT!!

Had to have a tire replaced because it had a nail in it and was going flat.The tire was under warranty and it was replaced quickly ....only took about 30 minutes from the time we got there and the time they were finished. Very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Discount Tire.

Customer service seems to be a lost art these days, but not at this location of Discount Tire. This was my second encounter with them since opening, and the service and professionalism is outstanding. As for someone who managed in retail for 31+ years, it is great to see this type of service to customers. Keep up the good work!!

I hate that these guys at the Jackson Discount are this good, I really prefer to shop local or use a local mom and pop shop. Using Discount for work, these guys go far above and beyond what they need to do.Once the sale has been made they stand behind the tires they sell. Be it a vibration, flat or time for balance and rotation, they are on it and seem happy to take care of their customers. I think part of what makes them as good as they are, is all they do is tires.It doesnt matter what I bring to them, they are willing to help us out. Even though I have yet to purchase tires for my personal vehicle, they have checked the tire in my vehicle, trailers, 4 wheelers, and utility vehicles. Up to this point, and a good point for a shout out, Beau and Ben, have done an awesome job taking care of both my personal tire needs but those of my employers fleet of vehicles as well.Perhaps this shouldnt be mentioned, but Im going to anyhow; working out in the woods a stick went through the side of my boot, needing these snake boots for the next day at work they even put a patch on the boot, just to keep me on the move. Like I said, these guys go above and beyond.

These guys are amazing! We called this morning to get a new tire after ours went flat. No appointment, just showed up and in about 15 minutes our vehicle was ready to go again! Definitely recommend this to everyone!

I arrived about 45 minutes early for my appointment & had parked in the parking lot to wait till closer to my appointment time to go in. I had purchased 2 tires online & was there for the installation. Almost immediately after parking, an employee came to my car & greeted me by name. He knew exactly why I was there. He advised me I could stay in my vehicle the whole time & pulled me on about 5 minutes later. They got me in & out super quick! I left about 25 minutes before my appointment time. They were extremely friendly! I am very pleased with the service & I will definitely be returning!

The most professional, well trained, and prompt tire service I have ever experienced. Ben (manager) comes out immediately when you arrive. He knows who you are and why youre there. They torque your lug nuts to factory specs, unlike every other tire shop that puts them on gorilla tight. If you need tires these guys are head and shoulders above the competition.

Best One use to be my tire shop until they shut down their non-commercial shop on Old Bells Hwy. The guys at Discount Tire are doing a great job at providing the level of service that customers deserve. Bought my second set of tires from them recently and recommend them very much.

I had to come for a nail the tire of my suburban. Not only did he check every tire, he strongly recommend that I get it patched instead of plugged and that it would be FREE. (Thanks Ben!) Theyre always honest, upfront and helpful. Its a relief to have a tire shop like this where I dont have to worry about my husband not being with me so I dont get ripped off. Excellent service. Had a blowout, had my car towed because I new tires and road hazard. I called to let them know, they didnt have my tire, so they put on a used tire to get me back home. They called the location by my house and had them order my tire for me. Once I got there, there was no hassle, put my tire on and back on the road I went. The most painless experience Ive ever had buying a set of tires. The website was a great tool for selecting the right tire. I called the store, ordered the tires, scheduled an appointment, someone met my wife as soon as she pulled up, they immediately pulled the car into the garage, and 20 minutes later she was on the road.

This place is awesome! Bought my Michelin tires here because their price beat everyone elses price by over $100. Didnt know that they fix flats, rotate tires and check inflation for free. Plus send emails to remind you its time to get your tire inflation checked. These perks everyone else charges for. Not here. Nevermind the friendly staff who are awesome, the clean building is refreshing as most tire shops are dirty dusty places. My better half will need tires soon and they have my business.

Went in there to get a flat fixed. Due to my type of car thats AWD, I was educated (not forcefully sold) on what would benefit my car. They understood my need and listened and respected me. Never felt like I was pushed into a sale. I worked with Beau and he was a wonderful help! When you go in ask for him! Hell hook ya up! 😄

When we bought the tire everything went great . Came back 5 months later for a tire rotation and was told 2 hour wait for tire rotation. Wouldn’t have been so bad but when I called the day before and asked for a appointment was told there was no need for a appointment to get tire rotation done . Now we sit here waiting . Good place to buy tire just not sow swift about service after the sale!!!!

Work really close to there so left my usual place to try discount out. It was a phenomenal experience. I had a tire pressure light on and they inspected/plugged immediately. They were no BS. Ill be going back and probably letting them quote my tires moving forward.

Mostly pleased with this place, however bought a tire less than 2 months ago and paid extra for the road hazzard warranty. I had an issue and needed a new tire. I carried it to Discount tire and was told for the new tire to have the warranty would have to pay another $20. I realize its not their fault the tire needed to be replaced, but i kept reading in their warranty about everything being free. $20 is not a real big deal to pay, just wouldve been nice to know up front, especially considering website says you get a free road hazzard warranty when you buy tires from there

Was helped as soon as the guy was available. He came out and looked at my tires, explained some things to me about the tread and such, and looked over the options with me. He listened very well, he wasnt pushy at all, and was very understanding with the situation. He found me two great tires at a price that I could actually afford! Great prices and great service! Was driving from Nashville to Memphis hauling a trailer. Turns out the truck I was driving had 14 year old tires and they started to come apart on the drive. Looked up and found this discount tire in Jackson and limped in. They had us back on the road in 45 minutes. Great Service!

I had a flat tire while traveling through Jackson, TN and ended up at Discount Tire. I arrived after lunch on Saturday. Josh at the counter told me theyd get right on it. Tim, service tech, got me in immediately, dropped my spare tire and put it on my vehicle so I could continue my journey. Everyone was friendly, courteous and worked quickly to get me back on the road. And to top it off they did this great service at NO CHARGE!! Thanks guys for turning an unpleasant experience into a minor bump along the way.
