I drove from San jose Ca to purchase a Jeep. The person that help me was Chris he was really great did his best to Qualified me before I drove out there And hold the car for me till I got there. The Jeep was in really good conditions as shown in the pictures Chris had really good customer service and very polite And he was really honest. This Dealership was so helpful. I couldn’t get approved anywhere because most places wasn’t helpful but Ray here at car lux was super friendly and helpful and the finance manager pulled some strings to help me walk out happy. I’m super happy with this place.

They had very nice cars but were to pushy trying to get the sale. Also they had no idea what was in there inventory. Need better salesmen.

I just bought a car from here. Love the car and the price was fine. Unfortunately they charged $500 for registration fees that were defaulted and I just got a notice from the DMV to register the car for $300 all within the same month! So I had to pay the late fees that they didn’t pay plus the registration fee for this year for a total of $800 in registration fees for the car within one month!

The vehicles are nice but are heavily overpriced! Were talking 2012 vehicles for almost $23,000. Its 2021!!!!! You guys have to do better.

An unethical company, you been warned. interested in a vehicle they were selling so i put a 48-hour hold so i could get a pre-purchase inspection done on nov 16. signed and dated the hold and sean confirmed the hold.this company raised the price of the vehicle by 1000$ while the vehicle was in the shop getting the inspection, remember i had a 48-hour hold on the vehicle. they refused to sell me the vehicle at the holding price and said i have to pay them the current price instead. the inspection came back with problems with the ac control unit, sean just keep telling me nothing is wrong and keep sending me videos of the heating and not the ac.when it smells like a fish, it is a fish! never do any company with unethical practices!

Horrible experience... I called prior to arriving set an appointment up to test drive and once I got there Daniela was no help and nowhere to be found. Gentlemen finally came by and asked me if I need help, I explained an he said that he was closed when it was only 635. Very poor customer service and did not want to assist me in anyway. Be careful with these guys they will ask to run your numbers before the say hello

Classic bait and switch with price, don’t expect to pay what they list online. They add tons of fees that are not negotiable. If you are driving a long distance prepare yourself for disappointment

I was worried about this place after reading all the negative reviews but when I got there it was the opposite of all of the negative things I’ve read. Frank and Sean helped me out a lot and they were super cool they let me check everything out on the car then test drive, after getting the customers out they dealt with me and everything went so easy and smooth

I am writing this on behalf of a friend. His experience with Car Lux was very good, he looked all over the CA areas for a car for about 4 months. He had visited Car Lux Inc many times and was just trying to see what else was around and ended up coming back to Car Lux Inc and found the car that suited his lifestyle and the price was right. He received a full tank of gas 91 even. He would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a luxury car that is priced well. He purchased a CLK 500 Mercedes and is very happy.

I called 4 times to inquire about a car. 1st I called before the car even had pictures posted online salesman said he will send me pictures never did. 2nd time I called salesman said he would give me a call back cause it was busy, never did. 3rd time I called made and offer salesman said he would give me a call right back never did. Called back the next day car sold.

I had been looking for the right car all over Car Lux Inc was the one that had it. I meet this wonderful woman named John, which helped me out because she guided me as if I were her son. I would strongly recommend doing business with Rose because unlike other sales reps she is not very pushy. I got a 2007 Jaguar XK which was my dream car and she made my dream: a reality.

They have good affordable prices. Wonderful customer service and very trustworthy. I highly recommend.

Awful experience while looking at a Lexus rx350 there. Lied to me about a specific serious customer coming in a few hours to buy it to try to pressure me. Only allowed a literal 5minute test drive. Wouldn’t let me drive on freeway, merge lane, make lefts or a plethora of other things.During the test drive one of the tire light came on and I was told it had to be recalibrated... after being told initially it had been inspected and tested and perfect.The car was $1500 less than other places but I still didn’t want to buy it because of how incredibly rude and shady they were.During the test drive I noticed the seat wasn’t as comfortable as the others in the same exact cars that I’ve test driven. I thought maybe It was a different package or year or my back was just extra sore.I test drive the exact same Lexus (more than one actually) since then. All of them were so much more comfortable- and my back was incredibly sore those days. The leather even felt different (nicer) in the others. I’m absolutely positive that the seat in the car was not the original or a real Lexus leather seat.I’m so glad I didn’t buy the car there despite its substantially lower price.I

It is the simplest expertise I’ve ever had making an attempt to buying for a second used car. they got Maine approved with my unhealthy credit and drove off with my land rover it absolutely was wonderful I like to recommend anyone who needs to buy for a second used car communicate here.

Do not buy a car from here. Bought a Jeep SRT8 from here in full and the computer, spark plugs, and multiple sensors failed within less than a month. Every time you try to call to figure out any information from their mechanics to even have a chance to get the car you worked hard for back on the road they push you off the phone and never call back. There are much better dealers with better prices in the LA area. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

Just purchased a vehicle and would not recommend.1.) When you get to the lot they tell you internet pricing is only for cash or tier 1 or 2 customers. They then proceed to Jack the price up by $2200.2. They do absolutely zero reconditioning or detailing of vehicles.When you factor in the $2200 increase you are MUCH BETTER OFF GOING TO CARMAX. TRUST ME PLEASE!!!!

The truck I baught from here came out bad, i have problems with the tire pressure sensor and also had to spend an extra 500$ to buy a smart key to adjust the volume and speed limit on truck. Which should have came included. And the licence plates were allready expired, where in most places they give atleast a couple months

DO NOT GO!!I asked inquired to Sean about M-benz C300 and Infiniti Q50.He told me about the prices and showed me some pictures.I told him I will make it to the shop by 10:00 AM in the morning and he confirmed that he will be there.I happened to be there 15 mins early. Shop was all locked down with no workers inside.Sean showed up at 10:25 am in the morning telling me without any apologies that both of the vehicles were sold this morning.I asked him Why didnt you tell me?.He told meI didnt get a chance. The vehicles were sold this morning.I was there even before any employees and he was telling me that is was sold on THIS MORNING. I was staring at him and he realized he didnt make sense and told me it was actually sold yesterday but was picked up this morning.When I got there early waiting at the front gate, NONE OF THE VEHICLES WERE PICKED UP.I do not know if they did it on purpose but it seems like they are liars to me because those two vehicles are still on their website and cargurus.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

All you gotta do is lie about your income and boom you get a car. Don’t tell them the truth they won’t approve you if you do. I know people who haven’t worked in years but have gotten several cars through them. Just have someone make u fake check stubs and your guaranteed approval #yourwelcome

I suggest that you guys dont go here or make any inquiry. They posted an ad on CL saying that they will approve everybody. Thats definitely not true. After you submit your application, they will call you after 2 days to ask for more information. Then after that, they will not even bother tell you what happened to your application.VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.I already told all my friends and relatives to spread this information.BAD BUSINESS CULTURE.IF THERE 1/2 OR 1/4 STAR, THATS WHAT THEY DESERVED.
