Very good staff. Friendly red haired lady at the front desk. In and out pretty quick. Gotta drop the trailer and bobtail in front of driver entrance.

Not bad takes 2 hour for loading and lady is nice

Loading wasnt bad... but when it takes 115 min to get the shipping paperwork, and lied to 3 times on how long it will be... bs... Ill NEVER pick up there again.

Super fast for shipping . Did loading in 20 mins. Unhook the trailer when on dock and park bob tail besides office. Can make a little space for overnight parking. Shipping/ receiving people are good. 2 thumbs up

I was delivering cat litter . I was late for my appointment. They still got me unloaded. They stop receiving at 2 pm. Unloaded in 45 min.

Limited space and staff takes its time. I have been waiting for over 3 hours to get me to a door. Now Im at a door for 30 minutes and still waiting. You need 5 hours to get in and out of this place. If you have a choice dont pick this one. Checked in at 11:34 am and Im still in the dock at 4:45 PM

I like working here I went back to through a temp service is Central employment and because I was off today because my head was hurting and I said I didnt call but I did now cant go back to work here

If you want to be loaded, come early, one hour earlier than the time they closed....not the easiest place to pick up...

This is worse place you can imagine stay away if you can very Lazy people

Delivery of roll stock w 53 dry van. Check in at door 5 with appointment & unload at dock 10 between railroad tracks and silo. Not super fast but staff friendly.

9.24.19,,,, first time here for pickup,,, 1pm apt,,, still waiting to load at 240pm,,,,, ZERO reasons short of Armageddon,,, should ANY TRUCK WAIT MORE THAT 1 HOUR TO BE LOADED,,,, if you order up a truck,, LOAD IT..!,,, every driver should be paid $30.00 hr minimum after 1 hour waiting,, directly from shipper and matched by receiving company that placed the order,,,

The red haired lady in shipping office very rude and disrespectful for no reason at all, very slow and Unorganized, put your patience helmet on if you come here

More occupied with avoiding questions than answering them or letting drivers check in. Ne ELD doesnt give me any extra time why do you need me to give you extra time just to check in.
