Really nice store! Extremely helpful staff, and we were asked several times on 10/16, if we needed help. Very organized, and clean. My boyfriend always shops here for screws, bolts, etc., because they have such a HUGE selection.

I dont think I have ever had a bad experience shopping here. I live 0.3 miles away so this place has been a blessing during our remodel. I also love how they do things & hold events to involve the community! & a special thanks to the employee who helped me find a furnace/ac filter! & the cashier was so nice and helpful as well

Seems to be in all right hardware store. I tend to prefer the smaller stores to the huge box stores like Home Depot or Lowes. Usually because you get better service in a little more personable service. But, I showed up here a little early. Even though the employees were standing around inside not doing anything, they werent going to open the store up even a minute early. Just one of my pet peeves, a smaller store like this you would think you would get a little more personal service.

Love this place I can always go in there and find what Im looking for and theyre always willing to help and give you ideals if they dont have it they will give you ideas for it

It may be an old store but the staffs are very helpful. They’d offer help when you ask them, and they’ll go out of their way to do it.

Over here staff is very friendly They made me two keys within 5 minutes in and out for $2 still this Id much rather go to Ace hardware than Lowes

The staff was amazing!! We are doing a lot of renovations, and took in some paint we were gifted. We were told it was a white base and the store could tint it for us. The first few employees we dealt with were super nice and understandably uncertain about this situation.The general manager came to assist us, and he was amazing! Im not sure how he kept a straight face when we learned the paint was not white, but in fact a dark green. My partner and I are still laughing at ourselves for this ridiculous situation 😂 He was professional and very helpful with what we could do with the paint.

When I go to other (larger) home improvement/hardware stores, I’m usually hard pressed to find help with anything. You spend several minutes tracking down an associate, then they have to find someone who knows something about the department in which you’re shopping.I walked into this Ace Hardware and was greeted immediately by a gentleman behind the paint counter. I showed him what I needed (it was a bolt) and he walked me right to it.I decided to stick around and see if they had anything I could buy that I didn’t need. During my 20 minute visit, at least 6-7 people ask if I needed help with anything.Kudos, Ace Hardware. You just became my go-to place for hardware and home improvement. Thanks for doing a great job!

They change staff every week. couple of times i have seen staff fighting and prices are a little high. the only good thing is that they have a variwty of items for your projects

One of the few small town style hardware stores around, prepare to be bombarded with how can I help you everything you try to go get a bolt or garden hose. Lol

This place is NEVER open. Not sure how they stay in business, and Ive not tried to go during odd and/or late hours.

This is one of the few places that still cuts keys correctly 100% of the time by hand. They always work when you use them.

Needed a regulator for my gas grill. but the one they had wouldnt fit the fuel line. So i had pay 3 bucks for the bushing. Fixed it tho.

I like this location, service is usually great.Kinda iffy attitudes during this most recent visit.Backpack policy is understandable, but not comfortable when it has my wallet and phone and keys.

I went to ACE to buy tomato plants. The plants were outside, unattended, and no price markings. Due to Covid 19, a girl was at the door controlling the amount of people entering and exiting. That’s understandable. I asked the girl what the price was for tomatoes. She gave me the price, I walked back and picked out two plants then returned to the entrance. Upon entering, she told me I needed a mask and offered me one. I put the mask on and went to the register with the plants. The cashier rang up my order and charged me $1.00 for the mask. I told her I felt it was wrong because the girl at the door didn’t mention a cost for the mask. If I would have known of the cost, I would have used a mask from my glove compartment! She insisted I pay for the mask. Poor management keeps me from returning to ACE.

Was in and put to issues

Well they didnt have the bicycle inner tube that I was looking for but they recommended a nearby place that would have it in stock. I also could order my part online but I was wanting it today. I used to work here in the late 90s after school. I didnt know anything about anything at first, but after helping customers time and time again, I began to learn the projects and parts without ever doing the real time applications. This gained knowledge helped me as I went into the construction and engineering business after school. As the Great Master would say, Physical strength is no substitute for perception. Fore perception is the key which unfolds the entangible powers of the mind and spirit.

Great service and good selection. The one thing they could do to improve would be the business hours. If they would close even one hour later than now would be much better.

I’m at this particular location a few times a month. It’s a friendly environment and the employees are always happy to help. I don’t know what I would do without Kacie in aisle 12. She knows where everything is! Also, Frankie the cat is just adorable!

Amazing Customer Service.We just bought a first car for my daughter and we were having a hard time getting the license plate screws to go in. We had the right size of screw but it just wouldnt go in. Two different customer service people went back and forth to the parking lot with us 6 or 7 times and tried different thread widths and different sizes to find a screw that would fit. We decided to just buy the finest thread screw, go home and force it in with a ratchet. As we were walking out to the car, one of the people who had been helping us ran out with a tap, re-threaded our license plate holes (they didnt need much help - more like a cleaning up) and attached the plate.That was an amazing amount of customer service for a couple of screws.I am going to make a point out of going to this store more often in the future.

Always assumed that aces were small neighborhood hardware stores (with small selections). I was quite wrong, they had everything here, including a random part for a ceiling light that Id been looking for for weeks to no avail. The staff there is great and knew exactly where everything was. Prices are quite good, and the store cat especially awesome.
