Just visited ABC Warehouse with my wife on Saturday morning to look at some new Televisions after ours died on us earlier this week. Great selection and friendly staff. We found a really great TV which we could afford and left happy. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Todd went beyond the usual salesman requirements when he helped us find the right 36 cooking stove. He was informative and patient with us. It took us 6 weeks to decide what we wanted. I ordered a living room set in March of 2021. I got my lamps, area rug and love seat. My love set broke 3 weeks later. A tech was sent to my house to fix it (back at the end of April) the parts have been sitting in my living room since May, no one has been back to my house to fix it. I am STILL waiting on my couch to be delivered (I have been in constant contact with the store), still no couch and my love seat is still broken! Needless to say, I will never go to this store again....

I originally gave Kevin 5 stars for his knowledge of the washer we purchased and how he worked around the pricing for us....however 1 stars is now all the can give. When we went to pick up the unit the following day Kevin and an associate said they gave my wife the hoses the day before!!!! MY wife or I never got them and I dont know why the associate continued to say we had them when we did not.......I hate liars! UPDATE.....Kevin personally delivered my hoses after 2 weeks...I think the associate caused the issue...

Been awhile since I have been inside the store. My issue is with the delivery of my stove. Very unprofessional. A group of kids that I was about to call the police on, ended up being the delivery crew. Took my patio door out of track, didnt bother to close the door. While kid was putting the stove in (solo), he dragged it across my hardwood floor. I had said that the stove needed to be leveled before putting it in place, but my suggestion was ignored. Why pay for the installation if idiots do it. The sagging pants & calling me dawg. Come on, ABC Warehouse. Your guys should pay for my time & my kitchen floor.

Very happy with my purchase at the Jackson, MI store and with the delivery and install of my stacked washer and dryer by Trevor and partner. I especially l liked that Trevor was who I first spoke to on the phone to ask questions, he was in the store the following day to finalize my purchase, and he was the one to deliver and install my items. I got the mom and pop feel from a big box store. Excellent customer service!

Cant sell the floor models and they r booking way out to deliver anything not what you want to hear when you are planning purchasing items. If you want a set they NEVER HAVE ALL OF IT INSTOCK also they check other stores to see if they do but they dont we ordered 3 items they wanted to up sell me a more expensive item bc the one in the set was out of stock at all locations called ourselves and the manager said nope got 2 sitting right here .... so we went to the other ABC in Ann arbor way better service and at least they didnt lie about checking elsewhere

Came in on Aug 26 purchased a living room set spoke with Matt and had a delivery date September 1 was contacted by him Tuesday Aug 31 and was told cant be delivered till Friday September 3 then was notified yet again on September 2 and told it cant be delivered till September 14. Its bull that a business would do this to a customer well abc just lost a 20+ year loyal customer

I never write reviews, so this is my first one. My wife and I purchased a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer today at the Jackson, Michigan ABC Warehouse. Earlier we had been at 2 large box stores with no success and very little customer service. Our experience at ABC was just the opposite. Todd and Bruce were helpful and ivery informed to assist us and answer every question we had about the products. They were genuinely interested in helping us get just what we were looking for and, best of all, gave us a price that blew out the competition. I will always now check with ABC first for future purchases. This is a real review from a real satisfied customer.

Ive had two failed deliveries that are of no fault of my own. I was guaranteed by the store manager (Kevin) that my w&d would be here on 5/8. A couple days after, I received a call from Matt, stating that Kevin did not fullfil my order correctly, and that my w&d would not be delivered on Saturday. He guaranteed delivery by 5/12. On 5/11, I received a call from Kevin saying that the truck is loaded already and I wont receive my delivery on 5/12. I told Kevin I would be in to cancel my entire order because of this blunder. I receive a call from another manager named Adam or Aaron or something along those lines. He apologized and guaranteed I would have my w&d delivered on 5/12 and that they would call an hour ahead of delivery. No one called me and no one showed up. What a place. I would highly NOT recommend them.

Kevin Porter did a great job! He was helpful and knowledgeable. ABC also had the largest selection of appliances. I went to Menards and Home Depot the same day and their inventory wasnt as extensive.

