Checked out this place because of all the 5 star reviews and comments on great pricing. They were super friendly, and not pushy. They have a wide selection of cabinets, countertops, sinks, as well as knobs and pulls. They came to my house, measured my kitchen and sent me the estimate within 72hrs. I was happily surprised. They were so much cheaper than the Big Orange Store and the cabinets are all wood. Their pricing is practically wholesale and they offer great service and a solid product. Cant believe how fast the process was. After approving the designed, it took 3 days to set up delivery and assembly. Will update once my kitchen remodel is complete!

I have been trying to return an order for over a month now, so my credit card can be credited. I have called and emailed customer service repeatedly, week in and week out for a return authorization. I am given the runaround every time I call about this and my emails go unanswered. Customer service lies and say they are going to return my call, but they never do. I am starting to think this is a shady company. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and explained to me the delay in receiving the return authorization was due to the lack of response from the manufacturer. Customer service sent me a FedEx return label to return my order.

Extremely pleased with the hinges and the GREAT customer service!I was finding it difficult here locally to find soft close replacement hinges for my 22 year old cabinets. We don’t have a Rok unfortunately in San Diego but I ordered some items and planned on picking up in Irvine over the weekend. When items arrived, I realized they aren’t open on weekends, and my work schedule made it impossible to pick up during the week. Customer service here is awesome. Found Rok hardware store online with incredible customer service.you call them and they will the solution for you.Ordered metal drawer soft closers made of plastic and they work flawlessly. Normally one is good but 2 can be used for little heavier ones. I bought them on 50% sale and they work. Easy to install. I am very happy about the product.

It’s the little things in life that can make a big difference. In my case it was a combination of a nice product and a really great customer service experience. I ordered and received a thin, flexible plastic, 12” combination metric / standard ruler from Rok Hardware. It arrived in good time, but not in good condition. Apparently, the USPS’s sorting machinery damaged the plastic shipping envelope, before folding the last inch of the ruler over, creating a sharp angle.I contacted Rok Hardware, sending them photos of the damaged merchandise, and they immediately shipped a no-charge replacement, which arrived fast and in great condition.Even though the damage wasn’t caused by anything that Rok Hardware had done, they did the right thing and replaced the item without charge.Because Rok Hardware stood behind their product, even for such a small purchase, it has gained a very appreciative customer in me. They definitely “measured up” [see what I did there?] to my best expectations.Thank you, Rok Hardware!

I purchased a Knuckle Bender from ROK to try and adjust a sagging front door. After the first usage of the tool the small tip on the end of the tool bent and then broke off making the tool unusable. Of course the door needed further adjustment but I was unable to accomplish this without the tool and now the door is worse than before.

Love this company!! I ordered 36 weird size hinges and Rok had them, had them for a great price, and got them to me in 3 days. I was so impressed that I ordered 28 more to compete the rest of the cabinets in my house. Those showed up in 3 days as well. However, 3 of those hinges were the wrong size. An quick email to Rok and no questions asked, they had 3 more hinged on the way. Ill use Rok Hardware for any future projects I have!

Ordered 75 hinges after recommendation of employee. Now all my doors have about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch gap between them. After talking weeks with reps they said the hinges had different amount of adjustment and I need a different hinge. Now I have to remove all my hinges send them back (they did provide a label) get a refund and then reorder another hinge. This will take about 10 to 14 days if shipping is fast and everything is processed perfectly. So now I have the option of having a gap in my doors or be without any doors on my cabinets for about 2 weeks....not sure what I will do.

Replaced my old drawer slides with ROK soft close, full extension drawer slides. Reasonable flat rate shipping, quick delivery considering it traveled a long way, high quality and reasonable price for how good they are. Installed pretty easy. Like having a new kitchen.

Solid hardware, weak screws, good customer service. Ordered the 14 gauge tabletop fasteners for a sizable dining room table I was building. The hardware was sufficient but the package included short, stubby screws of questionable quality that were basically useless. Not a big deal or expense to get proper screws from the hardware store but would be nice if the quality of the included screws matched that of the fasteners. Contacted customer service regarding how to create slots for the fasteners and they were timely and responsive.

I mainly just had a question regarding availability of a product. However, Airis was kind enough to give me a call. Not many companies actually take the time to answer questions. I really appreciated the quick response.

