I looooove this place. Their pretzels and avocado toast are AMAZING! I like their lattes. I would love if they brought in rose or lavender lattes. Staff is always super nice too :)

Good seating, outlets, and wifi. I went on a hot day and they had strong A/C on as well, which was appreciated. However the cappuccino I had was pretty average. The espresso felt more watery than I hoped. The milk tasted great though!

Probably family-owned and operated. There are varieties of coffee to choose from including boba drink Breakfast and sandwiches are also available.

There is a lady in the shop who is amazing at customer service, she might be owning the place. She took her time to understand what I want in my boba drink. Drink was good too

Coffee lattes are very low on taste…and their signature Tomo latte does not have anything special about it. I did not try the food…

The coffee is delicious and the people who work here are super nice! I came in right before close (poor timing on my part) and they still were very friendly and made my drink. Right before I left, the barista noticed that the milk was incorrect and insisted on fixing it, even though I refused since I felt bad for keeping them late.The tomo latte was delicious, as was the ebony and ivory. For the tomo latte, recommend getting light sweet if youre like me and only like a little sweetness. The pretzels are pretty good too!

Love comin here before and even after work. Usually get the green Thai tea, it’s amazing, I definitely recommend it. Avocado toast also makes it even more yummy!

OMG!! It was the best prezel Ive ever had in my life(sweet potato cheese)!!!!!! Coffee was also a legit!! Highly recommend to all the prezel lovers👌 👍 I am planning to come by tomorrow to get jalapeño cheese prezel.

Great atmosphere and iced drinks. Enjoyed a lemonade, iced red bean latte, iced americano, and an iced honey plum ade. All the drinks were great and service friendly. Sit, sip, and enjoy!

Good coffee. It’s really different

I love coffee Tomo in their desire to be a third-wave coffee shop in this area. This area is a little bit of a dry spot for third wave coffee shops which I think is why coffee Toma does so well. While I enjoy their coffee there is certainly room to grow in their espresso and drip coffees. Its a little inconsistent every time I come. sometimes its overextracted sometimes under. Step up your coffee game and this review becomes a five star.The pretzels though? You wont find any better.

Tried the hot Tomo latte that is made with condensed milk and is the popular drink here. It was good and had balanced sweetness. They have plenty outdoor seating and parking. Price is slightly on higher side than average.

Perhaps one of the single greatest cups of coffee I’ve ever had. Any coffee lover has to try the “Einspanner” hot w/cinnamon.

Good environment to study/chill/chat. Plenty of outlets but the tables get filled up pretty quickly!! You may want to have second options in hand if you cant find a table here. There is the option of outside sitting. Coffee is better than your Starbucks. I go for their Tomo Latte (made with condensed milk) and sometimes fill up my stomach with a yummy sweet potato cream cheese pretzel.

This place has many unique coffee/tea/snack options. I ordered a hazelnut latte with almond milk, and it was served in a REAL coffee mug Haha :) I love it when coffee shops serve their drinks in real cups of youre staying there. They have several snacks available, and they seem to be known for their pretzels. My husband ordered the sweet potato stuffed pretzel and he really liked it! The staff was friendly in helping us choose items from the menu. Most of the seats are taken by people doing work on their laptops, but there are several tables outside if you actually want to enjoy conversation with someone. The place is located in a shopping center with many places to park and also eat. We will definitely be back!

Brazilian drip is hands down my favorite coffee. So buttery smooth with a nutty finish. Nothing extra is needed. On the slightly pricey side so I treat myself every so often when Im in that plaza.Good atmosphere to hang out and do work or chat, workers are almost always super friendly.

I ordered 1 ice americano, 1 hot americano, and 1 green tea . The taste was very bad for me . I know I like deep flavor like espresso but this is too sour for me. And the guy was very unprofessional and not kind as well . I have used here because the owner and workers looks Korean like me but I don’t like come in longer . Feel very bad for the ambience and taste as well ! Please update well about the attitude and taste . And also avocado toast is same !

My ice was gone in the first 5 minutes of ordering my ice coffee drink. A little bland and no sweetener.