ABC Warehouse Jackson location has outstanding service and the best part is the items you’re shopping for are in stock! Other big box stores might have models you can look at, but get ready to wait for shipping and manufacturers weeks and or months out to provide your product. Our sales representative, Todd Pletcher, knows the products and is very accommodating for finishes and sizes of products. We purchased a washer and dryer in December of 2020 and just came back for a new refrigerator February 2021. Todd helped us again with our wants and sizing for our kitchen. Plus they offer in house warranties on all items and internet pricing or better than competitors. Highly recommended and will think of ABC first before others.

I stopped by here today- the stereo my parents got me for🎄Christmas last year was acting up (under warranty) the gentleman was nice enough to swap out my stereo with another one; even upgraded it to a slightly better version of the same stereo instead of having to wait 4-6 weeks for it to be sent back to the supplier for repairs.i only give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️because, the stereo comes with instructions on how to program the steering wheel controls for the radio 🙄they told me that it would be another hundred dollars for the part to make that work and also 🤦🏼‍♂️ didn’t reconnect my rear view camera instead told me that “the camera was bad” when I got home I unplug the camera and brung it inside reconnecting it, and it works just fine👎🏼

Good prices and a decent selection on most items. Easy financing. Friendly staff and customer service. They will even price match if you find the same item some place else for less! Knowledgeable staff that can answer all your questions, usually better than some of the big chain stores. My only 2 complaints would be is:1. Sometimes the sales people are a little too friendly and wont give you space to make a decision. Ive had to ask for them to give me time to look/discuss it.2. I wish they carried computers and cellphones like the big chain stores.

Prejudice store. I came in with my grandmother and had no need for anything so I decided to patiently wait at the front for her to be ready to go. Had an old man with glasses proceed to stare at me every 5 seconds as if I was going to steal WHICH I HAD NO INTENT TO because frankly I have money, and then to go as far as call someone over to watch the display of cheap items as he went on a cigarette break. He literally whispered to the guy about me and they both looked directly at me. Not to mention the other workers looking at me. If you guys were that pressed about me standing there “looking suspicious” you should’ve asked if I needed help.

I’ve shopped at this store for over 20 years. great people with professional attitudes,, (others could change some) and each one of them are very knowledgeable on any product I’m looking for. I ask for Amanda (the majors manager) and if she isnt available I make sure to get a different manager,, but Amanda is my go to and she does her job Like a sales person is suppose to and as in a boss

The salesmen are great - funny & super helpful. They know their stuff! And they dont pressure you, which I love. I dont want to walk into a place & be followed around like a puppy begging me to buy something, but I always want them nearby to answer whatever questions I might have. That was exactly what I got from the salesmen (and women!) at the ABC store in Jackson. I got exactly what I wanted, had it delivered on time & with a smile, and got a great deal! You cant ask for more than that.

Every time I go there they have the product that I want and need at a very good price and they dont push it hard on warranty neither .its nice if you dont use it for 5 years you get some of it back for store credit thats excellent. I think Amanda does an outstanding job at the store shes very pleasant and she helps you anyway she can it get your price your product for you and explain to you why you should have a warranty which makes good sense I give you store a rating five is excellent.

Bought a sealy mattress one year ago. The box frame and mattress went bad (which I understand nothing lasts forever) and it has a 10 year warranty. Called and got the claim started had to wait awhile before the inspectors had to come and take measurements. They said this was the second one of the day already and it was only noon. Got it taken care of following by the next day with a call saying that the claim was accepted and a replacement would be issued or could come into the store to look at something different. Replied back saying saying we would come in and see if we have another option. Went to the store that day and mike was the sales representative that sold the mattress to me and was the one that called. Me and my wife go in and we walk to the mattress section. He approached us and right off he said if you go to something different you will have to pay the price of higher and if it’s lower they can’t do it and if they could I would not receive a difference. Ok well I guess that was a waste of a trip we said well guess we will take a replacement. Walked to the counter and he said they didn’t have any box frames in but would get in on Monday or Tuesday and would be sent out for delivery by Wednesday guaranteed said he would call Monday or Tuesday never heard from him. Called Wednesday morning he was not in so he called me back and didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. He didn’t even know that I was getting new box frames. Said that he would give me a call whenever they got the box frames in and could set up yet another delivery date. What a hassle waiting for a call back from the regional manager. Will never return!

Marc did a great job explaining the products. Sold us on a whirlpool washer and dryer set when we only went in to look. We didnt feel pressured at all. Explained the ins and outs of the warranty. Very happy experience.
