I’m a female in my late 20s, I don’t have the greatest credit, but Peter and Radi were extremely patient and worked with me in every aspect to help me get a great deal and an even better car than I originally went in for! Not only that, but they made sure my gas was topped off, insurance was taken care of so I could drive off that night, and any issues I had on the body of my car was fixed to my liking at no extra charge. Family friendly, everyone in the office are awesome answering any questions you have and always doing their best on making sure you take home your dream car or truck. I had the greatest experience here at LA city cars. It took a while for me to get approved with terms that made sense for me so they worked with me for days until we could make the deal. Peter was very helpful and made sure the whole process was a smooth and a hassle free process. He also made sure I got the right vehicle that would fit my needs. Also made sure it was washed and ready to go. David and Roddy also helped with everything financial and though it was hard, worked to make sure everything panned out. They kept their word every time they told me or promised something unlike other dealerships. Joe was extremely helpful with solidifying my terms, helping me finish up the paperwork and everything important in the end stages. He was patient with my downpayment and extremely helpful and attentive every time I needed assistance with something. Explained everything very clearly. Peter was rude as heck I went in with a friend to look at a specific vehicle the car was already sold and he didnt even say anything. Then she need to remove a credit block off her credit karma meanwhile she was having trouble so I log on Peter being noise looking at my credit score spoke out and said wow you have great credit can I sell you a car you can get anything you want I no thank you my car is paid for. then he tried to put her in another vehicle and he kept telling her to make me a cosigner against my will I told him I didnt come to buy a car then when his manager gets involved here he goes again ask your friend to cosign another 7 times just thirsty I will never go back.

We had the most worse time. My husband and I go there under false words from the commercial that claims good,bad,no credit approved regardless. My husband has good credit,opening his own business yet told he needed a co-signer. We were there for 3 hrs til told the bad news. We were trading in our car and was putting 1,500$ down.We truly had faith this was a true place. But not. The only one there we truly believed in and she tried talking for us. Yet,still denied. Had they known,maybe we could have gotten the car we needed in order for my husband to get us off the streets to get back to work...

He referred me to multiple vendors before I signed a contract. Fred is super knowledgeable and he wasnt pushy. He allowed me to work with my own bank and when there was doubt Radi tried to make a way. I really appreciate the staff there for making sure this deal worked for all parties. So I went to LA City Cars because I heard their ad on the radio and I wanted to check out if it’s true what they claim. As soon as I spoke with the manager David, I told him I had no credit but I wanted a Mercedes Benz. He did his magic and made sure that I drove out in a Benz with a reasonable interest-rate. Lorenzo also assisted me in showing me all the Benzes that I liked and took me out to test drive the one that I really liked. Finally, when I was signing all the purchase documents, Alex was telling me that he might call me in a week or so to potentially lower my interest-rate because the bank might do so. I would never expect another dealer to tell me that. I am happy that I went there because now I’m driving a new Mercedes Benz. LA City Cars does take care of you no matter what your credit score is, and I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends. Their ad on the radio is 100% legit. Go LA City Cars!

I had the most painless experience of my life buying a car at LA City Motors. They never tried to sell me a different car than the 2020 dodge grand caravan I went to pick up. Everyone bent over backwards to get me in that van even though my credit was not great and my down payment was less than any other dealer would work with. I recently came in from Seattle to look at a BMW 440i to purchase. I visited the dealership and was approved for a loan. What most people dont realize is when approved for a loan the dealership sets the terms. We had already agreed to an amount down, they then tried to squeeze me for an additional 3k down. I called the bank becsuse they had called me initially to verify who I was and my salary. I asked them what were the terms of the loan. The lady from Chase said we dont set the terms.. Well the dealership kept lying to me saying the bank wants this much down. I called the person from Chase bank, where I was approved and they said we never asked for that, the dealership is the one setting the terms. The sad part is I told the person at the dealership I spoke with the bank and they continued to lie.

Dont go to this place! We were told a bunch of lies about a 2017 Tesla Model S. For example they told us that it was performance, or they would fix everything before we take the car. Before signing the contract, they told us that we had to take the car that night and come back for fixes later. This made us suspicious and after more investigation, we found out that many things they told us were lies. Thank God we changed our mind last minute!