This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had from an online retailer. I placed my order on a Saturday morning and realised after placing order my auto fill ship to address was incorrect. I sent an email asking to revise my ship to address and within half an hour, Ana, a customer service representative said she had taken care of correcting my address and my order would ship on Monday. Well, later that Saturday, I realized I hadnt ordered enough of the cabinet screws to complete my project so I sent another email admitting my error and that I needed to order and additional pack. I told them I realized they were not open and I would call them Monday to add to tomto order. Well, again Ana reached out within an hours andand said she added the additional screws and sent me a PayPal attachment for payment so she could process and ship together to avoid an additional shipping fee. Rok was not able to supply the hinge that I needed because the manufacturer discontinued that model. Instead, they provided the name of another supplier, replacement brand and model that fit my needs.Great customer service!

Beware of this CompanyHorrible experience trying to buy cabinet parts. Ana, the customer service agent was woefully dishonest and incompetent. We are so sorry for the inconvenience, I apologize were followed by empty promises.Damaged products came to me TWICE, the wrong product came to me once. The refund promised didnt show up and after 3 weeks waiting, had to hound them to process it. This whole process was drawn out over three-plus months. What a joke of an outfit.

My first experience with Rok Hardware was nothing but a good one. I knew that I wanted a less expensive method of providing features that are traditionally on high-end items. In my case it was a slow close mechanism that would be installed on a medicine cabinet. For starters, I originally ordered a part from a large e-commerce company and the product arrived, but was a plastic mold. Im certain it would have been okay; however I wanted something that felt and looked robust so I worked with Sean from Rok Hardware and he was able to find something that fit my needs and overall that did the trick. Sean was a wealth of knowledge and did not try to sell me something that I didnt need. He was very professional and helped educate me on their options. Ultimately, I saved a tremendous amount of money by not having to change my hinges and getting the desired slow-close affect I wanted. I was so pleased that I purchased on for every one of my cabinets. Not to say that the hinges wouldnt have been a good solution...I just went with a quick adapter that was easy to install and more cost effective. The quality of the product is great, and the shipping was flat rate, and very reasonable. For me, shipping time was about 2 days. I would highly recommend this seller from my experience.

I am a female who decided to take on a kitchen remodeling effort. I am painting my kitchen cabinets and decided to change the exposed hinges on my cabinet doors to concealable. Great service...wonderful people with responsive attitude...will recommend highly...My only beef is in sale of drawer pulls where1) they are only sold with short screws...much too short for using with drawers2) the screws are metric, which are horribly expensive in the local hardware storesNONE of this is mentioned in the description of items, resulting in mass waste of time and hassle in trying to get the appropriate hardware AFTER the fact!But the company helped me get it all later ...where no one else did.

Called Rok Hardware looking for some replacement hinges for my kitchen cabinets. Natalie in their customer service department was very friendly and knowledgeable. She guided me in making sure I ordered the correct BLUM hinge. Although she said I should replace all of the hinges, I disagree; doing so would make the door close very very slow. Depending on the door size, species of wood (weight) you may have to play around with the number of hinges you replace. I have 42 upper cabinets and I replaced 2 (out of 3) hinges per side. The lower cabinets only required one hinge per side.

I had 0 experience with cabinet hinges. But after a little research on ROK and some reading I was able to easily find what I needed. They arrived super fast from west to east coast. The guys at Rok do ROCK! (Ok, probably expected a cheesy comments, but its so true). I called Rok toward the end of the day last Friday, after my contractor told me the cabinet pulls I had supplied him had the wrong overlay; he had some other work to do, but really needed the right pulls. Rok took my order, shipped it out that same day and it was delivered two days later! Roks prices are great and they are really good listeners, when you need to call in an order (and did I need that?!). Good guys. Ill trust them for all future hardware purchases (and did I mention their prices were lower on the same item than Amazon?)

After searching many hardware stores in OC for drawer pulls and knobs, I remembered I had purchased hinges from ROC online. So I looked ROC and decided to visit their store in Irvine. I have been ordering screws from ROK for a few years now. They normally come in packages of a hundred but lately Ive been ordering a large enough quantity that they come in one large bag instead of 100 to 150 small bags. The shipment I received today were loose in the bottom of a box with packing peanuts on top. I noticed the Box weighed much less than normal. I ended up getting shorted 2/3 of the screws I ordered. Those screws total 10000. I dont understand how they thought I would not notice that. That 10000 cost me $100. Im still working with ROK to have them ship to me. If you order large quantities of one type of screw make sure you are receiving what you paid for.***Update*** I received a call back from ROK the same day. Apparently they shipped 41 lb of screws and the package was damaged by FedEx somewhere along the way. What I received was one third of what was shipped. At this this point it cannot be determined if it was due to bad packing or rough handling by FedEx. Either way I would Place another order when I need more8***** once again ROK package the screws very carelessly and was almost damaged in shipping again. My first shipment was partly lost because of ROK handling in the shipping Department and had nothing to do with FedEx***
