The sales manager Shane was great! He was friendly, attentive and FUN. He also repaired my old sunglasses I bought a long time ago. He was all by himself at the store and took good care of each customer. Great job, Shane!

Run!  Don’t waste your hard earned money here!  Everything here is priced way too high and the employees are miserable.  If anything, go there to try on some different styles then go online and buy them there.  What a nightmare.

Very very friendly and helpful staff!

I bought two sunglasses for my child on the 19th. But the child did not like it, and it was time to return. I didnt even know if I had a problem with the sunglasses lens. When I went to return, the manager (Elias Haddad?) Said there was a problem with the sunglasses and he could not return it. I only showed the case to my child and I didnt open it.

The employee named Cole was extremely rude and showed no interest in the product he was selling. He took a long time to get me the product I was asking for and had and attitude when doing so. I will never go back to this sunglass hut again, and I strongly advise anyone that shops there to avoid days when this certain employee is working.

The prices are high, the staff weren’t friendly and the sales are always terrible.

Its very small with a limited variety of frames. I find that the workers here like to talk amongst themselves. Its not that I dont like sunglasses hut (I purchase from the ones at Macys thanks to the coupons they mail out for MACYs specific sunglasses hut) but if you find yourself in need of some sunglasses at the Irvine Spectrum do yourself a favor and visit Chili Beans!
