First time there. The guys patched up my tire and I’m very pleased with their work and service! Sal was very helpful and took care of me. The owner was also very nice.The technician took great care of my vehicle. My go to for all my tire needs. Thanks guys!

Ive been a longtime customer of Wheel and Tire, dating back to before it was sold to its current owners. Ive taken at least 3 different cars there over a span of 8+ years for all service and tire needs and have been overall satisfied. I did notice a huge change once the new owners took over a few years back - as hes certainly no CJ (previous owner). This week, our car broke down and I had my car towed to their shop and they wound up quoting me a laundry list of items that needed repair, totaling $4K. After contemplating whether to repair or sell the car, I decide I wanted to sell it - and sent a tow truck to get it towed away. When I notified Wheel and Tire, they told me they wanted to charge me $80 for an inspection fee that could be applied towards a repair if I chose to do so. Before this, there was no mention of any fee to see why my car had died. Naturally, I pushed back and said that I was never notified of any fees, was a long-standing customer and felt that I was being nickel-and-dimed. After all, Ive been a loyal customer even after the ownership change. Needless to say, they rudely told me that they didnt need my business and to never come back. I wasnt rude or being an a-hole at all. And to think that Ive continued to support this independent shop even after the ownership changed hands and their friendliness and customer service level deceased. Im pretty disappointed at how this was handled and Im sorry to say that this shop has now lost a customer for life. Going forward, I will not be taking any of my cars back here, nor can I recommend them to anyone else. In the old world, I know that CJ wouldnt have handled such a small, petty matter in this way. However, since there is a clear shift in ownership, attitude, and approach to customer service, Ill look for a new shop that clearly communicates any fees upfront, doesnt try to nickel-and-dime their customers, and appreciates longtime loyal customers.

Just got some work done on one of my vehicles and couldnt be happier with the service and price.Andy was more than helpful and most importantly HONEST.Thank you guys and see you soon for my work vehicle to get worked on...

(Update) I found tire pressure alarm on my way to work. Of course I could not make a schedule and just visited here. They checked all my tires right away and gave me detail explanation why the alarm was on. Thanks again and Ill visit again to change my old tires after running 5,000 miles more with make an appointment :)This place is the best. I had a nail in my rear tire and I went to here to change my rear tire without made an appointment. They finished it in just 45min!! Was looking on the internet for a place to get a new set of wheels and tires for my brothers R8. Came across this shop and didn’t know what to expect, having had bad experiences at shops before. Let me just say, this place is heaven sent. Todd, the gentlemen that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get what I needed ordered within the hour. Not only that, but the shop was able to balance my friends tires while we were making the purchase. I can not thank him enough. Ive had repairs done on my 04 Volvo S80 for various issues, and everytime they have been extremely helpful and upfront about what needs to be done and things that can wait, and have worked with me in terms of (as best they can) the cost of the repairs. Great place to get wheel or suspension work done.

They are the only place around that can do an alignment on a lowered car.They did a great job. 👍🏼

Andy and Todd are class act and reasonable prices. Technician Greg is one of the best around. Greg always pays attention to detail and his work is 2nd to none. Greg works on cars like they are his own, and is an outstanding auto repair expert. Very difficult to find highly skilled auto repair technicians, but Greg is one for sure. No one perfect, but rarely if ever do i have any problems after Greg installs parts on my cars.

Great guys, I came in there to change my rear tire on my truck. I ripped the sidewall and wanted to put the spare on because I was towing that day and didnt want to take any chances. I was in a rush and they finished even faster than they originally promised! Great place, recommend to all.

Needed a tire replaced yesterday 2/28/2017. After visiting Big O tires and Just Tires, I found myself at this place. Not only did they help me out when no other place would, but the staff went out of there way to pick up the tire I needed from Fountain Vally.This took place a 145 pm. After the staff collected my tired from FV, it only took them MAYBE 20 mins to change the tire. Very happy and grateful for this place. Highly recommend.

We used WTC when I needed to have my tired changed. Its pricy but the selection and service is great. I did not have to wait a long time to get everything done. I love Nitrogen too!

Way too over priced!! They wanted to charge me $210.00 for an alignment on a stock E36 BMW! Went to Mission Viejo Tire emporium and paid $65.00

I went to WTC a few months ago for tires and rims on my BMW 750i and instead of buying new CJ had a set of used tires and rims and we decided to put them on and save money. Unfortunately these tires and rims came with many issues that eventually could not be corrected. This went on for a month or so and throughout this issue CJ remained a professional and a great business man. At the end I ended up buying tires and rims elsewhere due to outside reasons but I want to say as mad and upset as I was with this issue CJ came through at the end and refunded the money on the purchase which most likely ended up as a loss on his end. There are not a lot of people around that will do that anymore. CJ is a stand up guy and a very good owner I immediately gave him more business for my work truck and will continue to go back simply because he did not argue kick or scream he just ended our problem so we could move on. Thanks CJ you are one of very few men who act like a man when the chips are down and because of this you will always be succesful. I look forward to doing more business.
