Frank staff always do a great job. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and fresh. This picture is the next day and the flowers still look great. There was a line but there was a lot of employee working so the line moved quickly.

This was such an easy experience, I have never ordered from Irvine Village Flowers before, but wanted to order from a local shop. For my part, it was very convenient because it was close to my location, and they provided a very straightforward rate for the majority of flowers. I got my car park right because their customers have a huge parking lot. Amazingly effective!

I went there to buy a flower for my auntie. The store owner asked my budget. I do not have a lot of idea what the price for flowers so I said I do not have budget I just want some flowers in a small size of vase and it is for my auntie. Then I went to the Taiwanese cafe for dinner and came back to the flower store. Then the store owner gave me a huge vase with a lot of flowers and asked 100 dollars. I felt very bad about the experience and felt I got fooled and the owner does not care about customer need but just too greedy to ask more money. I will never come back to this store.

Ordered a flower lei 48 hours ahead of time, was ready on time, nice staff and pretty flowers!

Rude staff. Never will come back here again. I tried to order a flower for my grandma to get it deliver but the lady on the phone, all she does tell me was “no delivery today for saturday or sunday we are fully book” then hangs up the phone. She did not even try to offer for monday or the following day. Oh well, you just lost a returning customer. I’ll take my business somewhere else.
