Horrible.. & rude .. came in hour before close to match one gallon of customer’s paint.. said the two men working said can not do until Monday afternoon on a Friday because he is off on Saturday and would not match now ., . That is 3 business days!!! I asked nicely are you sure? But I still go a “no “ reply .. I called my crew to see if worth waiting or going to better location .. or simply change brand .., Not the paints fault .. I still believe advanced is good product ..We convinced our Geist home owner to use Advanced ... on her 7500 sqft home . Buying gallon to show her it will look the same .. She is painting all her doors and trim though-out the house .. older and picky on products used, I’m going to sherwin Williams .. never had it take more then an 1/2 for them to match color.. So now I have to sell new product to her .. So yeah thanks ..,All because you choice to be Incompetent...