Excellent small batch coffees, brewed to order by pour over. Breads and pastries.A bit pricey ($6 / 16 oz. Cup) but interesting varietals from various regions.Friendly, competent staff. Didnt try the espresso based drinks, I prefer large brewed coffee, nut they festive lattes, cappuccinos, etc.

One of the best coffee places in Irvine

Loved my thunderstorm (espresso and sparkling water). It was a very unique and refreshing drink. The cheese toast?... its just a grilled cheese sandwich 😁. Took a long time for it to come out and a little too pricey for grilled cheese. Id probably skip that next time. Staff here are very nice too. I will return and recommend this place next time Im in the area.

We ordered 2 cups of iced Moca and latte yesterday.I had a stomach ache, diarrhea all night.Still can’t eat anything.... I assumed that the milk inside of coffee was rotten.Last night was one of the worst night that I had in my life.

Orders take a very long time (lady before me was waiting 40min). Guys making the drinks seem lost.Drinks are also a bit more pricey.Can get a better coffee, at a better price and faster at the chain coffee places.

I went back recently and could barely find a spot to sit, its always been overrun w/ students but its gotten worse and they dont leave. The ownership put notes on the table to limit stays to 2 hours but I dont think its working. The coffee and potato pretzel sizes have gotten considerably smaller as well. I will always enjoy the coffee and pretzels but find other places to go for now.

Brought my mom here by referral from my brother who lives in Irvine. Its definitely difficult to find a place that makes really good cappuccino. My moms a tough critic and it takes a lot to make her a happy customer. Took my mom here and ordered a cappuccino for her and a red bean latte for me. Since we were drinking inside the cafe, they gave us cups. The cups are very presentable. I actually wanted to ask the owner where I could purchase such beautiful cups. When the order was ready, my mom tasted her cappuccino. Her eyes broaden and told me that this is really good!!! Thats a word that you dont get to hear very much from my mom as her expectations are very high. She loved it! I had my red bean latte and was impressed as well. Not too sweet, just right. So we ordered again a second round; same drinks. The only fallback is that they should offer pastries. Cakes, danishes, etc. I think by doing that, there would be more business. Just a word of advice.. that is.

This is really an in store cafe and there are no real surprises here except a lovely light airy feel to the space helped by having the tables set well apart. It is clean and the staff make sure the tables are cleared regularly.

I would recommend a kids hot chocolate 2 bucs... one of the best hot chocolate I had do...

Awesome coffee, tea and pastries. Well worth the wait, as they are frequently busy. They dont rush your order and use quality ingredients in all food and drink. 👍👍

Its a nice little coffee shop that definitely caters to a premium Cafe experience. Lots of variations to choose from. It didnt strike me as pretentious, but there are some subtle undertones of being social media friendly with ingredients choice and presentation. Some of the more avant-garde choices include espresso with sparking water, something with cotton candy, etc. Tables also have a 2hr time limit to prevent people from parking there all day.

Got a good Latte and some espresso drinks here but couldnt stay. Friendly and a good quality cup of joe

I used to go to the one on Sawtelle in LA and am so glad when they opened one here in Irvine. The lattes are really good and the staff is very friendly. Its a nice quiet place to work at but is often crowded with people.

The seats isnt all that comfortable compared to Starbucks but the coffee is better. For about $5 you can get pour over coffee with very nice bloom. I usually order Costa Rica beans. I did feel the barista missed a couple of steps in her technique, but then again Im very critical about my coffee. I do wish they have siphon because thats my favorite process.

The baristas couldnt figure out what the change was (the price was $5.67 and I gave them $20.67). Then, to make matters worse, they forgot to make the drink even though I was the only person in line.Update 2: Came here again and once again they got my order wrong. Unfortunately, Im deducting another star.

Good study spot I often go to. They say dont stick around for over 2 hours but I dont think they really mind which is nice. I normally get a cold brew which is 5 dollars, which is the only reason I dont give them a 5 star rating. The cold brew is good, however Ive had stronger, larger, better tasting, and in my opinion better quality cold brew for a buck cheaper. Regardless, this place is a nice quiet place to study or work, the chairs are wooden which give it a rustic old school feel but theyre kind of wobbly. Staff are kind and display good customer service everytime. 3% discount of you bring your own cup. Plenty of outlets. Free wifi
