I was hit two times in about a year by distracted drivers. Jeremy and Paul are outstanding to work with. They are professional and make you feel like you are their only customer. I had to have major body work done. They did a beautiful job both times. I sure appreciate Arena Auto Bodys straightforward approach, expertise and care. While I hope I do not have to go back to the shop anytime soon; Arena is the only body shop I would use for body work.

Had to get my car fixed from an accident and from the moment I got my estimate till I picked up my car they were absolutely amazing! So friendly and kept me updated the whole time. Hopefully will never have to go back to get car damages fixed again but if I ever did I know where Id go!

My front bumper was misaligned after a piece of tire tread hit it as I drove on a highway. I took my car to Arena for an estimate and, to my surprise and delight, their experts fixed it on the spot AND did not charge me for the repair! In addition, upon noticing that I had an alert about low tire pressure in my front passenger tire, they filled the tire with air. This was my second exceptional experience with the people at Arena Auto Body. Both times, I left feeling that my business was greatly appreciated. I am grateful and I highly recommend Arena Auto Body.

Arena Auto body is an excellent service! I had some damage on my number and needed it repaired, they gave us a free estimate, they ordered the bumper and had us back the morning it came it! They attached it and painted it in a little over 24 hours! They did an excellent job, the cleaned my car complementary and left us a nice microfiber towel! The repair looks great and it was super quick! Im very impressed with Arena Auto body! And I would highly recommend them! The Buissness looks very professional and they are super friendly!

Nelson at Arena Auto Body provides exceptionally good customer service! He wrote me a quote for my Acura, went over every line item with me, and just in case he encouraged me to call Acura directly to inquire if the damage was covered by warranty. I called Acura and sure enough Nelson was right and Acura is paying for the paint job and service. Nelsons honesty and great recommendation saved me a bunch of money and Im very thankful!

Love them! Paul helped me with a reinforcement on my side panel at no charge. All of the staff was super helpful. The office has a friendly and upbeat feel, which wasnt what I anticipated. I had a bolt stuck in stripped screw holes for my front license plate. As a result, I’ve been driving around without my front plate mounted, which had caused me to get pulled over.I was referred to Arena Auto Body by my mechanic, and they had me good to go within 15 minutes - and didn’t charge me a cent.They’ve earned a customer. I will never go to any other auto body shop but Arena. This review has been long overdue. My vehicle has been in Arena twice already. The first once was summer of last year and the second one just this February. The service and staff are excellent (especially Jeremy). For my second repair, my car was in their shop for more than a month due to unexpected circumstances (waiting for part, ill technician), but it did not hassle me at all. They updated me all the time and when my insurance stopped paying for my car rental, they even covered it for me and took the effort to try to upgrade it. I was pregnant and also delivered my baby during the course of the second repair. They went out of their way to make it easier for me. There was a point that they picked up my car from my house for further repair and then brought it back. I appreciate this a lot especially that I have a newborn at home. Jeremy was the once I was in contact with and he is very nice, made everything easier! The 2 times I had my car repaired, they returned it to me like its brand new. Clean from the inside out and sparkly. I highly recommend them and deserve 10 stars!

I could not be more impressed with the work done on my car. Everyone I dealt with were total professionals. One of the employees found a $20 in my vehicle and made a note of it so that it wouldnt go missing. That kind of honesty and effort are hard to come by! Great place, great service.

This place is awesome and I will not go to a different auto body shop now because of them! Quick, courteous and great customer service. My car took longer than expected to fix, due to extreme damage, and they kept updating me with the process and how they were doing and when I would be expected to get it back. EXCELLENT SERVICE. A parking lot paint scrape took me to Arena. Jeremy was very quick and congenial in giving me an estimate. Then Jeremy took the time to buff off paint transfer so that my ride could look better while I followed up with the person responsible for the damage.

They were absolutely amazing. I had just superficial paint transfer and they helped me out. For such a simple fix, it was at no charge to me and I was out of there with a brand new looking car again within five minutes of walking in. I would trust them with all levels of work for a very affordable rate.

I have had three experiences with Arena. The first was repairing my car - it was done with perfection. The second time- I had gone to several mechanics, none of which could identify the issue. The owner went out for a drive and identified the issue within 15 minutes. They do an EXCELLENT job. They worked with the insurance to get everything settled up even though prior to that i was struggling with insurance (not my insurance, but the other persons). I had my rear bumper repaired and repainted as well as the plate lights replaced. It looks like nothing ever happened. Not to mention that they washed and detailed it. It looked 10000x better than when i left it there! All i had to do was come in for the original quote (took 10 mins and was free), then schedule and drop it off with them (they offered me a ride to my rental car but i had one already), and sign the insurance check upon pickup. I was able to leave my rental with them which they returned. It looks great, they did it fast (3 days) and kept in contact with me the whole time. I would highly recommend them.

Great service here! I had some damage needing repair on my vehicle, and I received an accurate estimate of costs and time needed to repair the damage upfront. I appreciated the shuttle service back to work after dropping off my vehicle and the email update (with pictures) to inform me of a potential problem in the future. Everything turned out great, and I would definitely recommend Arena for their high quality service.

Thank you Jeremy for saving this single mom $700. I had a hit and run incident on Wednesday and went to Arena Auto Body for an estimate. Jeremy did all the paperwork for a claim, but then went in and popped the dent back out and fixed the bracket and now I can drive it as is. Also offered to touch up the scrapes if I wanted that done. Quality work by a quality person and he didnt ask for a thing. I will recommend you to all my friends!
